No, you didn't hear wrong. GH's new "mystery man", who ran into Carly earlier and then infiltrated Anna's hotel room as she tried to learn who was buying old WSB weapons from the dealer, was none other than Jagger Cates. I had to listen to the scene several times to be sure, but it was true. The blonde haired, blue eyed actor is indeed Jagger Cates, the role, formerly played by Calvin Klein model Antonio Sabato Jr., is now being played by Adam J. Harrington.
Look, I am thrilled that Jagger is back, and when the "mystery man" ran into Carly at Bobbie's and revealed that he had worked at the place when it was known as Kelly's, I was intrigued, but I would never have guessed that this actor was Jagger Cates.
The clues as to the “newcomer’s” identity were dropped right from the beginning of the episode. Upon crossing paths with Carly, the man — eventually introduced as “John” — claimed to have worked at Bobbie’s years ago, when it was Kelly’s. Later, he spoke to Olivia about having a child who was “on the spectrum.” Viewers of the SOAPnet spinoff General Hospital: Night Shift will recall that at one point, Jagger’s son, Stone — named after his late brother — was diagnosed as autistic by none other than Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake.
While a General Hospital spokesperson confirmed that Harrington is, indeed, playing Jagger, no details were available as to how long the character might remain on the canvas.
Well, I guess GH is going a different way with the character. What do you think of the casting?

Lex from 7x02 is the Most character, he did 10,000 bad things and then went “aw beans, that wasn’t cool,” tracked down his supposedly dead wife, showed up unannounced in her apartment and said “I’m here to beg for your forgiveness. the fact that you’re smart and ruthless enough to fake your death and frame me for murder just makes you that much hotter. shoot me in the chest. I’m serious, kill me. also, please come home.”
