Not a Fairytale
Story ideas based on transmigration manhwas part 1/?
Presenting Merlin Bontiana...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I escaped four times in the first month. The first time was on the night I arrived, confused and aching in pain. I only made it a few inches past the main gate before I was dragged back by my collar. The second time was only a week later, I’d known only a little more than I did the last time. They called me the wrong name, that I was there to learn to fight in the ‘glorious’ battle against the Kuguris and they told me my ‘parents’ whose names they didn’t even know had signed off on my enlistment. When they left a door open I didn’t hesitate to run again but this time I wasn’t just locked in a room. Apparently the archaic looking military camp had decided to stick with the theme when it came to punishment. I was struck twenty five times, spat on and starved for two days. I heard the guards joking about how it would temper me, the marshall saying how I should learn my lesson.
I got up and ran again. I’d only been there a week but I knew when the guards passed the main gate, I waited this time, more patiently, listening a bit more than last time. I slipped past in the night only to find miles of nothing, only a vague outline in the distance which could have been anything by how obscure it looked. My legs failed me not even halfway there and I was rounded up before the sun rose. I suffered the same punishment but it passed in a blur to me, exhaustion and hunger numbing me. When I was released I met the other ‘recruits’ who’d been enlisted. Half hated me, said security had tightened because of my escapades. Half admired me, wondered why I tried so hard or suffered so long. I couldn’t begin to explain that I’d woken up here, not knowing these people, this place or even my own name. So I just said,
“I needed to breathe”.
This is when I met Jonah. A timid boy who floated around the outskirts of the group that flocked to me. In training he was the slowest, the weakest and susceptible to letting people walk over him- stealing his food or taking his clean socks. I wasn’t a martyr but it was like seeing a puppy get kicked, you had to say something eventually.
“You should say something- or you’re not going to make it out of this place”. I thought he’d stutter out some excuse but he looked up at me with gold eyes, brown hair stuck with sweat on his forehead.
“Like you did”. It made me laugh in that way you did when a chihuahua nipped at you in petty anger. I was a head taller and apparently two years older than him and that say I decided he was a kid I’d make sure made it through.
So the last time I escaped, it was two. A back door escape this time. His small hand clutched in mine as I dragged him through the underbrush that marks the forest behind the facility but Jonah couldn’t last as long as I could. He slowed us down to the point we were caught even sooner than my last attempt. I told him I forgot to close the door behind us, which alerted them trying to save him from guilt at getting caught but he’d always been smarter than I gave him credit for.
The marshall wanted to kill me. Waved his sword above my head threateningly and I thought I’d die that day, until Jonah threw himself forward claiming it was his idea, that he should be punished. No one believed him but the marshall seemed happy to punish us both. We sat in a dingy cell for three days, Jonah talked about his family. A mother and father too poor and too kind to save their son from the enlistment. The officers had said my parents had a title but a debt that outweighed it. I didn’t know that story so I didn’t bother to share it.
I was just a kid who woke up in a world of fairytales. But I hadn’t been born the hero or the princess. I was just some military grunt, a ‘deserter’, a ‘coward’. They could call me whatever the hell they wanted but I’d be damned if I sat here and let them dictate my life.
So if you were expecting a happily ever after with princes and princesses- well you’ll only be half disappointed. I don’t how I got here but if this was the start of my life as Merlin Bontiana then I’d make sure it ends the way I want.

Last nights meal with my favorite #FarmHers.
Dairy used: locally produced butter (so frkn delish) & feta for the salad!
A meal that can easily be made vegan! I will attempt this dish again but with all local ingredients! Mushrooms, turnips, carrots, garlic n seasonings! I believe I have enough of everything to recreate this meal using 100% locally grown ingredients!!!! Including the salad!! We infused the butter with garlic chives & dill (both grown by us) and roasted garlic-which we also grow but didn’t have right away on us at the time!
Recipe to come soon 😋😁 I’ll attempt to make my own bread too.
We are three strong sisters who also farm and practice permaculture in the chihuahua desert! We love to learn and provide medicine and food to our community. We uplift & nourish from the soul to the body.

Any stucky classics I can read. I am new to the fandom n all.
Hi nonnie! Welcome to the greatest fandom on earth. 😉 And thanks for writing in!
I sure do have some fic recs for you. Not sure what your jam is, so I’m gonna list out a couple of my favorites and you can go to town. Also, check out my fic recs tag!
Classic Stucky Fic Recs under the cut! And also, you should definitely check out the Influential Fics for New Readers post over at @thestuckylibrary.
to memory now I can’t recall by Etharei
Rating: Explicit | Warnings: Graphic Depictions Of Violence
Additional Tags: Time Travel, World War II, Memory Loss, Time Loop, Alien Technology, Identity Porn
Summary: While on a mission storming a HYDRA facility, James Buchanan Barnes touches one of the many strange alien devices collected by the Red Skull. He does this, in fact, twice— in the past, and in the future.
Next thing he knows, Bucky Barnes is opening his eyes in the 21st century, which is full of great gadgets and coffee, and at least includes his old pal Steve. (And, inexplicably, a different Stark.) Meanwhile, the Winter Soldier finds himself in the middle of World War Two, helping Captain America hunt down HYDRA (which is at least familiar), pretending to be Bucky Barnes (which is not), and figuring out the very noisy group of soldiers who call themselves the Howling Commandos.
Comments: This is my one of my absolute favorite longfics in this fandom. It has everything: recovering!Bucky, time travel, tragic comparisons of Bucky’s past and current self, somewhat of a twist on outsider POV (in a weird way), and it is beautifully written and plotted.
This, You Protect by owlet
Rating: Teen And Up Audiences | Warnings: Creator Chose Not To Use Archive Warnings
Additional Tags: Humor, I hope humor anyway, cursing, Protection, Strong feelings about coffee, slightly off-canon, Steve is sassy, sam is sassy, Bucky is sassy, Everyone has their sassy pants on, just accept that grilled cheese is the perfect food, old people are Team Bucky
Summary: The mission resets abruptly, from objective: kill to objective: protect
Comments: This is typically most people’s entry for the “if you read one fic from this fandom” contest. Funny, clever, sweet, and a totally unique take on Bucky’s post-TWS mindset. Great fun and great sequels.
Ain’t No Grave (Can Keep My Body Down) by spitandvinegar
Rating: Mature | Warnings: Creator Chose Not To Use Archive Warnings
Additional Tags: Post-Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - PTSD, Drug Abuse, Homelessness, Jewish Bucky Barnes, Catholic Steve Rogers, Religious Imagery & Symbolism, Artist Steve Rogers, Identity Issues, POV Alternating, Not Avengers: Age of Ultron (Movie) Compliant, because I am a desert pony that runs as wild and free as the wind, Period Typical Attitudes, Masturbation, Past Peggy Carter/Steve Rogers, original kid characters, a coupla goddamn kids, Pinkberry, Past Rape/Non-con
Summary: It’s six in the morning, and Steve is heading out on a run when he nearly trips over a bouquet of sunflowers on the front steps of his brownstone.
For a second paranoia takes over, and he kicks the flowers a little, waiting for them to explode. They don’t. They also came with a card, which he picks up. The front of the card has a tasteful picture of the Brooklyn bridge at sunset. It’s very nice and sedate, like the kind of card you would buy to give to your boss. On the inside someone has written a short message in big, shaky block letters.
I AM SORRY FOR SHOOTING YOU.
Steve sits down hard on the steps.
Comments: A really inventive take on Recovering!Bucky, with a super rich backstory and a daring characterization.
4 Minute Window by Speranza (@cesperanza)
Rating: Explicit | Warnings: No Archive Warnings Apply
Additional Tags: Surveillance, It’s Like Grand Central Station In Here, Brooklyn Boys, Power Couple, People Are Sick of Conceptual Art
Summary: “Look, if they catch me,” Bucky muttered, “they’re either going to kill me or they’re going to put me in a box with a little window and—Steve, I can’t.”
Comments: Okay, so if you don’t know @cesperanza, you are in for a treat. Her characterization of Bucky is one of my absolute favorites - he is competent and cool, and she writes him and everything he does so convincingly. That’s the hallmark of a speranza fic: you believe every word of it, and it always feels real. It’s a totally immersive story that continues out into a delightful series. Honestly, you should read everything that speranza has written for this fandom - especially 20th Century Limited.
Silent thunder, as of a thousand wings by kaasknot (@kaasknot)
Rating: Mature | Warnings: Creator Chose Not To Use Archive Warnings
Additional Tags: Alternate Universe - Angels, angel!bucky, Religious Imagery, (Now with bonus sacrilege), Angst, Pining, Consent Issues, Agency issues, Gore typical of wartime, Period-Typical Ableism, Racism and racial slurs, PTSD, Flashbacks, Period-typical ignorance of PTSD, attempted suicide, Here there be Google translations, Bucky Barnes is a dirty liar, Steve is a chihuahua with aggression issues, thor is not an idiot, Everyone’s a grade-A potty mouth, Torture
Summary: A theologian once said that angels are constructs of love and holy rage, and chained to obedience through both. Or maybe a theologian hadn’t said that. Maybe it was the Bright One himself, or just Uriel being grumpy.
But Bucky knows that he loves Steve, and he loves his taskmaster of a boss even as he gripes about him over beers after work, and he loves the dames with their red, red lips and smooth, soft curves (and he loves the guys, loves their strength and the tall, proud lines of them), and he loves old Mrs. Greene even when her rheumatism acts up and she turns mean as a wet cat. But he loves Steve most of all, and if Bucky is shackled to mindless obedience because of it, he calls it a good trade, because Steven Grant Rogers is the best person he knows. When it comes down to it, he figures his desire only adds a new dimension to a love that was already there, glowing hot enough to burn.
He was sent to Earth in a cage of mortal flesh to watch over Steve, and Bucky can do no less than love him with all his heart.
Comments: A great, creative alternative universe story that that takes a difficult premise and executed it perfectly. The changes made to canon are so smart and it maintains the urgency and emotion and tragedy of canon while transforming it completely. And the OCs are amazing.
i need a forest fire by tomorrowsrain
Rating: Teen And Up Audiences | Warnings: Creator Chose Not To Use Archive Warnings
Additional Tags: Road Trip, Alternate Universe - Canon Divergence, Hurt/Comfort, Angst, Reconciliation, Recovery, Past Torture, Fugitives, Post-Captain America: Civil War (Movie), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - PTSD, Deaf Clint Barton, Fix-It, Jewish Bucky Barnes, Emotional Hurt/Comfort, On the Run, Developing Friendship, Healing, Past Brainwashing, Talking, some humor hopefully, Character Study
Summary: "The past beats inside me like a second heart. These fragments I have shored against my ruins."
In which Tony Stark makes a reckless decision, becomes a wanted fugitive, goes on the run with the former Winter Soldier, and learns how to forgive. For his part, Bucky Barnes is just trying to hold himself together. AU, post-Civil War.
(sequel of sorts to après nous le déluge, but can be read alone)
Comments: Love, love, love this story because it’s got Stucky AND Tony & Bucky friendship as well as a really smart characterization of Steve and Bucky.
The Crucible by Dreadnought (@dreadnought-dear-captain)
Rating: Explicit | Warnings: No Archive Warnings Apply
Additional Tags: Post-Captain America: Civil War (Movie), Psychological Trauma, Brainwashing, Teamwork, Science, Bucky Barnes-centric, Hurt/Comfort, Psychological Torture, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - PTSD, Sexual Tension, Internalized Homophobia, Bad Parenting, Intergenerational Trauma, Suicidal Thoughts, Violence, Past Bucky Barnes/Various Female Characters, Sexual Content, Medical Torture, Psychology, POV Bucky Barnes, Hydra (Marvel), Emotional Roller Coaster, Stockholm Syndrome, Introspection, Unreliable Narrator, Trust Issues, Lots and lots of psychotherapy, Homophobic Language, Period-Typical Homophobia, Heavy Angst, Vomiting, Gaslighting, Anxiety, Depression, Recovery, Character Study, Explicit Sexual Content, Slow Build, Friends to Lovers, Psychologists & Psychiatrists, parasuicidal behavior, Therapy, therapy fic
Summary: Therapy's a bitch, but PTSD is worse. An in-depth character study of Bucky Barnes as he reconciles his years with Hydra in the wake of Civil War.
------
I don’t really know who I am. I do know that James Buchanan Barnes is dead. He’s a pile of bones at the bottom of a ravine. He’s a side bar in some other guy’s museum exhibit that might not even exist anymore. James Barnes would puke if he could see what he became. His parents and sister and friends would cry.
I don’t know what’s left over now, but I know it’s not good. And I don’t think it can ever be good.
Comments: This is the therapy fic. Dreadnought knows his stuff like nobody else and it hurts and it’s so good. You should definitely read this and then jump into his other fic, a WIP called Baghdad Waltz which will tear your heart out like nobody’s business. It’s a modern military AU, and 100% the best one ever written for this fandom.

Koh Russey Villas & Resort, Bamboo Island – Cambodia
Opens 15th January 2021
Tumblr media
A blissful retreat on Cambodia’s remote Bamboo Island, Koh Russey Villas & Resort is just a short speedboat ride from the Khmer Riviera. The resort offers 50 pavilions and 13 freshwater pool villas skirting 1.2km of private beach on the Gulf of Thailand. Inspired by the traditional geometry of Cambodian Krama fabric, and with the island little more than one mile wide, all the buildings blend into the palm trees and bamboo groves while the restaurant and infinity pool offer wraparound ocean views. Accommodation varies from minimalist ‘cubes’ with outdoor baths to a four-bedroom beachfront villa complete with a kitchen and butler pantry. Enjoy the spa or take a culinary trip to discover the pepper plantations in Kampot before sampling them in action at one of two restaurants, or a private table at a variety of locations around the resort.
SLH Insider Tip: Let the staff know if you’re keen to take a magical night-time bioluminescence swim so they can advise when will be best during your visit.
Tiara Château Hôtel Mont Royal, Chantilly – France
Tumblr media
Just 35 minutes from Paris and 10 miles from Charles de Gaulle Airport, Tiara Château Hôtel Mont Royal is easily accessible whilst immersing guests in all the countryside charm of the Chantilly Forest. This beautifully-restored château, originally commissioned as the home of French composer Fernand Halphen, blends Louis XV-style furnishings with a modern sense of space. Taupe, cream and gold tones provide the backdrop for grand double beds and toile de Jouy linen. Enjoy the opulence of swimming under chandeliers in the spa and the elegance of L’Opera Restaurant, once the château’s music room. Outside there are beautiful grounds to explore where guests can try their hand at a traditional activity like pétanque, or a cycle through the forest. Nearby, discover the story of Chantilly’s Bourbon-Condé princes with a visit to the magnificent Château de Chantilly, which also houses some of France’s most famous paintings in the Musée Condé.
SLH Insider Tip: Take luxury to new heights with a stay in the Rooftop Suite, a mansard-roofed apartment including bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and a magnificent 646 square-foot private terrace with views over the forest.
Les Manoirs des Portes de Deauville, Canapville – France
Tumblr media
An historic manor house that dates back to the 16th and 17th centuries, Les Manoirs des Portes de Deauville is just 10 minutes from the bustle of Deauville, a seaside resort in Normandy known as the ‘queen of the Norman beaches’ and renowned for horseracing. Set in the calm of a six acre garden, the 27 rooms and suites are spread across the manor house, which is a listed Historical Monument, and nine cottages decorated in crisp white and pastel tones complementing the buildings’ rustic exteriors. While there is no restaurant on property, room service is provided by nearby restaurant L’Auberge du Vieux Tour. In winter, gather round the open fireplace to sample local poiré (pear cider) or Canapville’s famous calvados (apple brandy) from the honesty bar. In summer, relax by the outdoor pool in the sublime gardens.
SLH Insider Tip: Read up on your Pierre Corneille before visiting – widely considered to be the founding father of French tragedy, this prolific 17th century playwright, a contemporary of Moliere and best known for his tragicomedy ‘Le Cid’, was a frequent visitor here.
Hotel Mirador, Chihuahua – Mexico
Tumblr media
Located just a three-minute drive, or a scenic hike, from the Copper Canyon Adventure Park, Hotel Mirador sits on the highest point of the canyon like an eagle’s nest – it’s the only hotel in the Copper Canyons of Chihuahua to have a panoramic view from the private terrace of every room. The hotel is surrounded by pine trees and its unique architecture and décor pay tribute to traditional Mexican style. In the rooms, guests will find beautifully carved beams made from local wood, hand painted tiles, fireplaces and bathrooms of natural stone complemented by modern comforts to create a truly luxurious yet authentic experience. The Adventure Park, as expected, offers plenty of activities from horseback riding and zip-lining to an annual ultra-marathon each March. Delve deep into the ancient canyon caves or explore the trails on the valley floor with a Tarahumara guide, whose native name translates as ‘those who run fast.’ Nearby, Creel is home to the otherworldly Valle de los Monjes (Valley of the Monks) and Recohuata hot springs.
SLH Insider Tip: People travel to Copper Canyon for the view but also El Chepe, which many consider the most spectacular train trip in the world. Every day since 1961, El Chepe ventures into the imposing landscapes of the Sierra Tarahumara, between Chihuahua City and Los Mochis in Sinaloa. Hotel Mirador even has its own Barrancas del Cobre stop on the El Chepe train, so be sure to set aside a day to take this scenic route.

Avenue south residences condo
There is something about leaving the cities behind and striking out on foot into remote and undisturbed regions where the roads peter out into steep tracks and forest trails. Taking to the path at your own pace also means you have plenty of time to absorb the stunning landscapes around you or sit down for a cup of tea with local people from remote communities. And you don't even have to camp or carry your own luggage or tent if you don't want to - you can arrange your perfect bespoke walking holiday your way.
I am an experienced hiker myself, and love to strap on my boots and backpack and head into the wilderness on foot. Equally, I enjoy my comforts including delicious dinners, a cosy fire and, most importantly, a very comfortable bed after a long day outdoors! It is possible to hike some challenging as well as awe-inspiring terrain without completely relinquishing your comforts or at least having a very luxurious welcome at a lodge or spa at the end! Whether it's for the jaw-dropping scenery, for the chance to meet local communities, or to celebrate colourful festivals, you can arrange any private tailor made trekking holidays that you wish.
Here are some of my very favourite places in Latin America for taking to the trails:
Wonderful lodge to lodge treks along the Salkantay or Lares Trails (considerably less traffic than on the classic Avenue south residence location Inca Trail) takes you through traditional regions whose communities have no road access and therefore little interaction with the outside world. Evenings are spent in beautiful cosy lodges with a proper bed, gourmet food, and even a jacuzzi.
Southern Patagonia - From the famous circuit of the W in Torres del Paine National Park in Chile whose highlight is a walk to the base of the towers of granite rock that dominate the landscape, to stunning hikes alongside glaciers in and around the Los Glaciares National Park in El Chalten, Argentina, this region is quite simply heaven for hiking fans. Crystal clear and vividly coloured glacial lakes, forest, and open steppe where huemul, guanaco, armadillo, foxes, and even puma roam while condors fly overhead. Choose from delightful luxury tented camps & lodges with perhaps a night or two spent in simple rustic mountain refuges in between.
Ecuadorian Highlands - Not to be outdone by its southern neighbour for hiking trails, Ecuador has always had some breath-taking scenery in its highlands region, especially around Cotopaxi National Park within the famed 'Avenue of the Volcanoes'. Add to that a sprinkling of traditional farms, haciendas, and local lodges and you have a delightful region in which to take to the hills. My latest mountain hiking itineraries have explored four different volcanoes and have featured the chance to try some ice-climbing, staying in working haciendas and cosy mountain lodges.
Northwest Argentina - This desert region of Argentina, bordered on the other side of the Andes by the Atacama Desert and by the Salt Flats of Bolivia to the north, is one of Argentina's best kept secrets. The landscapes are just stunning as well as quite extraordinary, from multicoloured rock slopes to valleys of salt flats and mineral lakes, forests of giant cacti, and populated sparsely by small adobe villages and towns of traditional communities. Why not take a walk on the wild side and try an alternative and almost unknown Inca Trail in Argentina's northern Puna region, accompanied by some excellent guides and great hospitality.
Copper Canyon, Mexico - The Copper Canyon remains one of the least visited destinations in Mexico, despite its famously scenic rail route from Los Mochis to Chihuahua. The train journey from El Fuerte to Creel is breath-taking to be sure, but the very best way to experience the real scale and drama of the canyon is to step off the train and head down into the valleys below on foot. This is also the best way to meet some of the notoriously shy and reclusive native Rarahumari people who inhabit the Canyons. Especially fascinating is the Semana Santa (Easter Week) celebrations here among the Tarahumara villages with some unique rituals, dances, and music marking this important festival.

A growing number of American distillers are turning out quality expressions of spirits beyond bourbon, including gins, vodkas, and even brandies and sotols. Here are a few new bottles to add to your home bar.
Courtesy image
Germain-Robin California Alambic Brandy
“Brandy’s been on the back burner a long time,” says Germain-Robin Ambassador and Master Sommelier Eric Entrikin. Fortunately, that’s no longer the case. Distilled largely from Mendocino, CA-grown Colombard grapes—with a few other varietals like Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Sémillon thrown in for added flavor and structure—Germain-Robin’s flagship brandy provides a promising glimpse of what American brandy can be in the hands of dedicated producers: fruity, structured, and nuanced. “For the alambic, we really want to let the fruit component come out,” Entrikin says, and they’ve done so, with flavors of apple, pear, dried apricot, peach, and honeysuckle underpinning rich barrel notes of vanilla and brown sugar. Lovers of fruitier, speyside-style whiskies, lighter cognacs, or both will also be lovers of Germain-Robin.

Tod & Vixen’s 1651 Dry Gin
Produced just up the Hudson River from New York City in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Tod & Vixen’s grew from a collaboration between a handful of revered bartenders—Gaz Regan, Leo Robitschek, and Jeffery Morganthaler—aimed at developing a gin specifically for use in cocktails. The resulting bottle succeeds, packing the typical top notes of juniper and herbaceous botanicals alongside orange peel, coriander, angelica root, tea leaf, and a pronounced lime citrus. You can sip this neat or with tonic if you want to, but tools are most effective when used as designed. For best results: Let Tod & Vixen do the heavy-lifting in your spirit-forward gin cocktails.

Desert Door Texas Sotol
Sotol is often talked about in the same conversations as Tequila and Mezcal, but it’s important to note that it’s neither. Mezcals (and tequilas, which are mezcals) are made from agave, whereas sotol is made from, well, sotol. Sotol grows wild across northern Mexico as well as in parts of Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, and while the spirit of the same name largely originates with distillers in Mexico’s Chihuahua State, a small distillery in Driftwood, TX, began turning out distinctive blue bottles of the stuff a few years ago. Grassy, herbal, vegetal, with a burst of bright peppercorns on the finish, it’s something you could sub into tequila cocktails, but it’s almost a shame to lose the rawness of a spirit that really captures its place of origin in the glass. We recommend sipping neat—maybe with a small splash of water—to fully appreciate this spirit.

Humboldt’s Finest Hemp Seed-Infused Vodka
Important up-front disclosure: While this vodka hails from Northern California’s most renowned cannabis cultivation region, a bottle of Humboldt’s Finest contains no THC. It does contain a hemp-infused spirit full of aromatic terpenes, which is to say it’s earthy, herbal, and green—think matcha tea, lemongrass, and pine forest. You could add this bottle to your bar because it’s cannabis adjacent and that’s cool and all, but you’d be missing the point. Add it to your bar because of the unique flavors it imparts, herbals that imbue cocktails with distinctly woodsy notes without going full alpine-medicinal (as an Italian amaro or other distinctly herbal additive might).

Stranahan’s Rocky Mountain Single Malt Whiskey
No discussion of American spirits would be complete without a nod to American single malt whiskey, a category that has made significant strides in recent years both in defining itself (no corn here, just 100% malted barley) and in producing a growing number of increasingly great whiskeys. Stranahan’s comes to us small batch from Denver, CO, where it’s aged in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years (the final bottlings are typically a blend of whiskeys aging from 2-5 years old). Young whiskey from new barrels means lots of barrel presence—vanilla, baking spice, warm caramel, rich butterscotch, and oven-hot brown sugar—while the 100% malt at its core lends a slight creaminess to the mouthfeel. Pour it next to dessert, or in place of it.

Red Clover
Trifolium pratense
Trifolium Pratense has been used medicinally to treat several conditions including cancer, whooping cough, respiratory problems, and skin inflammations, such as psoriasis and eczema. Health care practitioners believe that red clover "purified" the blood by acting as a diuretic (helping the body get rid of excess fluid) and expectorant (helping clear lungs of mucous), improving circulation, and helping cleanse the liver.

Little skate park practice. I’ll usually go out and skate about 10 miles. I tend to shy away from skate parks because I’m not exactly a spring chicken 😂 I got keeds n shit to do 😂 I can’t take a crazy injury! But I was feeling pretty confident today and practiced so much!! Didn’t get much footage because I was really into the skate sesh. I only got this small clip of me trying to do something cool 😂 but obv, it’s not that cool 😭
