I don’t know why it came to mind, but back when Rogue One came out, there was this review about how Jyn and Cassian in particular were so muted (either because of acting, directing, or both) that it was difficult to really feel like they were angry at Eadu or that indeed they felt much of anything at any point, and so it was hard to attach to them. The speculation, iirc, was that this was actually deliberately done in order to keep audiences from getting too upset by what happens and makes the overall spectacle more enjoyable with just a touch of pathos.
I know different people experience art differently, but ... damn, I was “????????????” then and I am now, because every time I see or am reminded of their scenes (but esp the Eadu confrontation!), I’m impressed by how they manage to convey so much emotion without it seeming overwrought or OOC for two fairly reserved people.

You have the right to like your Angbang intense.
You have the right to like your Angbang fucked up.
You have the right to like your Angbang unhinged.
You have the right to like your Angbang harmful.
But you also have a right to like your Angbang fluffy, too.
You are not woobifying them if you like it soft or write a fic where they say they love each other or kiss or high five or take a bite from the same sandwich or whatever. You have a different interpretation, that’s all.
You’re not committing some horrid unforgivable atrocity against your fandom. You’re not an “annoying fan” if you want your ships happy, even if other people dislike you for it, the same way you are not an “annoying fan” if you like your ships intense and other people dislike you for it.
You’re not a mean person for having an opinion that the majority dislikes. You’re an individual human being who has an opinion and your opinion is worth JUST as much as every other opinion in your fandom. Because that’s how opinions work.
You’re not disregarding canon any more than people who bend it to fit their other non-canon ships or headcanons or other interpretations of this ship or their interpretation of any other ship or anything else that JRRT or Christopher or the Tolkien estate disagree with.
We all see a piece of media and interpret it differently. It doesn’t make any of us better or worse for it. Ship and let ship.

listen what the hell were you offering in 1941? in the car? to repay Crowley? WHAT WERE YOU IMPLYING BY THAT SOMETHING THE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW PLEASE
Well. Isn't it more fun for everyone to guess?
Besides what I was implying clearly wasn't well received at all, so it doesn't matter. Crowley either doesn't care for it or he doesn't care for me.
Appropriate I suppose given how we feel about things, it probably is best we didn't anyway.

I hope we get to see a clan that actually has a council of elders as leaders instead of a king and queen dynamic.
Not to say Indigenous tribes dont have this structure or similar single or dual leadership roles (the Dahomey was a kingdom and Egyptian societies had kings and queens, many current African and West Asian societies have king and queen equivalents or similar). But it would be interesting to see more diversity in clan structure. We got to see how an olo'eyktan is resigned from his position in a ritual of death and rebirth, which is really interesting, so maybe other clans have variations of this in a dual leadership structure or something else.
Maybe other clans already have councils of elders that ultimately answer to the tsahìk and olo'eyktan or vice versa. Im asking for a lot considering the quality of the plot of the movies but I'm just so curious and love the worldbuilding potential Avatar has 😭.
