THE THIEF AND THE PROPHET CHAPTER 2: 【 THE DEVIL'S HANGED MAN 】

「 The celebrations have begun! It's a joyous time of laughter, reminiscing, and preparation in the days leading up to the wedding of Dolores and Mariano. Well...for everyone else, at least.

Bruno finds himself a little overwhelmed by all the festivities, feeling a lot of pressure to not make accidentally 'ruining weddings' a tradition of his.

It doesn't help that the strange talisman he won in a dice game is attracting a lot of unwanted attention when it's revealed that the jewel merchant is said to be a 'gold thief' who lures people in with stories and 'fools gold' in exchange for real gold.

Meanwhile, the mysterious jewel merchant, Chel, returns home, where she mopes in a bath after finding another gray hair. Thankfully, her sister, Inés, is there to boost her spirits, as are the magical charms of her youngest nephew, Vito. 」 ✨| CHAPTER 3: A flashback to almost 12 years ago right before Mirabel's ceremony and Bruno's disappearance. Chel returns to The Encanto with her family and has a conversation with a mysterious stranger.

Birthday party (for a friend) tipsy y’all and ofc gotta have tipsy Bruno too because apparently that’s my priority when I get tipsy. Alcohol is definitely the truth serum for this one and good for him too! It’s good to let out your inner thoughts sometimes. And I’m sure he would most likely be able to be himself when he’s able to relax a bit and have fun with people he trust enough to be loose with! I.e Agustin and Felix!!

A hairy boy in his wakening puberty tries to comfort his buddy who had clearly had some bad acid and thought his head had turned into sand moss (while laying down in a sircle of mushrooms which protected 3 Spirit Stones but he didn't know that) - and then connected with Spirit World - taps his buddy's shoulder as he is a wreck.

Literally 15 minutes later Hairy boy's eyes itch like mad, and he sees a girl. A hairy girl. A girl who second ago was not sprouting beautiful, good smelling locks beneath her capris (she was clearly a werewolf but for him this was not relevant information, nor did it register that she had fangs, wolf ears sprouting on top of her deep brown hair as he was imagining kissing her on her moustashe)... His teenage heart (and something else) went AWOOGA for her.

So of course, he chaised to eventually corner her into her own bathroom through series of events that ought not to be mentioned here, just to say through a crack of a door like Jhonny in The Shining: "I love your leg hair...does it....does the hair go up your arms too?"

He felt like hairy Romeo, and everything in his Spirit World-fuelled teenage brain told him that this girl unaware of her own werewolfness, was her Juliet.

He barely heard her growl "Go away, creep!" And yes, the hair was everywhere he was allowed to imagine it in PG13 Disney movie animation.

Then her eyes started to itch.

-this all was a full lenght Disney-style film in my dream, I do not take feedback on the fact that friend 1 looked like teenage Bruno, most people had 2 forms which they were unaware of, and this little sequence is what stuck with me the most-
