CentaurWorld - You must watch!
Want something to watch?
CentaurWorld
On Netflix, 2 series, complete.
If you love the wacky Disney horses? If you like Disney type songs that will make you laugh & cry (and I did) If you like a normal world, clashing with cute insanity?... then omg watch this. I'm sure it was made by a frustrated wana be Disney artist.
Story: Horse is a War-Horse, and she and her young Rider are fleeing monstrous creatures with an artefact, when the horde catch up to them, and Horse ends up in another rainbow world, and all she wants it to get back to her rider, and a war-horse and a rainbow world don't mix as shes pulled into a little crazy Centaur herd who agree to help her find Rider... and omg it's a journey.
It was VERY enjoyable, and I will say it does have a happy ending! but if you dont like 'Comfortable Dug', then you're lost XD
If you can, watch it!

September's Crossover Art features Centaurworld!
Centaurworld is a Netflix animated series about a serious war horse who ends up in a world of goofy silly centaurs, but there's a darkness to this world as it's been war torn by one of my favorite villains, The Nowhere King.
It's funny, heartwarming, dramatic, even spooky at times. It may  not be for everyone who loves random dumb humour, but it makes fun of itself for that and I think it's well aware of what it is because it's meant to contrast the main character who is simply named Horse.
It's also a musical show with some pretty good bangers in it and a really freaky haunting lullaby that I adore which has a heartbreaking reprise.
Good lore, good story, good characters, definitely worth the watch if you can tolerate the humour.

[ENG] Fluffyfebruary - Day 15 - Reward
@fluffyfebruary
As a reward, there is nothing better than meeting you again.
Today I've made a Centaur World fanart. It's a netflix show. I took Rider's design from a drawing showed on the last episode credit scene.
[PT] Fluffyfebruary - Dia 15 - Recompensa
Não existe recompensa melhor que reencontrar você.
Hoje é uma fanart da animação da Netflix Mundo dos Centauros. O design da Cavaleira é de uma imagem dos créditos do último episódio.

My top three favorite TV shows (that are not canceled.... yet) as of right now are: The Sandman - On Netflix. Set in present day, this series is based on Neil Gaiman's mutli-award winning graphic novel series about Lord Morpheus, the living embodiment of dreams and why he's actually a spectacular screw up with a dysfunctional family of powerful God-like entities.   Carnival Row - On Amazon Prime (about to have its final season).  Gaslamp Gothic fantasy series about a detective in a world that resembles our Victorian era (late nineteenth century).  Philo has to solve a series of murders in a ghetto inhabited by supernatural creatures such as fae, werewolves, trolls, centaurs, and satyrs (fauns). The Witcher - On Netflix.  In a medieval-style fantasy world, a monster-hunter-for-hire named Geralt deals with being a social outcast, rescuing people (and monsters) from evil, as he travels the continent with his tag-along feminine bard friend, Jaskier, and balancing his on-again / off-again romance with the angsty sorceress, Yennefer.  This one is based on a Polish fantasy novel series that has previously been adapted into a popular series of video games.

Any Netflix show or movie recommendations?
Well, i really like nature documentaries, but I also recommend inside job, the mitchells vs the machines (i cry when I watch the first half), dogs in space, i also really like stand up comedy and I recommend Iliza Schlesinger, Ken Jeong, Ali Wong, Bert Kreischer, Tiffany Haddish, and Taylor Tomlinson, i also recommend centaur world, the Willoughbys, Nezha, next gen, also Shrek the musical is on there but I haven’t watched it yet, over the moon, monster house (that’s a childhood movie for me and it scared me badly but it’s barely creepy to me now), i plan on watching kitty love: a homage to cats, and finally I absolutely adore adventure beast!

You know the idea of fantasy creatures in a modern world is a similar premise to the Netflix original movie _Bright_? I don’t know where I’m going with this other than that it was an odd thing to notice.
Onward is set in a world populated by fantasy creatures like elves, centaurs, and satyrs. The world used to be full of magic, but because magic is difficult to learn, the people of this world gave up on it and took up science, and they’ve created a modern world.
Our leads are two brothers Barley and Ian–Barley is a high school graduate obsessed with the world’s magical past and roleplaying games, whereas Ian is a high schooler desperately trying to fit in. On his sixteenth birthday, Ian is given a gift left by his father who he never knew–a magic staff, a Phoenix Gem to power it, and a spell so that his sons can resurrect him for a day. The spell goes wrong and only his legs come back–so the brothers go on a quest to find a new Phoenix Gem so they can get a chance to talk to their dad one more time.
That’s right, it’s a family bonding road trip story!
There was a time when I had a very big weak spot for stories about siblings. Less so now, but I still like these stories. We live in a culture that on the whole, tends to elevate stories about romantic love above all others, so it’s refreshing to see other types of relationship stories. Then again, it’s not as if sibling stories are all that new for pop culture, and definitely not for Disney animated films. Yes, this is done by Pixar, but Pixar has been owned by Disney for ages. They’ve been doing big budget stories focused on sibling bonds since at least 2013, with Frozen.
So yeah, this movie’s certainly good, but it’s not exactly as if it’s doing anything new. This goes to the animation, too; despite being in a fantasy world, it’s also a fantasy world that’s become modern. The result is that while the world has some fun visual design, overall it doesn’t look that different than worlds you’ve seen before. Compare that to something like Zootopia or Coco, and it’s a bit disappointing that we’re given a high fantasy film and the world looks… like a normal world.
I suppose an animated film or high fantasy doesn’t NEED to look like something incredibly crazy and out there, but it’s an excellent use of the medium. The most memorable thing to me, other than the modern setting, is that the elves in this movie are blue and the unicorns are pests? The magic system isn’t that memorable either, which again is fine, but doesn’t make it an outstanding work of fantasy fiction.
I’m still wrestling a bit with the ending, too. I kind of guessed where we were going with it from the trailer, and there’s a point in the movie that you can tell that this movie is more about the brothers’ relationship with each other than with their father (who Ian barely knew).
The result of everything is that while this is certainly a good movie, it’s certainly far from becoming one of Pixar’s memorable ones. It’s good, and it’s definitely well-made, but it ultimately doesn’t feel like it’s changing the game in any noticeable way–in design, in writing, or in storytelling. You’ll have a good time if you watch it, but I don’t know that it’ll make anyone’s ‘Best of Pixar’ lists a few years from now.
