"Where is your sense of adventure?"
Wilkins scowled. "Right with the memory of being on latrine duty for a week after I got caught the last time."
"That just means you need to work on not being noticed." Dani shoved the folded note into his hand. "Come on, Lissie and I both got our messages through. Don't break the streak."
"I don't know..."
Lisette stood up on her tiptoes. "You can do it, I believe in you." She punctuated her statement with a kiss to his cheek, but squeaked in surprise when he turned his head to capture her lips instead.
Dani made gagging noises. "Andraste's left smacked butt cheek, I don't need to see that!"
"Jealous."
"Of my best friend's horrible taste in men?" She sneered. "No thank you."
