Yes, friend!!! Obi-Wan should write one, that's exactly the right vibe! I can think of one poet Obi-Wan fic off hand and it's perfect, which to me suggests that we would benefit from more poet Obi-Wan fics. Some ideas:
Anakin is a prince or duke or something and commissions struggling poet Obi-Wan to write a poem about why the empire is so great. Rebel sympathizer Obi-Wan writes about how handsome and charming Anakin is instead. Kisses and treason ensue.
Cyrano de Bergerac kind of a thing except Anakin is in love with Padmé and asks for Obi-Wan's help wooing her. Obi-Wan writes him a bunch of poems that Anakin eventually (tortuously) realizes are not describing Padmé at all but are describing him.
Ooh or maybe libertine poet Obi-Wan seduces scandalized priest Anakin (I've never seen a priest Anakin!) with his pretty words and extreme handsomeness.
No matter what we are definitely getting an ode to Anakin's jawline (and his curls and his pretty eyes and his cute butt--)

9. Do you ever have plans to write anything other than fic?
i used to mostly only write original fic, for a long time my fanfic writing was only occasional. the last novel i was working on i started in 2013 and i've basically taken a hiatus from working on that. i'd basically stopped writing when i got super depressed in 2018 anyway. i went to finish my degree and picked up fanfic again in summer 2020.
i love the lack of pressure of monetization for fanfic. i was so stressed about querying and marketability when i was writing original works before. it was so hard to just keep my eyes on my plate. i'm really glad i leapt into this hobby with both feet.
i sometimes think about posting original works on ao3 but i'm not sure about it.
10. What inspires you the most?
i already answered this one, but i'll expand on my second point which is getting inspo from others' fanworks
sometimes when i'm new to a trope or a pairing or a show, i feel like i need something to build on.
it's a combo of needing to know what the water is like while also finding out if i want to pour a volatile compound into the mix. sometimes seeing people on the same wavelength is super affirming and sometimes i just want to sow chaos >:3
but it's also like... i want to be influenced by others, i want to get into the pool and splash around with some strangers, does that make sense?
11. Weirdest thing you’ve ever written/thought about writing/etc.?
hmm... probably dragon porn. i'm really into the idea of Qui-Gon fucking a dragon right now.

(i've tried to include a mix of ratings and tags, but i just went through my history for these, so if there's a lot of a specific tag, i had a micro-obsession and no shame):
Passion by why-is-my-nose-a-carrot (updates to this story and their previous one literally make my day, I'm obsessed with their writing style and story choices and i could literally go on and on this is probably the wip i'm most hyped about)

How Hondo Ohnaka Accidentally Saved the Galaxy by DontCallMeShirley (super funny, love the concept, love Hondo's voice--he drugs obikin so that they don't interfere with his plans. they don't. they get married instead. Just. So good.)

we're swimming with the sharks (until we drown) by @coldwaughtered (another fic I found just last night, but in love! high-powered, put together lawyer and smitten anakin with probably equally smitten obi-wan but the pov is anakin's so that comes off stronger at first + fake marriage for more money which i guess means obi-wan was like if this twunk marries someone else i'll stop being distracted and NOT fall into a consensual workplace relationship only for that to majorly backfire! love the playing with the timeline as well)
The Other Half of My Soul by RedMetalWitch (It took a few months to convince myself to read this as I wasn't quite sure on how absolved of his sins/darkness Anakin would be--my greatest fear unless i'm in a particular once a year sort of mood is a uwu darth vader--but i absolutely adore this fic. i don't know who isn't already following it, but worth the read!)
Shutting the eye of reason by anonymous (another guilty pleasure fic, where anakin is extremely jealous of qui-gon for taking up all of his master's time, and decides to do something about it. mainly by seducing him.)
and of course to round off the list, my beautiful and constant obsession and pipedream that one day it will update if only i keep the faith:

16. What’s an AU you would love to read (or have read and loved)?
I think at least 50% of what I read is AUs at this point 🤔 I love them. I love new settings and new ways for Anakin and Obi-Wan's relationship to develop. I'm still desperately holding out for a Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea AU but I'd be happy with any kind of historical AU. My pal @renlyslittlerose has a great WWII AU at the moment but I really enjoy all historical AUs when they come up. What if Obi-Wan and Anakin were renaissance artists together, or explorers, or rival kings???
21. If you wrote a “missing scene” in [insert fic], what would it be?
I guess I just pick a fic? In my fic as holy and enchanted (this is the one where Obi-Wan is an ancient god and Anakin is an archaeologist) I'd started writing a scene where Obi-Wan paints Anakin with the blue tattoos he has in the 2003 clone wars show as part of the sex ritual. And it was going to be sensual and drive Anakin's desperation but the fic was already pretty long and Anakin was already begging for it so it got scrapped. That could be fun to revisit!

I think I'm starting to run out of WIP sentences to share at this point lol. This isn't tied to any of the events I'm supposed to be writing for or my active WIPs but a secret third thing.
“Anakin,” Obi-Wan sighs, a harder edge slipping into his name, that curl of irritation that makes Anakin’s fight or flight response go haywire in the best way. The little line briefly appears between his brows before it flickers away as Obi-Wan relaxes, like he’s releasing all the anger Anakin can so easily conjure up within him into the Force. “Please. It’s about what happened in the infirmary.”
The petty part of Anakin wants to slam the keypad again and watch the door hit Obi-Wan in the nose. Prolong their suffering just for the fun of it, to get back at Obi-Wan for making him stew in anxiety for a week and spare credits.
But the needy part—the part that misses Obi-Wan like a part of him is aching—steps aside, creating enough space to admit entry.
