just a reminder, bring your plushies with you to appointments that your nervous for!! I’ve been bringing mine to my dentist appointments and therapy and nobody cares!! people actually complimented my stuffed animal! and it helped me a lot to bring one!! so please, if you ever feel like you want to bring a plush with you, do it. There’s absolutely no shame in having a friend with you when you’re nervous :)

i had my first training shift working inpatient today and i’m 50% this shit isn’t for me and 50% becoming a doctor is the only career option
