Dad(smite)- Part 3

"Hey, baby! Come over and give step-dad a kiss!" A gruff voice echoed over the sound of machinery and you pointedly keep your eyes on the walk. "Hey, bitch! I was talking to you!"
The catcalls are not unexpected, but you did get disheartened by them whenever you pass by the construction lot to get to the park. They are unpleasant when you don't have a baby strapped to your front, but they're downright disgusting when you do. But not even you have the confidence to give the double middle finger to men that knew which apartment you lived in.
The little baby strapped to you seemed to get offended for you, or perhaps he just didn't like the way those jerks yelled.
"It's okay, Katsuki." You patted his little bum as he gazed angrily in their direction. "Auntie doesn't date losers." You coo.
"The hell they doin'?" A deep voice comes up behind you, and you don't need to turn to know that your new friend, Mr. Yagi has decided to join you and the other moms at the park with little Midoriya today.
More good news is that the jibbing immediately stops when he moves in step with you, looking over.
Immediately, baby Katsuki waves an arm to smack baby, Midoriya. But he's too far, and so he just giggles in return.
"He's a hellion. Those morons do this to you a lot?"
"Katsuki, be kind." You poke your little guy. "Don't worry, Yagi. It's pretty normal, and they'll be gone soon enough." You say, looking up at the giant you had somehow managed to intimidate enough to form a friendship.
You loop your arm around his, more friendly than anything else, and he lets you lead him along.
"Yeah, they'll be gone soon." He agrees, and you're too twitterpated by giant muscles to catch his second meaning as his wolfish frown expands into a menacing smirk.
Your other 'mother' friends had been intimidated the first day you got drug along Mr. Yagi, but at this point, not a single lady blinked an eye, many even throwing their kids his way, knowing he was too shy to shrug them off.
"Hey, How's little Bakugou?" Nao Shimura asks as you make your way over to the benches she and the other moms have parked at. She continues putting moisturizer on her little Tenko, ignoring his squirming. Her little girl dances around her, to get to Yagi.
They wave happily at Toshi, all their kids moving to go tackle him and he puts Midoriya on his shoulders.
They all tackle him at once, and he doesn't budge an inch, expression flat (but you know he loves the attention).
"He's a hell gremlin. But a happy one." You say, unhooking him from your carrier.
"That's good," Tomie says, rather absentmindedly, watching as her kid flew in the air above you guys. You felt bad for her. She had left a bad relationship a year ago, and it seemed like things were still hard, even with Keigo getting old enough to help out.
"I hear that crime has gone way down the neighborhood lately," Rei said, pulling her white hair out of reach of little Shoto. "That's good."
"Oh?" You ask, sitting in between her and Nao.
"Must be his doing," Rei continues, "You know, I was scared when All Smite declared the area as his, but with crime down, we're better than ever. And since Enji and I are on a break, Touya's been much happier."
"That's good." You and the other moms nod along.
"Well, I'm not too worried," Mr. Togata says, watching as his son climes Yagi. "I think Mr. Smite is doing more good than bad."
"Hmph. Besides you and Yagi, men can't be trusted." Nao says, no doubt think of her own husband.
How such spectacular women got shackled to losers like their husbands you'd never understand. You nodded, eyes wandering over your behemoth, and you think, perhaps, you actually might.
"Ah well. I brought treats." You say, taking the pack of crackers out of your bag. Your own thoughts too dangerous to linger on, as are the warm feelings you get seeing your Yagi-friend swinging kids off of him.
Until he tosses Mirio high enough that he literally goes higher than any tree in the park.
"Hey!" You yell out, just as he catches him.
He rolls his eyes, but none of the kids go that high again.
"You know," Rei said to you, gazing at Yagi, "It's a wonder you make all these friends. I would have been too scared to talk to him."
You shrug, feeling proud of yourself.
"He has a good heart. Underneath the whole, I'm a giant bad-ass and whatever attitude he's got. And he's a good dad. Clueless, but good."

"Hey, woman, can you take the kid for a day?" Yagi says gruffly over the phone, as you wrestled another bent spoon away from Katsuki. "I got stuff to do."
"Midoriya? Sure!" You say happily. "You busy? Got a date? Spill the details!" You ask, far too interested in what your giant friend is up to, but as usual, he shrugs you off, albeit rather kindly (for him).
"It's work woman, work." He ends the call sharply.
You giggle.
The night goes well, and the next day you strap up both boys to go to the park, you realize that you're enjoying the walk. It takes you a while to understand what had changed, only when you got home did it click.
The construction team hadn't yelled at you.
The next afternoon, when Mr. Yagi comes over to your house, you can't help, very excitedly, point out that the construction team’s change of heart.
"Strange! And none of the new guys even looked at me or any other woman." You say, helping him buckle his carrier unto his very impressive pecs. He smirks down at you as you tighten it as hard as you can.
"Hmph. Weird." He says, not bothering to hide the pleased look on his face. But as always, you don't seem to see his worst side, just babble on about your own day.
"Oh, how was work this morning? We missed you at the park." You say, and he shrugs.
"Satisfying. Got done what I needed."
You almost want to question what would cause him to look so happy, but Midoriya yelps, and you rush to pull Katsuki off him.

Okay wait. How would baby Izuku react to seeing skeleton All Smite for the first time? One moment there’s dada and then POOF! Not dada!
Izuku would def be a bit older, probably about 8-9 when the AFO fight goes down. Probably wakes up to Nighteye in their house looking super haggard, red in the eyes and there's an instant sinking in Izuku's stomach. He's too afraid to ask. He doesn't understand most of it but all that matters is Toshinori is alive. As soon as he's taken to see his dad, he doesn't leave his side.

Would All Smite take little Midoriya trick or treating? It's both adorable and hilarious imagining him walking around in that Jason Vorhees costume while Midoriya is in a cute costume😆
Yes he would! little izuku would have a tiny Totoro onesie with his little pumpkin bucket and here comes Smite standing behind him fully decked out as Jason, arms crossed. The look on people's face, so enamored by adorable little Izu and then they look up to see Jason towering over them is such a switch in emotions. It suddenly feels like a shakedown and just after a few houses Izuku's little pumpkin bucket is overflowing with treats.

would it go in the All Smite AU is Izuku decided to be a hero? Like, fix the system from inside?
why fix it when he can make it worse?
tbf, Smite finds his villainy too lucrative to want to talk izuku into becoming a hero. But perhaps down the line an older izuku meets up with another certain fire and ice quirk user and become vigilantes? This would piss off both their fathers, of course, but I think its leagues better than being a villain.

About the All Smite AU - what is the power discrepancy between him and Endeavor? Is it only minimal or does he have OFA and is just repeatedly clowning on Enji because he can? lmao
Oh All Smite can easily overpower Endeavor.
But All Smites goal isn't to kill heroes, but to make an example of them. He despises hero society but he'd rather embarrass the shit out of them than kill them. I mean, how bad does it look when the #1 hero is being outsmarted and overpowered at every turn by a bad guy?
All Mights only goal is to kill AFO.

Can you imagine enji and his team finally thinking they have the upper hand bc they found smites place (abandoned weeks ago when they decided he and izuku should move, but they didn't need to know that) and like. The heros are caught up in trying to get around the baby proofed house to properly come in all badass
(from the ask about dadsmite childproofing the house when he gets izuku)
Lmao i love this! They go for the door but its got one of those childproof locks so they're just fumbling with it until someone kicks it in. Every cabinet, etc has those little push locks and it only serves to further infuriate Endeavor.
