Hey! You!
Are you, perhaps, a huntceda shipper, tired of all the sibling bs that gets thrown in your face?
Annoyed with the toxic lum1ty and huntl0w stans with their thinly veiled biphobic takes?
Done with TOH's braindead fandom in general?
Then come follow my sideblog, @hexsquad-siblings!
It's a blog to mock anti-lunter arguements, and reuse them to claim that their canon counterparts are "problematic" and "sibling coded".
It's an all in good faith, satirical blog that shouldn't be taken too seriously. I of course don't think that any of the hexsquad members are canonically siblings, or problematic ships in general.
Happy shipping!

Me: (Describes a scene to my players in which they see a very picturesque log cabin, something warm and cozy like out of a Thomas Kinkade painting, marred only by the sight of a figure passed out, face down in the dirt in front of the log cabin)
One of my players, a graphic designer, less than 2 minutes later:

[Image description: An edited version of a Thomas Kinkade painting showing a warmly lit house in a verdant forest as the sun begins to set. In front of the house is a superimposed image of Peter Griffin, face down on the ground, his body crumpled and broken. End description.]

so apparently when posting a uquiz online you get two responses in the ‘text box’ question
none. boring but I’m not gonna judge
i will literally think about your response for days on end. your life is a mystery your name is a key to a lock I will never find and your words haunt me like a ghost and warm me like a blanket. who are you. who are you. I love you too.

Saw a review on something that was like "I don't have chronic illnesses but I doubt having them means you can't do things like a normal teenager?"
Well you see.
It can.
Very easily, actually.
But I wouldn't expect you to understand that considering you don't have a chronic illness.
How fucking ignorant can these people be.

The Silver Birds by Apolline Lucy, Book Review
(This is my first ever public/official book review) ( @apolline-lucy )
Official Book Summary/overview:
"Every winter’s first snow, a flock of silver birds descends upon Namu Island and leaves with a heart. When River’s father is taken, she seeks vengeance. But soon uncanny events unfold: islanders die in eerie ways, the woods turn green in the dead of winter, River’s brother disappears, and a strange woman turns up. To save her brother and unravel the island’s mystery, River will be cast into an unexpected alliance that will challenge her beliefs, trust, and love."
-
I devoured this book. And along the way, I screamed, squealed, and shivered with fear. The dynamics between the various characters, especially those who are friends and/or family, are immensely compelling. The dialogue between them is often impeccable. Filled with sweet friendship, gorgeous writing, and plot twists that will leave your jaw on the floor, The Silver Birds is a brilliant and addictive fantasy that I can’t recommend enough!
You can read a sample and purchase the book for yourself here!
