Okay so I feel like Rider is the General's daughter For Real. I know that's not canon (I'm pretty sure) but like cmon she's gotta be
I wish he had gotten to see more of her in the show I love her so muchh like what if we had gotten to see what was happening in the human world simultaneously with centaurworld? What if we got to see like the General realizing "oh shit I think this soldier is my kid 😐" and he just never tells her
Like I don't think she is the Princess's daughter as well, I think her mom was probably just some random woman and Rider didn't ever know her. But I think maybe the General knew he had a child but he just like dipped ✌️ and then accidentally met her
Which obv makes him calling her "kid" and being like "I'll teach you how to fight" and stuff have a while other element to it, but then bro. That would mean he knowingly just stabbed his actual real life daughter im alskdhagjdahshk
And man it would've sucked for her to learn that later, after the finale. Because then it's not just that her hero betrayed everyone and tried to kill her, but her DAD knowingly tried to kill her CHILE

its always surreal to me to see people praise s2 of centaurworld. s2 was so spectacularly bombastic and aimless and it ended in this awkward forgettable fizzle.
i feel like a dick saying it b/c i really do love the show lmao. or, at least half of it lmao (/stares at tnwk). gf and i've been thinking about rewatching it just to write out our thoughts on why s2 was such a poor follow-up to s1 - from the tone to the setup to all the worldbuilding the narrative had to offer in between the (far more) memorable songs of s1. idk. it's sad because cw really had the bones of a cult classic, but idek if you can call it that.
ive seen a few posts commenting on its lack of popularity, and i feel like it certainly deserves more, b/c i do feel like it's a novel idea made w/ love, but the shift btwn s1 and s2 wasnt just in the plot. there was a full-on *fracture* in the quality and direction and i'm still scratching my head over it. more than i should be, probably. but, it's just a bummer.

‼️Amphibia, Centaurworld, and The Owl House (kinda) spoilers‼️
People: *sharing their ideas on how Hunter will be comforted by others characters*
Me: I wanna see Belos stab Hunter. /gen
IKNOWWHATURTHINKING-
I don't want Hunter to die. Just stabbed. Which is usually a weird request but I want to complete the triangle of "character who was sent to another world's best friend getting stabbed in the back by the main villian/evil king." The other two are:
I know the General isn't really a king, but he married Mysterious Woman, who's a princess, and the General is the other half of the Nowhere King.
And I know Hunter isn't really Luz's "best friend" but Belos has the best motive for killing him rather than the rest of Luz's friends so- 😃
Also I am so sorry for this ramble. Definitely the weirdest one I've had so far.

Canon Centaurworld HCs for a change
If you remember by timelapse for her, MW used to have gray-blonde hair.
Meanwhile, Beartaur got her into black metal.
Look below for Elktaur.

Zulius: I’m glad you could all make it. We need to discuss finances today.
Ched, looking around the meeting room: It’s… just me?
Zulius: I know. You owe me twenty bucks.

i'm rewatching centaurworld and this thought came to me like a brick.
johnny teatime and the nowhere king have a closer connection than what may initially be assumed.
all of the shaman know about the nowhere king, of course. but johnny is the first one to explicitly mention him to horse (unless it was waterbaby, correct me if i'm wrong).
look at johnny's power– how it has the exact same coloring as the nwk's energy, and completely encompases him as well.
sure, the nwk brought 'cat-tastrophe' upon cataur valley. but who's to say that was the end all of cataur valley's involvement in the first war? how do we know that johnny t didn't make a deal with nwk after the wreckage, so that his community would be safe(r)?
in most movies, weird things happen in valleys. evil things. and the cataurs' are the closest thing to a gated community we've seen in the show next to the horsetaurs (aka centaurs™).
what if the cataurs are so closed off from the rest of the world bc of their closer ties to the nwk– specifically through johnny?
