#6: Streets of Philadelphia (Streets of Philadelphia single)

There’s something slightly frustrating to me as a cas girl and a destiel shipper that seems to be soooooo prevailing in the fandom (esp new fans): fanon!cas, being a massive gardener and bee lover and hates dean’s shows and movies. The bee thing was a one-off that the 🥺 casgirls over exaggerate but you know what cas genuinely, canonically loves? TV! It was the first thing he said back from purgatory, he loved the looney tunes, he got addicted to netflix, his happy place was just sitting in the bunker watching tv! Hell he only watched the pizza man tape because he saw a tv there. Why is couch potato cas forsaken for honey cas to have such staying power 😤 it’s such a fucking cute human interest that cas has in common with dean in such a wildly different way by contrast!
Why pit two bad bitches against eachother? Cas is my autistic bestie, he can have multiple interests and hyperfixations. Like; he'd be into gardening for 3 months and then suddenly be a couch potato for half a year. He contains multitudes 🥰🥰🥰🥰 at least the one consistent thing is that whatever his hyperfixation is, he wants to always share it with his child so they have stuff to talk about. Love that for them❤️
