One thing I’m confused about is that in Three Houses, I thought I had a pretty good grasp on how Constance acts in the sun vs in the shade

I was under the assumption her thoughts were fluid, and both sides were her. Like she thought herself silly when she walks into the sun, and the same for when she gets back in the shade. But she remembers all that’s happening

But in the Ashen Wolves Reunion paralogue (where it’s sunny) in Three Hopes, when she loses control of her magic she specifically says “It seems my other side has been doing some experimenting”, which implies Sun Constance doesn’t remember what Shade Constance did with magic A bit later in the paralogue, she says “I’m afraid the magic my other side developed is experimental.” Why does she feel the need to specify other side? Unless there’s some kind of wall between them both, like they’re not the same person who just has horrid memories in the sun but they’re just two split yet similar personalities, which is closer to what I thought when we were introduced to Sun vs Shade Constance in the cindered shadows dlc in three houes

Now I’m even more confused about how Sun Constance vs Shade Constance work together than when I first got the dlc. Maybe it’s just been a while since I really thought about it idk
