Chojnik Castle Poland
Today I visited Chojnik Castle. It is a castle whose documentation dates back to the 12th century :) There are also several legends associated with it.
When I was there i fell a little like cone to Kaer morhen from witcher 🤣

Activity
During Christmas a lot of food is consumed, so this year I prioritised sport and activity.
From 25.12 to 30.12, each day I did some practice. Mountain hiking, running, going for a walk, gym activity, aqua aerobic…
I visited many beautiful places: Chojnik Castle, Waterfall Pogórzyn, Wang Church, Norwegian Park (where also running track is located) and Cieplice Old Town.
Reflection: I really enjoyed that time and I am proud of myself that even though there was a break, I was motivated to stay active.
