6 homewell, undercover in a bar
As part of media/social training for a NYC based celebrity, Vought wants to make sure HL knows how to politely demur when men come on to him. He goes to a gay bar in plainclothes (plainclothes being a crop top and itty bitty shorts). Madelyn comes along to observe. 18 year old HL gets an overwhelming number of solicitations, eventually ending up dragged to the dance floor unwillingly and has to escape and cling to his “best friend” Madelyn to get out of there.
7 homewell, pretending to be married
This one is also training but done in private as they assess whether HL is better off being married to Maeve (PR would prefer he stay vaguely single but the psychology department thinks some stability would do him good). Madelyn tells him to just roleplay it, but HL starts assuming this is a trial run for the real thing, that she’s just been too shy to tell him she wants him to propose. Culminates in him getting down on one knee and saying something like “Madelyn, you should have said something, I thought it was off the table, I had no idea you actually wanted me!” and she has to work really hard to maneuver out of that nightmare interpersonal tangle and keep his ego intact.
25 butchlander, circus au
I have no idea what this trope even is haha, but!
Billy gets dragged to attend a traveling circus show by a friend who’s really into this Vought Circus. It rarely visits the UK (based in the US and features these weird supe freaks that only ever get born in the US for some reason). But Billy is kind of taken with one of the performers, although he won’t own up to it and when his friend gushes about the show, Billy is dismissive that it’s grotesque to watch these people with congenital malfunctions prance around in skintight glittery leotards. Billy’s friend has a backstage pass, so they get to see the performers after the show and Billy’s kind of shocked that they’re confined in cages for people to gawk and stare at. He talks to the supe that caught his attention and finds HL is not the shiny smiley fake looking ken doll he is on stage. He’s brusque and rude and clearly a diva but is also clearly living a life of a show horse, and… feelings are caught, slowburn yada yada, Billy tries to get him out of that life.
26 maevlander, language barrier
When they just start dating, Maeve gets the fun task of teaching HL all the millennial slang that Vought never bothered to (he still doesn’t really go online on his own, even after being let out of lab, and certainly hasn’t hung out on urbandictionary). So when she says “I’m shook” he just stares at her blankly. And his sexual vocabulary is a complete black hole, so “eat me out” also garners a wide eyed scared expression from him before she realizes he might try to guess what it means and quickly specifies what it means before something horrific takes place.

This is my little counselor MC app for @campwillowpeak with my OC, Kore!
Kore is rather quiet and demure, with a very soft speaking voice and a bit of a stutter. But she’s very kind and compassionate to all she comes across. Doesn’t have a mean bone in her body whatsoever.
Some little facts about Kore!
She has an identical twin sister named Persephone (Seph for short). Her sister is the outgoing, loud and boisterous one, and fiercely protective of Kore.
Seph was actually supposed to go along with her as a counselor of Camp Willowpeak, but something came up and Kore had to go it alone, and she hadn’t done something quite like this on her own before.
The kind of singing she does is operatic soprano, so she sings aria’s and all from a variety of opera’s, and she is VERY good at it. She was inspired to sing because of the diva song from the movie The Fifth Element.
Kore is very good at swimming, and loves being in the water.
Kore, along with her sister and mother, are all green thumbs. A common family activity is gardening and overall plant care. Kore specializes in orchid care. She has a very rare and unique orchid that was gifted to her from her friend, Zayn, and it is her baby.
She likes monsters. A lot.
About her Extra’s!
The bracelet she made as part of a matching set with her good friend, Zayn. She does wear it but while out in the woods and all at camp instead she keeps it in a pocket for safe keeping. She’d hate to lose it!
Kore keeps a great variety of critters as pets, a number of which are... spiders. She has many, many varities. This is just one of them, a lil jumping spider she has lovingly named Harper Jr., after she had become acqauinted with the fellow she had a run in with at a certain grocery store...
Her dear support animal, a tegu lizard named Dodongo. He’s quite smart and affectionate, loves cuddling up with Kore and being on her lap or crawling up to be a bit close to her face.

Continuing on that Danchal train - the default 2022 fandom mode of comfort for both Charles and Daniel was Max, which is understandable and nice. But also you have to think about how difficult it is to take comfort and future promises from someone who has everything that you desperately want. And specifically for Daniel and Charles, they also can't help but think "I could have had anything I want/you have if only you would not be here". Which kind of makes both of them mortified, because they genuinely love/respect Max, but these intrusive thoughts towards someone whose team is always on his side and all the rewards available to him just won't go away. In contrast, Daniel and Charles both are getting royally fucked over. They know what that feels like (Daniel more than anyone else when it comes to the team, Charles knows enough about media vultures and dreams slipping away). And Daniel just wants to have someone not treating him like he will fall apart in the next second (even though he might). Charles wants to kick and scream and brawl and feel like he is not an afterthought. It works (at least for a while).

which is just so true lolol.. i think it takes v specific settings/buildups for that trope to work (ive seen very talented writers done it) but in general i don't think it'd be realistic (i mean we are literally talking about fictions but)
I feel like if not for the lack of proximity danchal would've been a very dominating ship. they're so similar in so many ways (kind, well liked, enjoy affection, fucked over by their ppl) and so different in other ways (charles getting angry depressed vs daniel getting quietly subdued depressed last yr). and they're both very different from their first impressions/public receptions (daniel is not a class clown diva fuck boy and charles is not dainty demure or harmless). there'd be so much mutual understanding in there. they have so much potential

i can't just pick one 😭; i love his compassion for every being he meets, even if he's annoyed by them; i love how he's the ultimate jedi because even though he's not "the most powerful out there" is his determination and dedication that made him the jedi that he is; but most of all, i love his sass, his diva behaviour and how much of a bitch he is 😍
7. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?
when people get his sass, his dry sense of humour, how much of a pillow princess he is; when people really dive in in all facets of his character, not just a dominant trait they think he has.
but, mainly, when you can feel in the art, in the fic or in the text posts just how much they love obi-wan
8. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?
everyone is free to write whatever they want; i'm a firm believer of don't like, don't read. but since this is my post i get to bitch a little and i don't like when they woobify him. what i mean is when they strip away some of the elements that make him... him (leaving anakin to burn, how much sass there is inside of him, his pettiness towards anakin in tpm, his constant burns towards anakin) and make him a demure person who is only anakin's victim; however i also dislike when they make him too cold and unfeeling, as if that man's greatest problem isn't how much he struggles with how much he feels.
tldr: i dont like when obi-wan is presented as a shell of himself, with none of the complexities that make him who he is.
16. What's your least favorite ship for this character?
don't hate me but.... i find obitine and codywan so boring (codywan more so than obitine). i just... i can't get into those ships, because i don't see cody's appeal or how satine is obi-wan's greatest love. codywan, to me, is so boring is like watching paint dry but with obitine i can see two young people who believed love was the only thing that is needed for a relationship to last and life telling them that's not the case. also, quibobi but that's more of a qui-gon thing

Patrick took a deep breath, and let the world float away. "Stars shining bright above you, Night breezes seem to whisper…."

"David?" Patrick pulled back, to look a demure side, pressed to the corner of his mouth. Patrick kissed the dimple that appeared. "I'm dreaming." Patrick fussed.

Yao: *wearing white, teal and coral, with hints of gold, complemented by a white and gold fan. Instead of his hat, he wore Jade and gold peony shaped hairpins and a headband.
Xichen: gorgeous.
Yao: *dimples* oh Huan.
Fox spirits: *awestruck* look at Huangdi!
He's Lan furen!
He's so hot.
