Woah woah woah, guys, give Karkat a second to relax or chill before he starts having a coughing fit or something.

Karkat: THAT KIND OF ALREADY HAD TAKEN PLACE. THANKS FOR NOTICING.

He speaks in a sarcastic tone, before pushing himself away from the table, eyeing the twins. His glowing yellow eyes nearly piercing the twins' skulls.

The stare came with tension, that slowly filled the room the three of them were in.

Karkat: I GET IT. PUTTING EVEN AN OUNCE OF TRUST INTO SOMEONE IS TOO RICH TO ASK FOR WHEN YOU'RE A STRIDER.

His voice is cold.

Karkat: I WOULDN'T EVEN HUMOR THE IDEA FOR A SECOND. WHAT I WANT FROM YOU ISN'T "TRUST".

Hal only straightens in his chair, His lips lightly twitched, almost as if he was about to smirk...But no, that attempt was quickly shot down.

Hal: Then what is it. Money in moments like this is rather useless, unless you're the materialistic type.

Karkat: CHARMING OFFER. BUT NO.

Karkat: I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT I WANT IF I WERE YOU, THOUGH.

Both of the twins slightly tensed up, clenching their seats ever so slightly. But it was still only Hal who leaned a bit towards Karkat

Hal: And your reasoning for that is...

Karkat: THAT YOU'RE A KID.

Karkat: AND AS MUCH AS YOU MAY BE ABLE TO DO SHIT BY YOURSELF.

Karkat: (IN A COMPLETELY UNHINGED WAY BY WHAT I HEARD OUTSIDE EARLIER. I WOULD NOT LET YOU GO ALONE PERSONALLY.)

Karkat: YOU ARE NOT THE ONE TO BE APPROACHED AND DISCUSSED WITH ANYTHING THAT HAS MY PERSON INVOLVED.

As soon as Karkat finished speaking, both him and Hal proceeded to shoot glares at eachother.

All the time, the smoke became a bit thicker. Everyone's hands turned pale from the intensity of gripping anything they were holding onto...Tension rising so high, it would seem like at any moment it could go terrible.

Dave: i would ask "do you guys mind being quiet for five minutes because a man cant get his beauty sleep"

Dave: but the amount of smoke filling this house was already a clear answer that im gonna have to forget about that

Dave: so mind explaining what the fuck is happening
