Hii just a request but could you do the hq boys with an s/o who's pissed because they said smth mean or rude and they basically try to drive next to yn as yn ignores them or smth, I saw this in a movie

YOU'RE MAD AND IGNORE THEM IN THE CAR

notes: i tried to choose some boys i don't normally write for (except iwa cause i love him lmao)

★ daichi probably did that typical guy thing where he tried to logically solve your problem instead of listening and supporting you emotionally, which just pissed you off beyond belief. he'll just sit there, unsure of what to do for a few moments, anxiously looking between you and the road. "what did i do? come on sweetheart, don't be like that..." when you get back home he stops you and makes sure to make it up to you and apologize with a much-needed hug.

★ iwaizumi tries not to let his anger get the best of him but sometimes when he's pissed off, it's hard and he'll just growl out curt responses and unintentionally be rude. when you ignore him because of that on the way home, the reality sets in and he feels real bad. he's awkwardly stiff as silence engulfs the two of you in the car. he calls out your name hesitantly soft and stops you before you get out, so he can apologize.

★ kuroo is very observant. and because of that, he knows exactly what to point out to strike a nerve. if he's had a long day, and he's annoyed, it's easy for him to speak without thinking. he did exactly that earlier and he realized when he noticed the look of disbelief in your eyes as you nodded slowly and walked to the car ahead of him. he called your name softly but you didn't respond, instead choosing to keep walking. he'd said enough. he sits in the car silently for a moment, internally panicking, not even starting the car yet. he doesn't want an awkward, tense car ride back home so he apologizes immediately, taking one of your hands in his, celebrating in his head when he turns your cheek and you let him.

★ sakusa was in a bad mood and made a somewhat rude comment to you, it was moreso the tone that offended you. and since he was wearing his mask, you couldn't tell that he had a regretful look on his face until you got to the car. his fingers are tapping against the steering wheel anxiously as you sit there silently next to him, body turned completely to the window. it takes him a little while to work up the courage to apologize, just cause he's so nervous and he hates when he makes you upset. but he always sorts things out with you, he can't sleep otherwise.

⤔ daichi is a big sucker for any display of affection, even if he doesn’t like going overboard in public

⤔ i feel like he’s the type of guy to enjoy having an arm around his s/o’s shoulders or waist, just in order to keep them close

⤔ in public, he prefers forehead, cheek, nose (etc) kisses than proper kisses, because he feels like those are a little more private and it’s just something he avoids in public

Hinata Natsu & Ono Adventures

Well, that didn’t take very long. Here is another mini-hc list of Natsu’s backup sitter nicknamed, “Ono-sama” by Hinata Natsu, fairy queen of the Hinata family garden.

Ono-chan, or as you were affectionally called, Ono-sama, by your neighbor’s adorable four year old one afternoon when she invited you to her kingdom tea party one day after school. You were never one to disappoint the literal chibi-tangerine child, so you hadn’t corrected her since even when her mother (or her brother) would ask you to watch her when there was errands to be ran (or volleyball practice ran late).

Being neighbors with the Hintata-fam was always filled with simple pleasures. You’d come over their house on multiple occasions since you were two years older than Sho-kun. Your parents would always invite the siblings over for holidays or festival days since the day you moved across the street. Even with your part time apprenticeship at the local bakery, you always put in 500 yen together for the siblings for the new year.

Today was the end of the week. Your classes were dismissed once the final bell rang; you went to gather your things across the courtyard when you saw a tiny blur of orange run by you. You know that orange hue anywhere and you scrambled to find your phone to see if you had any missed texts from the matriarch of the Hinata family asking you to babysit since she had errands to run that afternoon, but you were greeted by bubbles instead floating over head. You blinked and it popped in your face.

You breathe a sigh of relief knowing that no such text was received. Instead, you decide to let your curiosity to guide your feet until you find Natsu dressed in her over alls blowing bubbles from her bubble wand. She wasn’t alone you come to find out quickly (because the volleyball club was about a ten feet away from where she stopped running) as soon as you entered her line of sight.

“Ono-sama!” Natsu exclaimed as she ran up to you after closing her bubble wand. You bent down to give her a greeting hug. She immediately asked to be picked up like how you used to hold her when she was three and you humbly oblige.

“Take me over there! I wanna see Sho-nii chan!” she said in excitement. You found the volleyball club donned in their white shirts and shorts spread throughout the other half of the courtyard. Your hair was tied in a high ponytail, but your long hair cascaded over your blazer. Today was ribbons day, so you braided a short orange ribbon behind your bangs which peaked out over your shoulder.

“Who’s that with your sister Hinata-kun?” upon entering their space, I heard this question thrown around by one of the other first years who I could only assume was their secondary manager for the year. “Oh! That’s Ono-senpai. Our neighbor, Yachi-san.” Hinata answered with a smile. He took another sip of water from his bottle he was holding. “I heard she’s really kind & that she likes to bake coffee cakes,” you said when you were close enough.

You placed Natsu down on the grass and watched as she continued to blow bubbles while spinning around in circles (this time letting the natural breezes blow them for her). “Hey there Sho-sho.” You heard the other members of his team snicker at his nickname, mainly because he blushed a little bit.

“Ono-senpai’s here?” the voice belonging to one of the second years’ asked. You nodded with a small grin. “That’s my name. How you guys doing? Taking a break I see.” You raised your left hand up midway and waved before placing it by your side again.

You didn’t really notice that one of them scurried off to drag their captain away from going over the stats with their head manager, whom you’ve shared a class with this last semester (Shizumi and I were assigned lab partners for the previous term).

“What’s so important that--oh hey Ono,” he greeted before shooting a glare at the second year who whistled while looking away in the distance before joining Natsu and he others at a bubble blowing competition. “Hey yourself captain-san,” you returned the greeting. “Come to watch practice? Sorry we’re not doing anything exciting right now.”

You chuckled before explaining that it was alright. “I wasn’t going to stay long, Daichi. It’s my turn to lock up the bakery tonight, so if you want a cup of tea, I’ll keep the light on for you? Maybe we can do thi--” you were cut off by a flurry of bubbles covering his amused face.

Tanaka, who you found out his name when he was called by Yachi-chan, called out to us: “DAICHI! QUIT YOUR FLIRTING AND TAKE HER UP ON THAT OFFER!”

You noticed how the captain’s blushed crept up all over his face and honestly, you thought he might have had his soul escape from his body for a minute. “How does tomorrow at three sound?” You asked looking a scant. Your tone was kind when you scratched my cheek. Natsu gave you a thumbs up because she thought her bubbles were magical in getting her brother’s captain to agree to your impromptu proposal. You two exchanged contact info and just to confirm, you sent him a text immediately: “Ono, Giri, 3-3. Yes my name is a pun. Yes, I am aware, lol” you saw the typically stoic captain chuckle when he read the text.

“See ya then. Bye Natsu! Have fun with the bubbles.” You turn to leave before stopping by your cubby to switch out your school shoes and don the ballet flats before making the short trip to the bakery with a pep in your step.

Later that night on the phone with Natsu-chan: “I can’t believe your bubble magic worked on Sawamura-san Natsu! What are your bubbles made of I wonder.” You let her imaginative ramble go on. You couldn’t believe that Tanaka had the gull to out his captain that afternoon for harboring feelings toward you.

“Luck and love according to Nii-chan’s friends,” the excitement in her voice is palatable. After all, she gets a majority of her likeness from her brother so her imagination catches up with her until you catch yourself twirling your hair while thinking the events of the day through.

“Oh is that so?” you reply. “Say, chibi chibi chan, can you keep a secret?”

great now i’m thinking abt hq again. anyway, one of daichi’s BEST and most UNDERRATED moments is when they lose to seijoh the first time and he quietly tells hinata & kageyama to get up. because that’s, in the moment, the end of everything he’s spent three years (more, really, but) working towards. it’s the end of the promise he made to the team to get them to nationals, his promise to ikejiri to keep fighting, the long hours and hard work, the teammates that left and came back, the hope and then the heartbreak when that hope was gone, because he’s so sure that this will be the last match he ever plays. but. he can come off as unapproachable, angry, untouchable because he keeps himself at a distance from most of this team but in this moment, when he withdraws into this persona, hinata sees past that and remembers the promise that daichi made to ikejiri and even withdrawn and utterly composed, daichi is incredibly human in this moment. and he doesn’t even realize it. and then he gets everyone settled, gets them in line -- just acts with such tremendous grace. there’s no resolution to the whole thing until later but even these isolated things -- the points of connection that have been forged over only a few months, the way it’s not about anger or disappointment just this deep care to take care of his team until the very end, it’s incredible.

The little things they do...

A/N ~ Idk why I wrote this... but I got an idea so here it is🥺 These are all my random thoughts so I hope you guys like!! No TW’s its just all soft fluffy hc’s!! It contains many random HQ boys (might do a part 2 if you guys like it).

Tip-Jar☕️

Daichi ~ Always makes sure you are eating well, often leaves you notes in your bag reminding you to do so! If you have forgotten your lunch, he will make sure to bring it to you at work, no matter how out of his way. Its your reminder that he loves and cares about you.

Akaashi ~ Hands you poems that make him think of you, often with a small handwritten note at the bottom of the page telling you why. Always puts ‘I love you’ at the end with a little heart. His handwriting is stunning.

Bokuto ~ Writes you letters when he’s away, he knows he doesn’t have the best handwriting. But his letters come full of love and he always sprays each one with his cologne to comfort you. He knows he can be away for long periods of time for Volleyball and he doesn’t want you to worry.

Kuroo ~ Always texts you cheesy memes to remind you that he loves you. Some of these could be just cats and others can be chemistry memes, they always make you smile regardless. Also sends you nerdy pick-up lines that make you roll your eyes, but you know he sends them with a smile on his face.

Asahi ~ Makes you small embroidered flowers and feathers, he learnt to embroider for his job but being able to make you smile is a bonus. You stash them all up and hopefully you will get enough to put them on a throw.

Osamu ~ Makes you the best bento boxes every evening for your lunch the next day, everything is cut into little heart shapes and he always leaves the sweetest notes. All your co-workers are jealous.

Sugawara ~ Picks flowers for you that he sees when he’s out (if they aren’t in someones garden of course), sometimes he comes back with a full handful, he loves to see the look on your face when you realise how muddy he is. Yes he trekked up a hill because he saw a flower he wanted to pick for you...

Oikawa ~ Attempts to bake for you A LOT! He’s not the best but he definitely tries, the reason he does it is because thats how his fangirls show him love... so surely he should show he loves you by doing the same? He loves how your face lights up when you enjoy what he’s baked.

Ennoshita ~ Always drives you places, he won’t let you walk if he’s free. He loves to have his hand interlaced in yours as you drive wherever you need to go. Even if its just a 5 minute drive he cherishes every minute.

Suna ~ Always takes the most aesthetic photos of you when you aren’t paying attention. You have never caught him and little do you know he’s making a scrapbook to give to you on your wedding day. He knows what he wants and he is gonna try his best to get it.

Keishin ~ Remembers what you like and dislike, its like this man has photographic memory when it comes to you. He’s always surprising you with your favourite snacks and other things.

Ushijima ~ He always texts and makes sure you are okay. This man is so blunt and seems very emotionless, but he has a massive soft spot for you. ‘Are you okay honey?’ Is his most common one, never fails to put a smile on your face.

Nishinoya ~ You two take selfies EVERYWHERE you go! He is always ready for a selfie, he just wants to document every moment with you. He loves to look back at them and reminisce, you also always have the biggest smile.

Atsumu ~ Good morning and Goodnight texts. They are so simple yet you appreciate them more than anything. No two messages are the same and they often contain a lot of heart emojis, sometimes he even sends a video of him kissing the camera for you to giggle at.

Sakusa ~ Carries little things he knows you need in his bag, tampons, mini-lipsticks, makeup wipes, tissues. He has them all in a little compartment in his bag that only you and him know about, he’s always so attentive to your needs.

Kita ~ Helps you schedule out your day, knows you aren’t the most organised so helps you take the steps in that direction. Makes you really pretty schedules if you like that sort of thing, also buys you a diary and writes important days in there.

BOKUTO

Bokuto would notice how no matter how hard he tried, he never was able to get that close to you.

He’d pick up that you would leave at the end of the night instead of sleeping over, how if he’d offer to cook so that you didn’t have to go find food on your own you would decline, or how if you were stressed over a test and he offered to set up a study date with you, him and Akaashi you would tell him that you preferred to work alone.

He’d have a lot of emo moments over it with Akaashi, racking his brain over what he was doing wrong and if you were even into him

Because he knew you had to be. You said it all the time, or at least showed him that you loved him.

You would pet his hair while you were watching TV, or softly press your lips to his cheek when you two were walking in the park.

It would drive him insane that he couldn’t figure out why he was getting mixed signals.

So, when you broke down one day after you saw him get emo over you wanting to go home instead of spending the evening with him, all of your insecurities and worries spilling out of you it just made sense.

Well, not sense, because he loved you and he would never leave you, but he understood too well how it felt to be worried that you were too much or that you would drive other people away.

He’d sit you down and take your hands into his, smiling softly as you nervously fiddled with his fingers. He wouldn’t make you keep eye contact with him if you didn’t want to but he’d ask for a verbal confirmation that you were listening.

Once he got that, he would tell you how much he loved you, how much he loved spending time with you and that he would never leave.

He’d also tell you that he used to feel the same way before he met Akaashi, and once he had that stable relationship the rest just seemed to be a lot easier too.

He’d always reassure you if he saw you begin to shy away again, drawing you into his arms, repeating over and over again that he loved you and that he couldn’t wait to spend all these years with you.

KUROO

He would feel like it was his fault that you were distant.

Was he making you uncomfortable? Was he coming on too strong?

He remembers starting to be friends with Kenma, and how a lot of the same things happened.

He remembers Kenma telling him to leave but then not complaining when he took out homework instead, staying while Kenma played video games. After, Kenma would tell him that he didn’t actually want him to leave, but he hadn’t wanted Kuroo to get bored with him playing games and ignoring him.

So maybe it was the same with you? He was just so worried that he was reading you wrong and he’d ruin everything.

He’s very pragmatic, and so I think he would just casually ask you one day.

“Sweetheart, do I make you uncomfortable?”

You’d have to reassure him, try to explain how you felt, how you were afraid he was going to leave.

He’d freeze in his chair and look at you with wide eyes. “Oh kitten,” he’d say, “I’m so sorry.”

He’d apologize to you, knowing that he could’ve been better to soothe your insecurities, especially knowing that Kenma had many of the same.

If you asked him to leave, he’d stop and ask you “Do you really want me to leave or are you just feeling like a burden?” and if you didn’t answer, he’d stay, kissing the top of your head and telling you that he didn’t mind, that he wanted to stay.

As your relationship progressed he would get better at reading you and not need to ask that as often. You would also grow more comfortable with him and not be as worried all the time.

He would also push you to make more friends, or at least better friends, that you felt comfortable and safe with.

DAICHI

Daichi wouldn’t notice at first. He’s the type of guy that likes to let other people set the pace and match their energy

I feel like he’d not notice it until it was a few months in, and he’s walking around doing errands thinking about how much better it would be if you were here

He’d stop in place, and have that mini realization that he loved you, but he didn’t feel all that close to you

After that point he’d start putting more effort into the relationship. He’d invite you over for dinners, ask you to go for walks with him, ask if he could come over after his job

If these were matched with resistance he would just think he was more interested in you than you were in him.

I feel like he would sit down and have a conversation with you where he admitted these things and asked how you did feel, because he wouldn’t want to stay in a relationship that was unbalanced.

Cue you shyly admitting that you did like him, very much, but that you were afraid to lose him and so kept pulling away.

He’d put his warm palm over one of your own, “What makes you think I’d want to leave?”

“I just, people leave?”

“Oh Darling, no,” he’d say, genuinely heartbroken that your experiences had led you to feel this way.

He’d bring you around his friends more, bring you to meet his parents and siblings, bring you to a work event

He’d entwine you into every aspect of his life, so that you knew he wasn’t planning on this being a short thing.

He’d also broach the topic of getting therapy, if you felt like these feelings were getting in the way of your daily life.

He’d even go with you to a few appointments if you needed him to.

★ aone honestly isn't even phased. he blinks a few times and looks away from his phone when he feels you poking his face. he was too distracted to hear you calling his name the five times you did before. when he turns to find you smiling at him expectantly, he silently closes his phone and opens his arm for you to settle in close to him. he mutters a quiet "sorry, love." and kisses your forehead as you let out a satisfied hum.

★ daichi is so done with you pls. but lovingly though, if possible. when you start bugging him, he just sighs, a loving smile making it's way to his face as he continues what he was doing before you interrupted him. "just a minute sweetheart, then i'm all yours. promise." if you keep annoying him though, he just gives you one good look and you shut right up. then he's all smiles like he didn't just scare the hell out of you. "there you go."

★ iwaizumi has no patience, really. well, it stretches a little more for you, but he won't admit it. he just stares at you blankly when you pluck his phone out of his hands, turn it off, and lay across his lap. "i wasn't done with that, you know." he deadpans, but you just smile up at him, "you are now." he sighs, but he's not really annoyed. he will pinch you playfully or poke your neck in retaliation before giving in and giving you attention, though.

I made up kids for each of these to make it easier, so you and Daichi have two kids, a boy and a girl

You planned this adorable little picnic where you pack up a bunch of his favorite foods that the kids helped you make (of course) and you just have a really lowkey family day at the nearby park

The kids are so excited for him to eat the food they made that they’re practically shoving it in his face, but he just chuckles at their antics - he tries to at least nibble on as much of it as possible

They’re so proud of themselves when he says how delicious it is, they love their dad and they’re just so happy that they could make him happy

After you eat, they go play on the play area nearby so the two of you are left sitting and watching them, chatting back and forth

You make sure he knows what a great dad you think he is and how thankful you & your kids are to have him

After you get home your kids have to ask him if he had fun, and he says of course he did, it was the best father’s day ever!

That’s what he said last year and that’s what he’ll say next year too

KUROO

You and Tetsurou have a son

It’s actually your son’s idea to make breakfast in bed for his dad, because he saw someone do it on a tv show once

He wants to make pancakes, eggs, bacon, the entire works, and you know that there’s no way Tetsu will sleep through you getting out of bed and then making all of that, so you have to kind of vaguely brief him a little bit so he doesn’t get out of bed and ruin it

Your son insists on making as much of it as possible, but you help when you can, and honestly, it all turns out pretty okay, you’re pleasantly surprised

Tetsu totally pretends he’s still asleep when you bring the tray in, so your son JUMPS ON HIM to wake him up

This leads to a mini pre-breakfast family wrestle/cuddle session in bed, but you have to make it quick before the food gets too cold

Tetsu is genuinely so pleased by the meal, he is so touched that your son wanted to do all that for him, and he makes sure that he knows how much he loves it & how delicious everything is

Your son is grinning from ear to ear the whole time, he’s so excited he can barely eat his own breakfast, he gets a big old hug from his dad afterwards

TSUKISHIMA

You and Kei have a daughter

She has been working on a card and some other special art for him for weeks, she even picked out a special coffee mug to give him, & she’s getting so excited to share everything with him

Suga, Kageyama, and Noya develop a crush on Ukai’s new employee

One day after practice, Suga finds himself heading to Ukai’s store with Daichi and Asahi because they’ve been craving those steamed pork buns and since it was Daichi’s turn to pay for food, it was an offer he couldn’t refuse

He’s definitely an advocate for “Free food is the best food”

The boys walk into Sakanoshita and Suga is the first to notice a new girl standing behind the counter who is reading the newspaper with her legs propped up just like a mini Ukai

Instead of a cigarette between her lip, she has a stick of chocolate pocky in her mouth

Suga thinks you are SO cute and he can’t stop staring at you but once you look up from your newspaper to lock eyes with him, he averts his gaze and continues to walk forward, only to bump into one of the shelves by accident

“ Woah, you okay suga?” Daichi asks as he turns around to face his friend

“ GAH I’m fine!”

Suga hears you let out a small giggle as you went back to your newspaper and pretended to act uninterested in the boy, even though you knew fully well that he was reallllllly cute

Daichi is a smart boy and he can clearly tell that Suga is completely flustered over you but decides to say nothing for now while Asahi is deciding between which flavor drink he should get

He’s oblivious, aren’t all aces?

The boys grab their buns and head over to the counter where you greet them extra politely because you are an underpaid customer service worker who is just genuinely nice a cute boy is in front of you and you wanna make a nice impression

“ Okay, you’re all set, is there anything else I can do for you guys?” You asked sweetly as Daichi looks over to Suga who’s cheeks are getting flushed

Daichi gets Asahi’s attention and nods over to the door,” We’ll be outside Suga, don’t take too long.”

Suga’s eyes practically are pleading with Daichi saying “ Please don’t leave me I think I’m choking on my own tongue” but Daichi just laughs and walks out with a confused Asahi trailing behind him

Suga just tries to calm himself down because he knows the goal is to make a nice impression and hopefully set up a date so he can see you again

“ From the way you were sitting, I imagine you’re related to Ukai? ”

Suga immediately regrets this approach because now he sounds like a weird stalker but you don’t think anything of his question

“ Mhm, I’m his niece Y/N, how do you know him?”

He replays your name out loud and for some reason it makes him smile even more

You being Ukai’s niece doesn’t really make Suga panic even though the thought of crushing on his coaches niece seems like he is crossing some sort of moral line

Suga tells you that he plays volleyball for Karasuno and that your uncle is also his coach which lights up your face

“ No kidding, what a small world! I would love to come out and cheer you on. When’s the next game?”

Suga short circuits for a second because you specifically said you would cheer him on instead of the team as a whole

“ S-sure! There’s one next week if you want to come .ANDmaybewecangetsomethingtoeatafter!”

“ Sounds like a plan, its a date,” You smiled as Suga nods excitedly before rushing out of the store without another word

“ Did I just hear her say that Ukai is her uncle?” Asahi asked as the three of them walked down the street

Suga nods and blabs on about his interaction with you but Asahi and Daichi look at each other the whole time as they think of how screwed Suga will be once Ukai finds out

➣Kageyama

Kageyama never really heads to Ukai’s store unless he’s with his teammates but one day when he’s out jogging, he forgets his water bottle so he decides to stop by Sakanoshita to grab a drink since he knows he won’t be able to run much longer in this heat

He steps into the store and he’s blessed with not only the blasting AC but the sight of a girl around his age refilling the drinks in the fridge

Kags can only see the side of your face but even then, he feels his heart skip a beat

He’s never felt anything like this before so he’s convinced he’s about to have a heart attack but then the unsettling thought hits him as he’s just standing there in the middle of the store with his wallet out

“ She’s really pretty” and Kageyama doesn’t even realize he’s said this OUT LOUD until you turn around and give him a shy smile

“ Um, thank you, you too”

Kageyama wants to just run out of the store because he is so embarrassed and he can feel the back of his neck and ears heat up as he contemplates leaving

And that’s EXACTLY what he does!!!!

The dude just leaves without buying anything and decides to just run back home because he is MORTIFIED

You’re kinda bummed out because “damn, I scared another one off this week” but you realize that he dropped his wallet as he was sprinting out so you knew he’d be back

You didn’t look through his wallet, all you did was put it in one of the drawers at the register and continued on with your day as usual

Just kidding, you totally looked through it and founds his Karasuno school ID and when you saw he was a first-year too, you mentally gave yourself a high five

Kageyama on the other time is freaking out because not only did he lose his wallet, he is so sure that the last time he had it was at Ukai’s store which means he has to see you again

He decides to wait until later that night to show up because he thinks maybe Ukai will be there instead-but sure enough when he shows up, you’re still sitting behind the counter and this time, he can see your whole face as you’re doing homework

And his heart stops when he sees that you’re wearing a Karasuno school uniform because he could’ve sworn he would’ve recognized someone as pretty as you around the hallways

He’s never felt this way about any girl before and now, he slightly regretted not listening to Tanaka’s advice on how to pick up girls because he was felt so lost on what to do

You could feel someone staring at you but when you turned your head up, you found yourself almost glad to see him

“ Oh hey Tobio! Did you come back for something?”

His brain short circuits for the millionth time because hardly anyone calls him by his first name and he figures you probably went through his wallet

Kageyama sheepishly nods as he heads over to the counter. You don’t even understand how hard it is for Kageyama to even talk to you

Cause granted, he’s talked to girls before like Kiyoko and Yachi but never a girl he was interested in because until now, he never even found himself attracted to girls

You hand him his wallet as you defend yourself, saying that you only went through it to find his address so you could return it after your shift

he apologizes over and over again on how much it was a burden for you to keep his wallet for the day

All you could do was laugh at how absurd this whole situation was and your laugh made Kageyama tense up because even your laugh was attractive

He made sure to keep that in his head though

Kageyama doesn’t know why his feet are practically cemented in front of you but he just doesn’t want to leave

He makes up any excuse and looks down at your math homework and thinks of an idea

“ Oh, do you need help with that?”

And Kageyama feels so stupid because why the hell did he just offer to help you with math homework when he only has one working braincell

You look down at your homework and back up at him,” You know this stuff?”

Kageyama looks at you before swallowing hard and shakes his head,” No…I’m actually really bad”

You giggle at his attempt at trying to be helpful but you nod back towards your homework,” Well don’t worry, I have math under control...If you want I can tutor you sometime?”

Kageyama almost says yes way too quickly before he pretends to think it over in his head and happily accepts your offer

You smile back at him before grabbing a sticky note and scribbling your name and number on a piece of paper,” Call me whenever, yeah?”

You know that face Kageyama makes where his smile is super weird and squiggly? Well thats the exact face he has as he takes the piece of paper and tells you goodnight

And you can bet everything you have that he immediately rushes home and pulls out his homework just so he can have an excuse to call you up

➣Nishinoya

Nishinoya frequently visits Ukai’s store even if it’s out of the way because he likes to see a familiar face

And also tries to bargain a “family discount” to which Ukai always denies him

So one night Noya feels a sudden craving for literally anything that isn’t within his own house and he just decides to go drop by Sakanoshita to annoy Ukai out of a free bag of chips

“ Oi Ukai-” Noya stops in his tracks when he sees a girl around his age carrying a big box of products out from the back of the store

He is completely SMITTEN for you right away and in the back of his mind he’s like Kiyoko who?

He had been going to Ukai’s for a long time but he had never saw you around before so already his mind was thinking of who you could be

“ She’s too pretty to be Ukai’s daughter- he isnt even married why would he have a daughter-unless his wife left him with a baby and that’s why he’s grumpy all the time- wait but aren’t babies made by having-”

Noya kinda snaps out of it as you let out a small grunt while you’re trying to balance the two boxes on top of each other

Lets be real, Noya is the number one women respecter so when he sees you somewhat struggling, he rushes over and helps take some of the weight off of you

You could feel your load lighten but you still keep your hand on the box,“ I got it, it’s fine!”

“ No, please let me help! You’re too pretty to carry heavy things, you need a big strong man to help!”

He didn’t mean for it to sound so unfeminist because again, he loves women as much as Hinata loves volleyball but he just didn’t want you to hurt yourself

You guide him where to set the boxes and they’re way heavier than Noya anticipated but since he wanted to impress you, he tried to play it off like it wasn’t even that heavy

“ Thanks for the help, I hate making multiple trips” You said as you crouched down and opened up the boxes. When you look up at the boy for the first time, you feel your heart skip a beat because duh, cute stranger alert and Noya was feeling the exact same way

“ I would do it again in a heartbeat,” Noya smiled and introduced himself and when you said your full name, Noya felt like his mind had exploded

“ Woah! I know him, he’s my volleyball coach- I’m Karasuno’s libero-that’s the school I go to- and he owns the store- but you probably already know that- I’ve never seen you around before, are you new?”

When Noya gets excited, he has a tendency to talk people’s ear off but you found it so amusing and almost endearing

“ Yep, today’s my first day. It’s been pretty hectic but it keeps me pretty busy for the most part.”

“ You know, I’m here all the time so I practically own the store myself. If you need any manly assistance, I could help you- like right now- do you want me to stock these chips? The cheesy ones are my favorite what about you?”

You didn’t want to burden him but after trying to convince him you were fine doing it by yourself, you just gave up and decided that it would be quicker with him by your side

It would’ve taken you about an hour to stock whatever was left but with Noya’s help, you two managed to get it done in 20 minutes. While you closed up the shop, he even offered to walk you home because “ someone as pretty as you shouldn’t walk home without a bodyguard”

You happily accepted your offer because hellooooo any excuse to hang out with him longer worked for you!

When you got to your house, you gave him a friendly kiss on the cheek to thank him and for extra measure, you pulled out a bag of cheesy chips from your coat

Noya practically fell to his knees once you closed your front door and he was simping so hard for you that everytime he wasn’t busy with volleyball, he would close up the shop with you and walk you home

hands down my favorite mental image of the moment. how absolutely different daichi is around people that aren’t his teammates. like in all honesty, i’m not edgy or cool enough to pretend that k arasuno isn’t my favorite team, yGOT me with that emotional hook and i will always care about them The Most™ but like like like. when you take away the role of pseudo-coach and fixed point and last man standing, daichi is a fucking disaster nerd loser king. he has the driest sense of humor ever that straight up ?? borders on kind of mean, and his competitive streak ??!! insane, off the charts. he’s gonna burn a basketball one day i s2g. but i just FUCKING love thinking about him removed from the environment that warps him into being incredibly mature & reasonable & yeah, a little terrified that everything’s going to be torn away from him and the team ( a FUCKING gain ). bc once he’s in a groove with someone who’s never actually Counted On Him in a Major Way, suddenly he’s doing some dumbass shit like spontaneous races or video game competitions or snark offs and just just just. let my son be a dang kid !!!! for once !!!!

karasuno

sawamura daichi- insurance fraud!! somehow this is such a dad crime to commit?? dadchi didn’t try (dumb excuse, how do you accidentally commit insurance fraud smh) to commit insurance fraud but at one point in his late-thirties, he was very very broke and was already working as much as possible so, he decided to fake an ankle injury, as you do, and filed a bunch of claims which made him bank. daichi kept doing it until he was able to quit one of his jobs and buy himself a really nice suit and a rolex (uhhh 🥵). he somehow never got caught tho and to this day, none of his friends know how he was able to afford a tesla on a cop’s salary (sorry daichi but acab 😔✨)

sugawara kōshi- child abandonment!! ok you can try and fight me on this but i feel in my bones that suga absolutely despises children. he can tolerate ages 10+ but anything younger than that, he will punt them into the next dimension. the thing is, people just assume he likes kids because of how good he is with his team which is why his aunt begged him to babysit his nephew taro. taro was being an absolute brat when suga took him out for the day and he was 👉👈 this close to snapping. he put taro down for like 3 seconds to pay for their ice cream and when he turned back, the demon spawn was gone. he panicked, running around the park looking for taro when it turns out, taro was just bent down behind the bench. some random karen called the police and suga has never craved murder more.

nishinoya yuu- arson!! you CANNOT tell me nishinoya doesn’t have a ~murder~ playlist that he listens to to get himself hype (me too noya, me too). one night, he got a lil too hype listening to start a riot by duckwrth and watching demolition videos on youtube. he snuck out of his house to an empty shed like 30 minutes away and maybe... lit it on fire while genocide by lil darkie played on a speaker nearby. what he did NOT anticipate was the absolute size of the fire so he freaked out and called the firefighters who promptly called the police. he didn’t want to get grounded so he called daichi to bail him out. daichi still told noya’s parents 😔.

tanaka ryūnosuke- vandalism!! tanaka had been on alt tiktok and saw a group of cool friends spray painting an abandoned building. he thought “that’s cool, lemme do that!” but then he realized he had no friends (AHDGS JK I LOVE TANAKA). he asked nishinoya who was grounded from the arson incident and he knew he definitely couldn’t ask daichi, suga, asahi, or enoshita so he decided to go it alone. that proved to be a MASSIVE mistake. he got the supplies, arrived to the building of his choice (thanks saeko :3), and decided to spray paint a huge p3ni5 in bright red paint. he finished “successfully” and zoomed back home. what he didn’t realize with his two-and-a-half braincells is that he signed his glorious piece with his full name. the cops were at his house the next morning...🧍

hinata shoyō- forgery!! hinata did NOT think that forgery was even a crime. how was he supposed to know that he wasn’t allowed to copy his mom’s signature on a permission form! all he wanted was to go to an overnight training camp 😿

kageyama tobio- attempted murder!! kageyama swears it sounds worse than was and he is absolutely incorrect. what happened was so much worse. he and hinata were having a competition to see who could hold their breath the longest underwater (you can’t tell me they haven’t done some dumbass shit like this) and kageyma lost almost instantly (he has the tiny lungs of an asthmatic). he didn’t want hinata to notice so he held hinata’s head under the water for like 10 seconds. suga walked in though, saw hinata thrashing around in the water and immediately called the police. kageyama never forgave him.

tsukishima kei- cyberbullying!! first of all, i had no idea you could get arrested for cyber bullying!? that being said, neither did tsukishima who spent 80% of his time making fun of people online (and on his real account!! bold). eventually one of the people he bullied (hinata) reported him on instagram and his very lame account was deleted (pls don’t bully people online 😤).

yamaguchi tadashi- shoplifting!! andjksh this is so funny because this scenario has happened to me and i can just SEE this happening to poor tadashi. yamaguchi gets super late night cravings (and usually tsukki will walk with him at like 3 am 🥺 nEWAYS) so he’ll sneak out and walk to the mini-mart near his house. one night, he was so tired but also super hungry so he went onto his nightly routine and basically sleepwalked into the store. he picked out his favorite chips and candy bar (which are sour cream&onion lays and milky ways in case you were wondering 😌✨) and just... walked out the store without paying. the store clerk was mysteriously missing so yamaguchi made it all the way home, ate half the bag of chips and passed out without realizing what he’d done. once he did, he cried for 2 hours straight.

nekoma

kuroo tetsurō- telemarketing fraud!! kuroo originally did telemarketing fraud as a joke?? like he was trying to prank call someone pretending that they had lost their information and they actually gave it to him??? he was mildly concerned but even more excited. he did it over and over again but he never used the info for anything. to this day, kuroo literally has a notebook full of credit card numbers and bank account passwords but he refuses to use it because he believes it’s ✨wrong✨(but it isn’t wrong to take all that information in the first place under false pretenses, not realizing that once people find out, they are forced to close credit cards and accounts but go off self righteous king). once he brought the book up to kenma and he offered to sell it on the dark web. now kuroo feels less bad about what he’s done! :D

kozume kenma- computer crime!! pfttt this one seems kinda obvious but what do you expect from kenma :). he spends so much time on the internet, he’s definitely picked up some less than legal skills that still help him now 👀. kenma did little mini crimes like getting into other people’s wifi but his crowning achievement was when he hacked into the minneapolis pd website and had it so when you opened the page, a black lives matter screen came up. he never told anyone that it was him who did it but he thinks it’s the best he’s ever done.

yaku morisuke- racketeering!! yaku, the feral king, ran an underground gambling ring in the basement of nekoma (do they have basements?? who knows! i don’t!) during his third year. the only reason it didn’t get shut down was because coach nekomata took a portion of yaku’s profits whenever he won (which was literally all the time). everyone on the team has lost money to him which is why they never play with him anymore. they won’t even let yaku play monopoly 😔.

haiba lev- indecent exposure!! poor lev’s head is so empty, he tends to fall for whatever pranks his senpai’s do to him. this time kuroo had somehow convinced him that in order to grow his schlong, he had to run outside naked for 10 minutes because the moonlight had special growing properties. lev was a lil scared ngl because he was already superrr tall and didn’t need to grow his height (or his dick ((boy is hung)) but poor lev is insecure) but he did it anyway. long story short, an old woman saw him parading around the neighborhood naked and called el policia. 0/10 dick did NOT grow and had to spend a night in jail naked 😿

aoba johsai

oikawa tōru- prostitution!! KAKKAKA iwazumi made fun of oikawa for being so shitty and said that he couldn’t pick up anyone if he tried. flattykawa took this as a personal challenge and went out onto the street, asking people if they’d have sex with him. with the way he was asking (and the way he was dressed), people assumed he was a paid w h o r e and someone eventually reported him. iwazumi had to pick oikawa up from the station- he never let him live this one down.

iwaizumi hajime- battery!! it wasn’t technically battery but oikawa is a lil bitch and overreacts (at least in his words -_-). the amount of times iwa-chan has beat the absolute shit out of oikawa is uNREAL. he just can’t handle the stupidity sometimes so he just smacks the crap outta him. not for real for real but the way oikawa reacts, you’d think a murder was occurring. one time, shittykawa screeched so loud, they got a noise complaint -_- hajime hates it in these streets.

matsukawa issei & hanamaki takahiro- conspiracy!! issei and hiro have a secret blog where they discuss conspiracy theories and such but one day, hiro found an article that explained how jfk’s death was an inside job. he sent it to issei who began to theorize how HE’D do it. that devolved into a massive thread on their blog of how’d they murder a president which blew up and caught the attention of the cia who sent the a letter telling them to quietly delete the blog. they did because they were terrified but they kept the letter and now it’s framed in issei’s apartment.

kyōtani kentarō- assault!! baby is an angry little boy but for all the right reasons. he was at a bar (when he’s all grown up, duh) and he spotted an absolute drunk creep hitting on a girl who clearlyyyy did not reciprocate his feelings. kyōtani, being the respectful king that he is, went over to the guy, pulled him by the jacket and beat. the. shit. out of him. while the bartender was happy with the fact that the creep was out, he was not impressed with the damage to his bar. he just sent kyōtani out who casually adjusted his leather jacket and rings, and hopped on his motorcycle to ride away into the night. i am the FATTEST simp for this man ONG 🥴

shiratorizawa

ushijima wakatoshi- stalking!! poor ushijima has no idea how intimidating he can be. he was on a train late at night after practice and the woman sitting across from him left her purse sitting on the seat. being the gentleman that he is, he took the purse and followed her to return it. the only problem is that the closer he got, the faster she ran and when he tried to speak (yknow with his scary, deep, baritone voice), the woman screeched and called the cops on him because he was a “strange, big man who was following her home.” when the police showed up, ushijima was painfully confused and just held up this tiny ass purse in his massive hands. the cops laughed.

tendō satori- ???!! no one knows what crimes (or how many 😳) tendō has committed but each of his teammates have different ideas- ushijima: “i don’t believe tendou is capable of committing any sort of felony. well, maybe murder”; semi: “of COURSE he’s capable of crimes??! do you know how many times i’ve seen him come into the dorm with a suspicious stain of red on his sweater?? *shudders* if i end up dead, tendō did it...” in actuality, the only crime tendō has committed is ~drugs~ but he’s not bouta tell his friends that.

goshiki tsutomu- would be a VICTIM!! my baby tsutomu would NEVER commit a crime!!! i love this man with my everything and the only crime he’s committed is being too damn cute 😤🥺
