currently reading Lucy Maud Montgomery again. finally time for me to take my dresses out of the closet, eat pastries and see some beauty in life even when i feel like i have no energy for it, because with Lucy you have no choice but to feel joy and love and all the good things, and i'm just so grateful she wrote the way she did, and that i get to read it

i have so many books on my tbr, idk where to start. i pick up a book, read one chapter or 10 pages and then dive into another book and the cycle continues. now that i have enough time to read (2 months summer vacation), i'm having so much trouble setting my mind on one book. i have been feeling terribly overwhelmed 🫠

Hey! I was wondering if you had any cute cottagecore-y fantasy or fiction sapphic (wlw) book recs, as I'm having trouble finding any interesting ones! I would love some suggestions, ty! <33

My absolute fave of these is the graphic novel Mooncakes by Suzanne Walker and Wendy Xu, but in prose, try Rebecca Thorne's Can't Spell Treason Without Tea and Travis Baldree's Legends & Lattes. In non-fantasy, I'd say the closest I've read is Laura Kay's Wild Things.
