Firstly, a bunch of people took the drama CD and made a whole animatic out of it which is amazing. Cinderella but it's skateboarding. Also, instead of a fairy godmother, Reki has Muscle Man Joe.

Reki (the protag of sk8) has a dream where he's Cinderella and the prince is his totally platonic boy bestie and then they skateboard off into the sunset

in the audio drama, Reki has a dream that he's Cinderella and has a skateboard adventure to win the heart of Prince Langa. not only does this make him a good Cinderella, it also makes him cool as h*ll.

Mettaton:

The dress the voice the malicious intent to kill you what else could you want

i think it's awesome that this cinderella's fairy godmother is a mad scientist who made him into a sexy robot

Just one day Renga's class is holding a play and their theme is Cinderella which awakens memories for Reki and he tried to tune out the subject and Langa, who knows about Reki's dream, nominates Reki to be Cinderella. Causing the whole class to go silent and Reki to burst into flames staring in disbelief at his friend. Reki gets even redder when Langa nominates himself to be the prince.
