Bianca Censori raised eyebrows when she joined Kanye West's Yeezy empire as an architect - and now, her skills might be put to the test after the couple listed the rapper's barren and dilapidated Wyoming ranch as their official home on their marriage license. DailyMail.com revealed the couple legally tied the knot in December last year – just one month after his divorce from ex-wife Kim Kardashian was finalized – ending months of speculation that they never actually entered into a legally binding union. The happy couple were granted a 'confidential marriage' license in California on December 20, meaning that it was not made public record, after being wed by officiant James Mayfield at his Whispering Oaks Chapel in Palo Alto. The couple have been on a lengthy European jaunt since tying the knot - but home is officially Kanye's $14 million Wyoming ranch, which has been left deserted in the years since he first purchased it in 2019. Bianca Censori and Kanye West have listed the rapper's barren Wyoming ranch as their marital home in the marriage license from their secret ceremony, which took place in December 2022, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed In new images from March 2023, West has appeared to build his Wyoming domes out of a concrete-like material, causing the structures to remain standing on the abandoned ranch when DailyMail.com visited the scene Surrounded by stunning Wyoming scenery, the rapper's abandoned domes are an eyesore Despite purchasing the ranch for an eye-watering $14million, West has appeared to have left the property stranded The domes' design was inspired by structures on fictional planet Tatooine from the movie series Star Wars The property is worlds away from the glamorous $60 million hidden hills mansion he shared with Kim and their four children, which featured all white furnishings, sprawling archways and a giant swimming pool. Kanye listed the 9,000 acre Monster Lake Ranch for $11 million in October 2021 amid his divorce from Kim, but took it off of the market in August 2022. The property, where he had plotted his failed run for Presidency, was reportedly Kanye's favored choice to settle 'full time' with the reality star-turned-business woman. The farm was a bustling hotspot of development, with numerous vehicles on the site while laborers hammered away at the structures, in July 2020, but it now sits empty. Images taken in March, just three months after he wed Bianca, show buildings under a thick blanket of snow with construction halted on igloo-like concrete structures he had commissioned in the style of his prototypes in California. Several other buildings which were once surrounded by cars and construction materials are now seemingly abandoned too. During his heyday, West's stated goal was to become 'one of the biggest real estate developers of all time', but these shocking photos reveal the true extent of his crumbling legacy. Kanye also purchased a sprawling ranch in Calabasas, Los Angeles for an estimated $3 million in 2019, and got to work constructing a futuristic dome development that left architects scratching their heads. Aerial images from the rapper's Wyoming ranch from July 2020 revealed he was again constructing the mystifying domes on his 'Monster Lake' property As recently as October, West still reportedly planned to expand the outlandish communities, believing that 'Yecosystems' would become a regular feature of communities across the US. Despite being dropped from almost all of his collaborations, including lucrative deals with Adidas and Balenciaga, the rapper has forged ahead with his own business plans, filing trademark applications under the Yecosystem name. Included in the filings were business plans for a home design service, residential buildings and even retail stores, ostensibly intended to supply services to his future tenants. But not long after he first constructed the domes in California, in September 2019, West fell foul of California's housing regulations after he failed to get a building permit. After failing to ever obtain once, the domes were set to be torn down - signaling the start of his real estate woes. West had even claimed that the structures were only temporary, but inspectors suspiciously found he had laid concrete foundations first - which new images from this month show are all that are left after the wooden structures were raised to the ground down for good. The florist was the same where Gable had been buying Carole’s flowers and, as a result of a misunderstanding, Carole has been receiving her own flowers every day. Gable got none.

Gable was so proud of his new toy that he dashed over to show it off to friend Carole Lombard and the two gleeful children rode around in the pouring rain all one blissful evening.

Yet Gable isn’t in the least reticent about telling friends that he hopes to make a picture with Miss Lombard. Not only wants to, but expects to.

Her contract calls for two pictures a year with Paramount at $150,000 each, and one production away from that studio. Considering their off-stage romance there’d be no measuring the publicity value of such a teaming.

Perhaps the most talked about twosome on any racing course at present, though, are the Clark Gable and Carole Lombard entries, who have become favorites in many quarters to show well at the Preakness and other big-time meets. But before they can get their names on the racing forms, Gable has to remove a complication in the way of Rhea Gable, to whom he is teamed at present. Otherwise, the track judges will have to abide by the rules and keep him pastured for the time being.

Whether the Gable-Lombard string is eligible, though, doesn’t keep the followers from talking about them and estimating how they will show on the running strips, if they ever get there. Gable squires Lombard to a few social affairs but mostly stays in the background and carries on his romance as quietly as the crowds will permit him.

Even though they get on one another’s nerves at times when the practical joking gets a little too heavy, Clark Gable and Carole Lombard are very good friends. Just to prove it Carole gave the famous he-actor a trailer for his last birthday present. The trailer, let it be understood, will house his saddle horse when he decides to “get away from it all” and leave Hollywood for the open country.

But, being practical as well as friendly, Carole decided that Clark had better know exactly what he was getting, in case there were any changes to be made. So, before she sent the gift, she mailed him the blue prints of the horse house and Clark approved of them. The trailer, which will be on the deluxe style, will hitch on to the back of Clark’s new station wagon that he bought recently.

If Clark Gable ever can make up his mind to sell his Ford, the one Carole Lombard gave him for a Valentine, Los Angeles auto row will see the quickest resale in its history. One prospective buyer, a Mr. Brown, of Richmond, Va., is haunting the studios, trying to tie up the deal. When the car was put up for sale a month ago, he got as far as talking to Gable, but Clark found out he intended to exhibit the car throughout the country, and backed out.

Ten other people, four of them high school youths, put in a bid at the same time. Now the insistent Mr. Brown is trying to enlist Carole’s aid in his cause – for Clark won’t sell unless she agrees.

If Samuel Goldwyn can find a sparkling comedy for Carole Lombard, she will make a picture for him. He is only one of the producers trying to nab La Lombard between Paramount jobs. Metro-Goldwn-Mayer also started negotiations for “Saratoga,” but her price of $150,000 per picture was considered prohibitive and so the original plan will be carried out with Clark Gable and Joan Crawford in the starring roles.

King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas

One of the most stunning locales in the Santa Monica Mountains, 588 acre King Gillette Ranch offers a rare unspoiled view of California’s rich archaeological, cultural, and historic resources. The King Gillette Ranch is a popular destination for local residents and visitors. The scenic parkland is a haven for native wildlife and offers scenic hiking, birding, camping, picnicking and fishing.

Its 588 acres are a conservation area, and the ranch is managed by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) as part of its overall management of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. MRCA collaborates with the National Park Service, Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, and the State of California to manage and preserve the lands of this important conservation area.

Among the many attractions on the Ranch is a visitor center which has a great collection of exhibits and information on local, regional and national parks and recreation areas. The visitor center also hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year, including the Nights of the Jack Halloween event that takes place every fall.

There is also a hiking trail that leads up to Inspiration Point, which has a breathtaking view of the Santa Monica Mountains. The trail is an easy 1.5 mile loop hike that can be done in just a few minutes.

The visitor center is also home to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy’s art gallery. The organization, which promotes environmental awareness and education through the visual arts, organizes several art shows a year in both local and natural settings within the conservation area.

This art gallery has an extensive selection of paintings by artists who work in the surrounding area. The works of these artists have a wide range of styles and subject matter, from local landscapes to scenes of national parks.

You can also learn about the history of the conservation area and see what is being done to protect it from development. The conservation area is a protected natural resource and it is vital that the community understands and respects the area so that it can continue to flourish.

In addition to the museum and art gallery, the visitor center has a large library of books on the conservation area. It also provides information on local and national parks, conservation, and other related topics.

If you are interested in exploring the Santa Monica Mountains there is a great free map available that includes trails and other places of interest on the mountain. The map can be picked up at the visitor center.

There is a small path behind the visitor center that you can take to get a quick look at some of the surrounding parkland. There is also a hiking trail that connects the visitor center and the mansion which makes it a very fun day trip.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Are Dividing Up Their 21 Properties in Divorce Settlement

More than a year after the SKIMS founder filed for divorce, the former couple have come to a settlement. According to court documents, in addition to agreeing to both joint legal and physical custody of their four children—North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3—Kim and Kanye have divided their assets, including their 21 estates.

According to their settlement deal, Kim would receive several homes in Hidden Hills, California, including the house she presently shares with the couple's kids. The Kardashian will also keep their homes in Malibu, California, Riverside, California, and Idaho.

Kanye will receive their other California mansions in Calabasas, Malibu, Hidden Hills, and Thousand Oaks in addition to keeping more than 300 acres in Calabasas, according to the Grammy winner. Ye will keep his childhood home in Chicago, Illinois, as well as two ranches and a house in Wyoming, a property in Belgium, and the properties he owns in California.

According to court documents, Kim and Kanye have also ironed out the details of custody regarding their children.

The "Through the Wire" rapper agreed to pay the SKIMS founder $200,000 a month in child support and is responsible for half of their kids' medical, security and educational expenses, including tuition. Additionally, Kim, 42, and Kanye, 45, have both waived spousal support.

Following six years of marriage, Kim filed for divorce in February 2021. The former couple's divorce settlement comes over two years later.

The divorce won't be legally finalised until the judge approves the couple's planned settlement, which is still pending.

According to a report my TMZ, Kim and Kanye, who were meant to go to trial next month, settled their divorce amicably on Monday November 28th. Kanye has agreed to give Kim $200k a month for their four children's monthly upkeep. He also relinquished the $4.5m home he bought across from Kim's house last year after Kim filed for divorce, saying he bought the house in other to be close to his children. Kim will be responsible for all expenses related to the 5 bedroom home. His settlement also states that he gets to keep his $60m Malibu home, two ranches in Wyoming, 300 acres in Calabasas, a home in Belgium and his childhood home which he bought in Chicago. While Kim gets to keep the property she owns in Idaho and the $60 million Hidden Hills estate where she and the kids live.
