It’s been a while since Cooper’s been on Instagram. But here he is modeling one from the archives. The Chinon 3001 is a camera I reviewed years ago (@james35mm here). It’s a compact point and shoot with a 35mm f/2.8 fast prime lens (just as fast as the more expensive Mju II and even the infamously expensive Contaxes). It’s also got the best and most advanced autofocus found in a point and shoot up to the time it was released. This camera cost a lot of money when it was new, somewhat unusual for decidedly less than aspirational brand name. You can buy these today for about $50. And they are excellent.
