People don't always say "I love you"
Sometimes it sounds like:
Be safe.
Did you eat?
Call me when you get home.
I made you this.

I bet you did the best you could today.
May you come to see that performance as the most any human could ever ask of you.
I bet you made the best choices you could with the information you have.
May you come to understand all the lessons the Universe has to teach you.
I bet you regulated your emotions with as much skill as you were taught by those who cared for you when you were young.
May you come to befriend your full spectrum of emotions and come to see them as helpful information that you engage with consciously and curiously.
I bet you cared for your body with as much love as you’ve been led to believe you deserve.
May you come to see yourself as deserving as much love as the whole Universe holds.

Ok but I thought I was going so much better. Things suck, don’t cough on me and touch me esp if you’re a stranger and for the love of god if you’re sneezing and coughing that much in a grocery store I hope you wear a mask
But my coworker was saying she heard they were thinking of bringing back the mask mandate (I have heard nothing of the sort) and that she wouldn’t follow a mandate if it came back
And I hope that if they did they could put people in confinement for not following it. But I don’t think they would because i don’t think many people would willingly wear a mask again.
And it sucks.
And it sucks how quickly my resigned and hopeful “I’ll just live as best I can until other people kill me” and like actually wanting to live can turn to “I don’t want to live in a world where people don’t care for others”
But I guess I’ll just drown it all out by going to concerts in an n95 and going to the ocean and spending money on whatever gets me through the day. There’s too much I wouldn’t get to do.
Just. Sad. But I’m tired and it’s past my intended bedtime by hours 😔 hopefully it’s a good night…

Doing things for others expecting nothing in return is a type of high you can't describe like floating on cloud 69 with your heart filled with joy and your mind as clear as a full moon in the midnight sky.

We don’t do apathy in this house. We have big hearts and hurt a lot but at least we strong and spread light into the world. 💞✌🏼

Political stuff
It is evident that war has caused immeasurable loss and damage to our world. Innocent lives have been taken, families have been torn apart, and economies have been destabilized. The drive for power and wealth has led some leaders to act recklessly and disregard the well-being of their citizens. It is time for us, the people, to take control of our fate and demand change from those who hold power. The examples of Putin's aggression towards Ukraine and the unnecessary loss of life in the Vietnam War illustrate the devastating consequences of war. When leaders prioritize their personal interests over the lives of their citizens, chaos, and destruction reigns. We must remember that it is the innocent people, not the leaders, who bear the brunt of war. They suffer the most, and their lives are forever changed, all for the sake of greed and power. Education and dialogue are crucial in preventing conflict and promoting peace. We must invest in our education systems and provide safe spaces for dialogue to occur. Leaders must put their egos aside and come to the table willing to listen and compromise. This is the only way that true progress can be made. It is also important to hold leaders accountable for their actions. Putin's reign of chaos and instability must come to an end, and the Russian people deserve the right to vote for their own future. We cannot allow leaders to act with impunity; there must be consequences for their actions.
In conclusion, as the people, we must demand a change in the way our leaders approach conflict. War is not the answer, and the loss and damage it brings are too great to ignore. We must prioritize education, dialogue, and accountability to create a future where peace and progress reigns. Let us take control of our fate and build a better world for ourselves and the generations to come.
Finally, for the last thing, I have to say
In Russia, the “gay propaganda” law prohibits the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations to minors, effectively silencing and stifling the LGBTQ+ community. This law has led to increased discrimination, violence, and harassment against the LGBTQ+ community in Russia. The world has come a long way in terms of LGBTQ+ rights, but there is still a long way to go. Every person should be allowed to express themselves freely, live without fear of violence or discrimination, and receive equal access to healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. The LGBTQ+ community is not seeking special treatment; they just want to be treated with the same dignity and respect as their peers. Allowing LGBTQ+ individuals to live as their authentic selves benefits society as a whole. A tolerant and inclusive society promotes diversity, creativity, and love.
The LGBTQ+ community has made significant contributions to society through art, science, technology, and various other fields. They deserve recognition, not persecution. In conclusion, allowing the LGBTQ+ community to exist openly and without discrimination is a necessary step toward promoting universal human rights. It is time for all governments to recognize LGBTQ+ rights and support their community through equal opportunities and protections under the law. respect live and prosper no matter what you are.
