The Blob will be released on 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray on October 17 via Scream Factory. The 1988 sci-fi/horror film is a remake of the 1958 classic.

Chuck Russell (A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, The Mask), who co-wrote the script with Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption). Kevin Dillon, Shawnee Smith, Donovan Leitch, Jeffrey DeMunn, Candy Clark, and Joe Seneca star.
