"Exploring Silverstone's Legendary Circuit: A Look into the Pit Garage and Pit Lane"
The home of British motorsport, Silverstone is a motorsports complex situated in Northamptonshire, England. The track is well-known for holding the British Grand Prix, one of the most prestigious and venerable events on the Formula One calendar.
The 5.891-kilometer-long Silverstone track has 18 corners. The pit lane's length is 457 metres, and its maximum speed is 80 km/h. Each team has an allocated place in the pit lane, and Silverstone's pit garage is state-of-the-art.
The teams have plenty of room to work on their vehicles in the Silverstone pit garage, which is 16.5 metres wide and 8 metres long. The garage is furnished with all the equipment and tools required for the teams to work on any repairs or modifications that are required to the vehicle.
A crucial component of the Silverstone circuit is the pit lane. The teams make their pit stops there to refuel the car and change tyre's. Two cars can pass one another side by side in the pit lane because it is 12 meters wide. According to the the Formula1 sporting regulation, the pit lane will be separated into two lanes. The "fast lane" will be closest to the pit wall and may not be wider than 3.5 meters, and the "inner lane" will be the one closest to the garages. The pit lane is a hive of activity during a race, with teams racing against the time to complete a pit stop.

To summarize, the Silverstone circuit holds a prominent place in the history of motorsports and has played a crucial role. The pit garage and pit lane are integral parts of the circuit that provide the necessary equipment and space for the teams to perform their tasks. The size of Silverstone's pit garage and pit lane are significant factors in the project I am currently working on.

Her er intervjuene våre. Vi fikk fire deltagere og stilte disse tre spørsmålene.
1 Hva tror du Dronning Sonja internasjonale musikk konkurranse er?
2 Hvilket forhold har du til opera?
3 Hva skal til for at du blir interessert, mer interessert i opera?
D1:
1) Jeg tenker først på internasjonalt musikkstevne ala UKM.
2) Har lite forhold til opera, har kun sett i filmer og serier, tegneserier. Enten presentert som en vits, eller som noe classy og seriøst overklassen/kule spiona drar på.
4) Jeg vil si jeg er interessert, hadde vært dritkult å dra på! Kanskje en forklaring på hva det er, og hvorfor det er en så stor greie, hva det er som gjør det så kult. At det kanskje ble satt opp nybegynnervennlige (ikke de mest artsy, men mer lettfordøyelig) forestillinger nært meg!
D2:
1: Det tror jeg er en musikkonkurranse hvor man fremfører med ulike instrument, som piano f.eks
2: Nei, det er vel noe jeg hører veldig minimalt på, men er jo fint å høre på (i små mengder sånn at det ikke blir for slitsomt i lengden)
3: Hadde hørt mer på det hvis store artister jeg har hørt om og liker hadde drevet med det. (Tror Ariana Grande hadde fått det til, men at det kanskje ikke hadde passet helt til imaget hennes, og fanbasen)
D3:
1: Kammermusikk
2: Jeg liker opera hvis det er musikalsk nok - ganske glad i Puccini feks. Men er ikke glad i det hvis det er veldig teknisk og mye lyd, etc.
3: hadde kanskje hørt mer på det om jeg visste om flere operaer som er mer musikalske og «emosjonell». Så kanskje en kul spilleliste eller noe. Men samtidig så tror jeg også jeg hadde hørt mer på det om det var litt lavere terskel. Type «opera i parken» og ikke bare i operaen til 750kr.
D4:
1: Får følelsen av at det har med unge musikanter og instrumenter å gjøre. Folk spiller forskjellige instrumenter og konkurrerer om en pris. Litt som Melodi Grand Prix men med instrumenter.
2: Var på min første opera i februar! Jeg forbinder det egentlig mest med operaen i Oslo, og italiensk og gammalt. Det er ikke favoritt mediet mitt må jeg si, føltes litt forvirrende og rotete, men det var veldig gøy og veldig dramatisk!
3: Eksponering kanskje? Tror jeg hadde blitt mer interessert om jeg kunne mer om det hahaha
Og kanskje om det føltes mer dagsaktuelt? Det finnes nok mange mer moderne operaer, men de mest kjente er veldig gamle og ikke nødvendigvis noe jeg er så sykt interessert i.
