Egon Mathiesen (July 25, 1907 - 1976) was an autodidact abstract artist who debuted at Kunstnernes Efterårsudstilling in 1932. In Denmark he is much better known for his numerous picture books for children, such as Mis med de Blå Øjne from 1949,

Bohemian author and painter Holger Drachmann was born Oct. 9, 1846 - 1908. Associated with Skagen since 1872, Drachmann chose to be interred up there after his death. His painter colleague P.S. Krøyer designed his vault…

so a few weeks ago, my bf spotted jeremy strong in a cafe in manhattan that sells very legit danish pastries and overheard jeremy saying to the barista that he had just flew in from copenhagen (where he lives) and so he just had to stop in for the danish pastries WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY NEXT POINT

anyways you may now have appropriate feelings about kieran possibly improvising this based on something that jeremy likes in real life

some writing & literature blogs on here interact with dark themes like they're just pearls to be rolled around in the head, a fun moment of theorizing human behaviour, like they're some detached scientist, instead of understanding that they come from lived realities. like they read a snippet from a war survivor going through a psychotic episode or a person dealing with the trauma of poverty and ostracization etc. etc. and turn it into their gore as love unhinged woman dark academia aesthetic. and then ya'll reblog their posts about how age gaps are actually good and fun without a second thought.
