When Darius was little he definitely wanted a pet bird because their the modern relatives of dinosaurs, so his parents got him one of those tiny green parakeets. He loved it so much and watched it all day and drew sketches like the ones in his Nublar field guide notebook. One day he took it outside to 'study its natural behavior' (and because he felt bad that it was stuck inside all day) and the thing just flew away lmao
He left out some food and the bird came back, but his parents decided to give it to someone else so that didnt happen again.

OK I've seen the first 5 eps of s5 because I have to wait until my family is all together again to finish it but I couldn't wait so I jumped onto the yasammy tag cause I just needed to know
