[MASTERPOST]
Eskel is like "I WILL read this book about... A wolf and all his friends? Dancing and being. happy... 🥺"
#the witcher netflix#geraskier lovechild#eskel#soft eskel#geraskier#(no jeskel I am sorry but honestly I can see it at times)#omegaverse#listen retrospectively Eskel will slap his face (repeatedly) because it is at times pretty obvious (but only if you know!!)#did Milek accidentally call Eskel 'daddy' a few times? ofc he did. (how should Eskel know that he didn't just mixed it up in excitement.)#'oh he clearly meant his omega father' WELL#Roach should have been an indicator! but it's either that that name is in one of jaskiers songs (probable) and jaskier is like#'oh yeah he likes that one bard song about the horse - I swear he loves horses'#(that isn't even a lie and it's very Jaskier to compose an ode for Roach)#or he just goes 'We heard stories about a witcher crossing our town-'#and now wolf themed kids book. it's-#oh well#a lot of things are obvious when you look back to them#and I think Eskel could have made the connection! if Jaskier still had a lute. he would have gone at least once '... geralts omega bard??'#(who Geralt didn't really talk about but who they always could still smell traces of on him - bad thing that scents change after pregnancy)#but no lute?? connection not made.#that's the one jaskier thing Eskel knows of. always has a lute.#and retrospectively he can see that Milek and Geralt really look alike - it's at this age more obvious than later - because that is the age#that Eskel remembers. In which he still has a mental picture of what Geralt looked like? but it's been SO LONG#over a century#and Eskel was a traumatized child too. Things are. Very muddy.#the only ones who have a chance to recognize Milek are Visenna and Vesemir and that's it.

; pairing ; adam x sinner! reader

Tumblr media
adam kicked back, watching the chaos unfold in hell from his lofty perch in heaven. it was like a twisted reality show, and he reveled in the spectacle of sinners tearing each other apart.
"get 'em, you filthy bastards!" he shouted, a wicked grin spreading across his face as the damned souls clashed in a violent dance of destruction. it was a symphony of chaos that resonated with the delight in his secretly twisted heart.
then, his gaze fixated on a particularly alluring sinner, you, who moved with a sinful grace. "damn, look at that hot piece of ass!" adam exclaimed, his eyes widening with carnal desire.
lute, who was standing next to him, dared to interrupt his reverie. "sir, what are you talking about?"
adam shot her an irritated look. "fuck you, bitch! can't you see i'm busy? get the fuck outta here!" he growled, waving her away.
lute rolled her eyes, muttering to herself as she retreated. "yes, sir. have your fun."
adam, still fixated on the enticing sinner, decided to kick things up a notch. with a snap of his fingers, he made whatever ethereal device he was using to watch hell follow the sinner, who happened to be you, into your home.
through a portal, adam descended into the depths of hell, ready to make a surprise entrance. as he materialized in your home, you were taken aback, thinking the extermination had started early.
"what the heck?!" you exclaimed, eyes wide with shock as you took in the unexpected intrusion. "is it over for me already?"
but adam, grinning with delight, reassured you, "fuck no!"
you eyed him cautiously, wondering what the hell was happening. "who are you, and how'd you get in here?"
adam's expression shifted, a mix of surprise and indignation crossing his features. "what the fuck do you mean, 'who am I'?" he retorted, his voice laced with offended arrogance. "i'm adam? the first fucking man? the big fucking cheese up in heaven! how do you not know who i am?"
you blinked, taken aback by his sudden outburst. "uh, sorry." you replied, trying to diffuse the tension.
adam scoffed, shaking his head in disbelief. "un-fucking-believable. you sinners don't know shit," he muttered under his breath, his ego bruised by your apparent ignorance.
you eyed adam cautiously, still trying to process the fact that the first man was standing in your living room. "anyway! you're hot!" he declared, his arrogance undeterred by your confusion.
"what?" you stammered, genuinely bewildered by the sudden change in tone.
adam leaned against your furniture, a smug grin on his face. "you heard me."
your skepticism was palpable. "are you even allowed here? aren't there like, rules?" you asked, your voice tinged with both caution and curiosity.
adam waved off your concern with a dismissive smirk. "rules? fuck the rules. i do what i want."
you furrowed your brows. "but, like, isn't that against the... heavenly code or... something?"
he groaned. "who gives a shit!? i'm here for a good time, not a long time."
and so began the surreptitious rendezvous between an angel and a sinner. during exterminations, adam would sneak away from his duties just to see you. you'd usually be hiding, fearing the consequences of being caught, but adam would always find you.
"chill out, y/n! it's just you and me," he'd whisper, his cocky grin never fading.
and against all odds, love began to take root, wrapping its tendrils around both celestial and damned hearts. It wasn't just a desire – it was a connection that ran deeper than the realms they inhabited.
yet, adam couldn't shake the knowledge that being in love with a sinner was wrong. he had entered your world just wanting to fuck around with some hot piece of shit, a way to spice up his boredom. but now, he found himself entangled in emotions he hadn't bargained for.
he was confused, he wanted to protect you..? to shield you from the eternal damnation that loomed over your head?
he didn't just wanna fuck around with you – he wanted something more. he wanted you, all of you, body and soul. he wanted to be with you, to stand by your side against the forces that sought to tear you apart
and then, one fateful day, as he lounged in your humble abode, a sudden epiphany struck him like a bolt of lightning.
"i wanna get you into heaven," he declared, his voice tinged with a newfound determination. "i don't give two shits about the rules anymore. maybe it's time for heaven to change."

Infatuation
Summary: What is it about you that has Homelander so infatuated?
(The reader is gender neutral. The ethnicity/race is preferably a person of color.)
Tumblr media
Why you?
That was the million dollar question that kept going through Homelander's mind. There was nothing truly special about you. You were nothing like him and his teammates. You were - he couldn't help how hard his face cringed at the reminder - human. No Compound V or Temp V. Only regular red human blood coursing through your veins with no harmful or life-changing chemicals. Just human. Sure you were good-looking. Sure you were smart, and polite, but so were many of the other dumb, cocksucking fans he had to smile for and pretend to give a fuck about. So what made you different from them?
When did this even begin?
He couldn't really pinpoint the exact date that your beauty, poise, and civility had caught his attention. He thinks maybe a month or two ago. He could distinctly remember how pissed off he was at Ashley, not because she had did anything herself, but because she was the one delivering the bad news to him, and how that was the first day, you had spoke to him.
"What," he asked, his voice low and strict, while dripping with disbelief at what Ashley had said. He tried his hardest to keep facing the large windows of the Seven's meeting room, and keep a cool composure, his arms crossed behind his back.
"Um-um," she repeated, her mouth opening and closing, almost resembling a fish. Her green eyes widened in fear at what the Supe in front of her may do.
"Ashley," he said, his irritation at her hesitance to speak was making him even more angrier by the second. "Say that again."
"Well, I-you,...uh," she gulped and tried to speak again, her words coming out easier this time. "Your points has gone down significantly, by at least 60."
Hearing it repeated made his crystal blue eyes become engulfed in ruby red and he kept his gaze towards the windows, already sick of hearing and smelling the rank fear that was emanating from Ashley, and not wanting to make the smell worse. "How the fuck are my points down that much?"
The calmness of his voice made Ashley want to hurry and leave the room, but instead she nervously gulped down some of her fear again, and spoke, "People have not truly forgiven the Stormfront situation and the civilians that you accidentally lazered in half on the last mission made it worst. Their families and friends are all in mourning and sharing their grief online."
"Oh come on," he yelled, finally turning away from the window and seating himself in his usual seat at the large table, his face frowning in irritation. "Both of those things were fucking accidents! Stormfront is dead and those people have been dead for, what, weeks now. Almost a fucking month!"
Ignoring the harshness of his raised voice, Ashley continued, "Vought thought it could really help if you made an apology video or interview to get people back in your favor-"
"Abso-fucking-lutely not," he said, his tone stern and leaving no room for argument. "It was a fucking accident and they need to get over it already." The rage inside him was rising higher and higher and he knew that more redness was coming to his eyes the more he listened to Ashley and the bullshit that she was spouting. He was sick of having to apologize for who he is and how powerful he is.
"Mr. Edgar thinks that-"
At the very mention of his name, Homelander's fist quickly connected with the surface of the table, leaving a large crack in the glass. The sound of his fist hitting it made Ashley quickly quiet and she instantly took a deep breath in, waiting for his next words.
"Get the fuck out," he told her, closing his eyes, and laying his head back against the chair.
"Yes sir," Ashley quickly replied, rushing out.
At the time, she had quickly forgotten that you were with her, and had left you alone with the most dangerous Supe of them all.
"Mr. Homelander, sir," your voice, while small, had still interrupted the quietness that had taken over the room and was beginning to calm Homelander, and he quickly opened his eyes and looked to you, his red gaze freezing you in place.
"Who the fuck are you," he asked.
"I'm (Y/N)," you replied, nervously holding your folders and documents close to your chest. "I'm Ashley's assistant."
"And...?" Every part of his body language screamed that he was ready to murder anything right now.
"I was just gonna say that I'm sorry that you're under so much pressure," you told him, your voice still meek, but a little more confident as you see that you have kept his attention. "I'm pretty sure for a person like you, it can be hard to be like others and make mistakes."
"Exactly! Fuck! Thank you!" he suddenly exclaimed, making you slightly jump, but you quickly hid it, and returned the wide smile he threw to you, happy to see the redness from his eyes finally cool down to blue again. "No one gets how hard it is to be me. No one is ever truly grateful for what I do. Right?"
You silently nodded your head, happy to see the Supe no longer angry.
"I have to pretend to like and listen to these fucking idiots and apologize to them for helping them!" He let out an incredulous laugh at the thought of apologizing to the public again.
An idea came to you when he said that, and you quickly voiced it, "Maybe you can get their favor again without having to apologize for it."
He quickly furrowed his brows at your idea and quickly gestured for you to continue.
"Plenty of celebrities make apology videos and people always know that it's fake. Maybe you should donate money to the families of the victims instead. You won't have to make some embarrassing video or do an interview."
"A donation?"
"Yeah. Fans love when famous people donate something of theirs. Money, clothes, cars. You win the favor of fans you lost, and more."
He was silent for a second, his face full of contemplation and for a second you were scared that you had gone too far, proposing an idea like this. He might see it as an insult that an assistant was giving him advice on how to get fans. You had sworn your heart was about to beat out of your chest by his silence, but a suddenly growing smile on his face quickly calmed it.
"That is perfect! No having to grovel to those idiots."
"Would you like me to get Ashley to help set everything up?"
"Yeah! Do that! Now!"
You made your way to the door and was about to leave the room, when suddenly his voice made you stop. "Hey! What's your name, again?"
"Um, it's (Y/N)," you told him.
"(Y/N)," he repeated, liking the way it sounded on his tongue. "Thanks."
You quickly left the room after that and went to get Ashley to tell her about the idea, and you didn't know it, too naive to realize it, but Homelander had already began making a plan in his head to see you again.
That was it. That was what caught Homelander's attention. Unlike other regular people, and even other Supes, you were the one who understood the pressure he was under, who understood how great he was, how better he was. Soon after that he began making an effort to talk to you. After Ashley would report things to him, he made sure to pull you aside and make conversation, and he surprisingly found it addictive to hear your voice, whether you were talking about your day, your favorite meals, current shows you were watching, he needed to hear your voice. Every now and then, he could hear the tremble in your voice as you spoke to him, fear still running through you at the fact that you were speaking to him of all people. That tremble did things to him. He disliked hearing it as he wanted you to be comfortable around him and trust him, but at the same time, he loved hearing it, reminding himself of the immense power he had over others even when he doesn't do anything.
It wasn't long before he used this power to find your address. He found himself relieved that you lived in a pretty safe neighborhood, not wanting anything to happen to his favorite person. HIS? Yes, HIS. Just the thought of you accepting his affections, a life of being with him, of coming home to finding you ready to hear about his day and please him was already making him loose his already deranged mind, but he knew that you needed time. You needed to still be fearful of him, but at the same time, realize that he would be the best partner for you. And now as he looked at your sleeping form, he listened to the soothing beat of your heart, wishing he could lay his head upon your chest and take a deep slumber with you. Wishing he could wake up next to you, and make love to you first thing in the morning. Make love to you at Vought. Make love to you when he comes home from work. Make love to you before going to sleep. But he knew he needed to wait just a little bit longer. Not too long or else, some dumb imbecile will think they have a chance with you and he'll have to take care of them. But soon you would realize you belonged with him and no one else.

~ Astarion ~
Astarion thought bards were utterly useless until he met you. He had never put that much stock into music either. But the day you sat in front of the campfire with him, plucking your lute to all of the songs you knew, his heart melted.
As the soft melody of your voice filled the air, Astarion found himself captivated by the enchanting sound. His skeptical gaze softened, replaced by a glimmer of curiosity and wonder. The flickering flames of the campfire danced to the rhythm of your fingertips, casting mystical shadows upon the surrounding trees.
Lost in the embrace of your music, Astarion closed his eyes and let himself drive sea. Your voice, like silk, wove together tales of love and heroism. With each note that danced upon the night breeze, he felt a newfound appreciation for the artistry that had eluded him for so long.
Unbeknownst to you, Astarion’s icy exterior began to slowly thaw beneath the warmth of your melodic gift. The walls he had built around himself slowly crumbled, revealing vulnerabilities long buried within.
As the lullaby reached a gentle conclusion, a momentary silence settled over the campsite. Astarion opened his he’s, finding himself gazing into the depths of your own. In that instant, he saw a reflection of his own longings and desires. The connection between you, forged through the simplicity of this moment, was as delicate as a spiders web.
Without breaking eye contact, the pale elf reached for your hand, his fingers intertwining with yours. In that simple touch, a current passed between you, a sliver of magic that pulsed through your veins.
Wordlessly, Astarion leaned closer, his breath mingling with yours. Time slowed to a standstill as the world around you faded into insignificance. The flickering flames cast their golden glow hook. Your faces, illuminating the unspoken words hanging in the air.
And then, with a emotion in his voice that you had never heard before, Astarion whispered,
“Play for me again?”

~ Gale ~
Gale always knew there was a magical quality to music. He saw you as a mirror image of himself, being hopelessly in love with a type of magic that would never love you back with the same intensity.
Though he’d never admit it to you, he silently hoped every evening that you would unwind by playing a song. As dusk began to fall, the sunset painting strokes of red and gold, today’s hope was no different.
You sat by the edge of your tent, your fingers absentmindedly plucking at your lyre as you tried to think of a song to sing. You caught Gale’s eye and smiled, his gaze finally giving you inspiration to play.
Your fingers began to dance effortlessly across the strings of the lyre, coaxing out a gentle melody that floated on the evening breeze. The magic of your music filled the air, intertwining with the vibrant colors of the sunset as they painted the sky. Gale watched enraptured, his eyes never leaving you.
As Gale watched on, the wizard felt a deep longing stir within him, a longing for something he couldn't quite put into words. In that moment, he realized that his admiration for you went far beyond your musical prowess.
Unable to resist any longer, Gale rose from his seat and made his way toward you. As he approached, the song you played seemed to weave its way into his very being, tugging at the strings of his heart.
You looked up as Gale drew nearer, a soft smile gracing your lips. The notes from your lyre seemed to synchronize perfectly with the rhythm of his footsteps, as if they were guiding him towards you. The music wrapped around him like a warm embrace, filling him with a sense of belonging he had never experienced before.
Finally, Gale stood before you, his eyes shimmering with a mixture of vulnerability and admiration. You hesitated your playing for just a moment before Gale’s broke out in a grin.
“Surely you weren’t singing about a special someone, were you?”

~ Halsin ~
Halsin was probably your favorite person to play music for as of late. When he had first joined your camp, he only sat and watched when you brought out your guitar. It seemed to you that he was lost in his own mind most of the time, not allowing himself even the smallest of happy moments.
When you finally where able to heal the deep scars of the shadow curse, Halsin’s tune changed dramatically. Suddenly he was sat by you in the camp at all times, asking about what instruments you could play, requesting certain songs, trying to sing along to your gentle melodies.
What he loved most of all, however, was challenging you. He loved to see how quickly you could create a song. How easily you could string a line of lyrics about any topic under the sun. Tonight, he had a very simple ask.
Sing something that reminds you of the beauty of nature.
You could tell by the look in his eyes, the shyness in his tone, that his question had much deeper meaning to him than just that of a pretty song. No, he wanted to connect with you on a deeper level but couldn’t think of a way to make it meaningful for you both.
Despite all of that, you decided to indulge him.
As the moon cast its gentle glow over the camp, you took a deep breath and let your fingers dance across the strings of your lute. The melody flowed effortlessly from your fingertips, each note carrying the essence of nature's beauty.
You sang of sweeping meadows bathed in sunlight, where wildflowers bloomed in a riot of colors. You spoke of ancient forests, their branches intertwined like lovers, whispering secrets to the wind. Your voice soared, echoing through the night, as you conjured images of cascading waterfalls and shimmering lakes that reflected the starry sky above.
Halsin closed his eyes, completely absorbed in the enchantment of your song. It was more than just music to him; it was a bridge connecting his wounded soul to the world around him. As you sang, his spirits lifted, his heart opening up like a flower basking in the warmth of the sun.
When your song reached its final notes, there was a moment of comfortable emptiness. Halsin opened his eyes and looked at you, a soft smile playing on his lips. The silence that followed your song was filled with the lingering echoes of your melody, as if the very air was reluctant to let go of the magic you had created.
And then, Halsin spoke. His voice was barely above a whisper, as if he feared that any sound would shatter the fragile connection between you both. “Thank you,” he said, his words carrying a weight of gratitude that touched your heart.
“For so long, I had forgotten the beauty that resides in nature. The curse had consumed me, turning everything around me into shadows and sorrow. But through you, I have found solace and hope once again.”
Tears glistened in his eyes as he continued, his voice trembling with emotion.
“Sing it again?”

~ Wyll ~
Wyll adored your music. It took him a few days to work up the courage, but it wasn’t long before he was asking you to sing while the two of you were dancing. His dancing lessons had started out with just him humming a simple melody, but soon, it was your voice carrying the timing of the song.
Those nights meant a lot to you, the ones where he’d sweep you into his arms, begging you to sing for him. Tonight, however, wouldn’t be one of those night. Wyll had taken a bad hit in a battle today, his injury burning every time he took a step.
He was in no shape to dance, and yet, he still found you by the stream that evening, ready to try anyways. It took a scolding and a few pleas, but he finally agreed to postponed that night’s dancing lesson, settling for hearing you play him a few songs instead.
His eyes drifted shut as you started to weave your magic tune, transporting him to a world of serenity and solace. The melody danced delicately in the air, casting a soothing spell over his weary soul. He leaned back against the moss-covered boulder, surrendering himself to the enchantment of your music.
As your fingers caressed the strings of your instrument, Wyll's mind drifted away from the pain and turmoil of battle. Images of lush meadows and cascading waterfalls began to form in his imagination, replacing the harsh reality of the war-torn realm they inhabited. He could almost feel the gentle breeze brushing against his face and hear the distant chirping of birds as they celebrated the arrival of a new day.
Lost in the ethereal sounds that resonated through the forest, Wyll's features softened, and a serene smile graced his lips. The worries and burdens that burdened him melted away, replaced by an overwhelming sense of peace. In this moment, he found solace within your music a refuge amidst chaos.
You brought him so much peace.
As the song came to an end, Wyll sighed happily, looking over to you with affection across all of his features.
“If I could only put into words as beautifully as you spin a song, I’d tell you what you meant to me.”

The Present is an Interlude (Aegon)
Aegon x Targaryen!reader (younger sister of Rhaenyra)
Tumblr media
Tags: targcest, romance, explicit content, infidelity (Aegon is married to Helaena), reader insert (third person narrative)
Wordcount: 2,115 words
Summary: As the youngest sister to Rhaenyra, born on the tragic day of Queen Aemma's death, she had always struggled to find her place in the family. Her only comfort was the secret company of one of her brothers, Aegon.
Tumblr media
As the younger sister to Rhaenyra, she had always struggled to find her place in the family. She was the child of grief, the one that had survived the terrible death of Queen Aemma, and her striking resemblance with her mother in both appearance and temperament made it all the more difficult for the King to acknowledge her, and for her sister to love her.
From a young age, she had known what a disappointment she was. She could have been the long-awaited son born to unite the realm, the Conqueror born again, but instead she had been born as a daughter, a hand to marry, to give away for political alliance.
And yet it seemed her father was not eager to marry her off, whether it came from a place of guilt or disinterest she did not know, but she was grateful for the peace it awarded her.
From the shadows, as simply another girl in the family, a spare piece that was too often overlooked, she watched as her half-siblings were born to Alicent Hightower and grew alongside them. After all, Aegon was only born two years after her tragic arrival in the world, and Helaena and Aemond quickly followed.
They were her occasional companions, when Queen Alicent consented to have the face the Queen Aemma, if only significantly younger, paraded under her nose. She knew she was a stark and dreadful reminder to the Green Queen, and she did not blame her. After all, what woman would want a ghost of the queen she had replaced playing with her own children?
Therefore, she had grown up always on the skirts, neither accepted nor rejected, and had found comfort in lonely hobbies, and in the secret company of one of her brothers, Aegon.
Behind closed doors, as others were subjected to their duties, she was forgotten, and found a purpose in music; she thought this art as noble as the one of writing, painting, or even sculpting.
"Music is an art that comes from the heart, from the soul," she had taught her brother Aegon as he had stumbled upon her as a child, and had asked why she spent her days inside, practicing.
Soon there was another pair of hands alongside hers on the harp, and when her younger brother had preferred the lute, they had spent hours upon hours practicing together, playing the songs of their hearts on the strings.
Tumblr media
Aegon remembered the afternoon he had stumbled upon his older sister playing the harp. It had been a sunny day, and as he explored the secret passageways and servants staircases, hoping to find a way to escape the prison that was the Red Keep, he had found a small room tucked away, music coming through its large door.
The music room was small and dusty, and largely unused, as none of the Targaryens were inclined to play. It had apparently been one of Queen Aemma's hobby, in her youth, and Aegon supposed his half-sister found a way to connect with her by this mean.
He had been a young and clueless boy, neither clever nor particularly creative, but she had opened a whole new world to him, and to this day music remained his comfort, the only mean of personal expression that he was allowed, and it filled his soul with peace to be able to cry and laugh to his heart's content.
Sometimes his music was full of tears and sorrow, sometimes full of life and laughter, but no matter what, his sister would smile and answer with her own tears or laughs, strung on her delicate harp.
"Music makes the soul sing and connects us to others," she had said to him once, and at the time he wasn't certain he understood what she meant.
She had always had a maturity to her, a natural wisdom that he envied, and he admired her so that he spent hours watching her play; from the way her clever fingers found their way on the strings and the serene set of her shoulders as she hummed along. There was something dreamy, almost otherworldly about her.
And so, deep in the hidden corridors of the Red Keep, in a long forgotten music room, a strong friendship grew, following the season of Aegon's moods. Whenever the storm of his despair would crash upon the room, she would welcome him in her tenderness, and when the thunder of his anger and resentment resonated below the high ceilings, she had no anger of her own to confront to his.
She was as calm and steady as a stream of clear water in spring, and as the years went on and childhood gave way to manhood, we spared her the lustful moods that sometimes took hold of him. Still, he could sense she felt them, from the way her own eyes lingered on his fingers as they plucked the strings of his lute, or on the curve of his chin, of his jaw.
They were not meant for one another, despite their closeness, and soon enough Aegon was ordered to take Helaena to wife. He obeyed, eager to fulfill at least one duty that was thrust upon him, and make his family proud.
He thought it would repair the cracks in his soul, and yet when the day came, the cracks felt as dry and brittle as ever.
Perhaps it was the late hour, or the strong wine that had been served at dinner, or perhaps it was the disappointment in his own lack of joy at the news, but as Aegon joined his half-sister in their secret room one night of summer, the atmosphere in the room was heavy.
As he closed the door behind him quietly, lowering the bolt, his sister lifted her gaze and smiled, although it did not reach her eyes. Weary from an evening he knew would be uncharacteristically uncomfortable, Aegon sighed.
"You have heard the news," he simply said, and she nodded.
"Yes," she answered in an agreeable tone. "I must offer you my congratulations."
Her answer resonated in the air around them as Aegon looked up at her from below his lashes, his hair falling in front of his face. "I would rather you said nothing," he murmured and she lowered her eyes.
"Why is that?" she asked quietly, although she knew the answer. She had known from the start that there was no love between Aegon and Helaena, no feelings deeper than the natural feelings of a brother and sister. The feelings she was supposed to have, innocent and pure.
The feelings she so desperately tried to cultivate in her own heart.
"I thought—" Aegon started, looking at his lute who waited for him on the table. "I thought it would make me happy."
For a breathless moment, he felt himself unravel as he realized he could not pick it up. The music had gone from his soul and his heart felt utterly empty, void of any emotion.
His solace came in the form of two clever hands pushing his stray strands away—he had not realized his sister had gotten up— and soon her eyes were peering into his.
"Happiness will come. When the child will be born, you will see," she reassured him, and he desperately wanted to believe her, but in her eyes he found a reassurance she did not mean to give him; the reassurance of her presence.
Aegon was not blind to her beauty, just as he was not blind to her love, and the hope it cultivated in his heart stung as much as it elated him.
"I wish you were right," he murmured, and her hands grew firmer on the side of his face.
"How can I help?" she asked in return, and in this instant he knew she had asked the wrong thing.
Aegon pressed himself forward, dipping his head to catch her sweet mouth in a clumsy kiss. She stepped away with a loud breath, pulling away from his touch.
"Aegon, no—" she gasped, tears coming to her eyes. She turned her back to him, her hands coming to her face, hiding her mouth as she tried to contain her sobs.
"My dove, please," he called after her, heart in his throat.
"Do not call me that," she pleaded as her shoulders shook and tears painted lines on her powdered face. "Keep your tender words for your wife."
"She does not want them and I don't want to say them to her!" he cried out, and at his outburst she turned again, her desolated face the saddest sight he could have ever imagined.
Eyes rimmed with red, mouth pink and trembling, she pleaded with him again. "Please don't torture me with this," she said. "I have been a good friend to you for all these years, and I have tried my best to keep my desires close to my chest... You are not mine to have and I've made my peace with it—"
"Well I have not!" Aegon protested, anguished and mad at the refusal. The song of his soul was back, singing its desperate desire.
As his sweet sister clutched the edge of a low dresser where she kept cloth and oils to care for her harp, Aegon rushed to her and mirrored the tender gesture she had offered him first.
Her face between his calloused hands, she was powerless to resist the heat of his kiss, and as he dipped his face to hers again, she moaned against the softness of his tongue. "I want you," he rasped between kisses, his lips supple and clever each time they captured hers back into their trap.
Soon she was nothing more than heat and softness, a panting doll caught in his embrace. Trapped as she was between his body and the dresser, she gasped as she felt the first throb of his hard member between the thin layer of his summer doublet and the muslin of her dress.
"We shouldn't," she trembled as he kissed along the line of her throat down to her slim shoulder, pulling the thin fabric down her upper arm.
"No one will know," Aegon vowed as he reached for the laces at the sides of her corset. "Just as the rest, this will remain our secret, it won't leave this room."
His dove shuddered, and shame flushed her cheeks. Aegon wasn't hers to have and yet, he was willing, loving and devoted to her in a way no one else was.
She could either succumb to his kisses or live a long, lonely life as a spinster, bitter and cold from the absence of his touch. Her soul sang to his, calling it, and she surrendered.
Aegon moaned as she pulled at the buckles of his clothes, first his doublet then his belt, and in the hushed atmosphere of the music room, under the spell of this hot summer night, they bared themselves to one another.
As the muslin fell to the floor in a sigh, and Aegon laid her down on the floor gently, she parted her thighs for him to settle at her core. They both moaned as his cock pushed at her entrance, the
"I've thought of this," he murmured as he fumbled, his excitement making his hands unsteady. "I've imagined you like this, so many times..."
His own words sounded to him as clumsy as his hands were, but as he pushed into her she sighed in delight, a smile gracing her face as pink painted her cheeks.
"I've been waiting for you," she answered as two tears ran from her eyes to her temples, carrying all the emotions she had put into music since she had entered the age of womanhood.
Tangled in the muslin laid on the rough carpet, hands joined above her head, she sang for him as she had never before—as a nightingale in spring she sang her pleasure and her love, her delicate sighs soon turning into deep moans.
From the depth of her chest where Aegon pressed his mouth, he felt her breaths leave her in mewls and whimpers as he thrusted into her, the relief of finally being one almost overwhelming.
"My dove," he crooned as she brought her knees up to his waist, her ankles crossing at his back.
She threw her head back as her core clenched around him, the velvet skin of his cock making sparks burst deep inside her, and Aegon groaned at the tightness, his head spinning with the force of it all.
In the room that housed their secrets, under the constantly renewed fervor of their love, his little bird sang high and loud in the night.

༺ ♱✮♱ ¨:·Something Stupid- Chapter 1·:¨ ♱✮♱ ༻
A/N- Hey everyone! I hope you guys are doing well. This story is a longer series of Lucifer Morningstar x reader where you’re Adam’s third wife. This story will have roughly 10 official chapters, but there will be shorter fillers which will be labelled as [previous chapter number].5.
I also made a playlist in honour of this fanfiction :D
Navigation
Enjoy! <3
꧁🥀☽💫✶♛🦢♕✶💫☾🥀꧂
As you use your wings to sweep down to the sultry streets of Hell, you frantically look around for any stray troops, for them to tell you everything. Anything.
“Where is this gods be darned hotel,” You think to yourself, along with other incoherent and unfinished thoughts.
But it all connects back to one hanging thought in the back of your mind.
Heaven is a Lie.
What happened to all that “Killing is bad” and “Murder is sin” bullshit that they preached?
This is a genocide.
All of these demons, from young to old, didn’t do anything wrong, (well atleast, not in this moment)
Is it that hard for Adam to see?
He’s been feeding you these utter lies this entire time? This news was a bombshell on you at the meeting when that lovely young girl, Charlie was pitching her idea.
Speaking of bombs, a piercing and explosive sound emits from the other side of the city.
꧁ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ꧂
As you traverse the debris of the crumbling city, you spot two familiar faces amongst the face of fire.
One of which that you despised ever since that meeting.
Lute.
The other had her back faced towards the lieutenant. Her horns protruded from her scalp and her long blonde hair billowing in the breeze, unaware that Lute was about to strike.
“LUTE, NO!” You put yourself in the face of the Angelic weapon, your wings disarming the troop general to avoid her striking down Charlie.
“Y/N? What in the actual living fuck are you doing here?”
“I should be the one asking the questions here,” You point an accusing finger into the general’s chest.
“Where’s Adam? I need to have a serious discussion with him. If you see any other troops, tell them to stand down,”
“You’re not my bos-”
“I said. Stand. The. Fuck. Down. NOW!” You stare Lute down, and she glares at you back.
She doesn’t say anything, but you could see her biting her tongue.
You turn to Charlie.
“Charlie, come on, we gotta go!”
“But, I- I don’t understand, why are you he-”
“Just trust me on this one okay? Go and make sure no one is in imminent danger. I will handle my husband myself,”
The Princess looks up at you, eyes flooded with admiration, trust, and hope as you soar back into action.
꧁ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ꧂
You swoop in and out of  shattered buildings in fruitless attempts to find Adam amidst the screams and battle cries of both Angels and Demons.
“Adam? ADAM?!” You screech into the crimson sultry sky.
Another explosive pierces through the sky from not far where you were barely a minute ago.
“Ugh, Lute I swear,” You mutter under your breath and your attention is quickly turned to two shadows attacking each other. You look overhead and see two figures; one of them is adorned with a priest’s garments (obviously, Adam), and the other… well…
Does not have a definable shape whatsoever.
One moment, it has taken the form of a bird, and the next it has the figure of a snake.
One thing never changed though, a sporting white top hat stayed gracefully on his head in each form.
This ever changing specimen seems to be teasing your partner.
“Adam? Haven’t seen ya since Eden,” He maneuvered between all of Adam’s punches.
“Gotta say, it really seems like you’ve let yourself go,”
Adam scoffs.
“You, Lucifer, judging me? You’re the most hated being in all of gods be damned creation!”
Ah, that makes much more sense now.
The shape-shifting demon, finally setting on a figure, with a smirk, almost nonchalant expression on his face.
Dodging the First Man’s bolts of angelic power, Lucifer still doesn’t relent with the tomfoolery.
“Well, your first wife didn’t seem to hate what I had to offer,” He places his index and middle gloved digits between his lips and drags them downwards, his snake tongue between them.
Ooof, that’s gotta hurt.
Well it definitely did. On Lucifer’s end that is for sure. One of Adam’s blows finally managed to hit him, knocking him backwards, and inadvertently knocking you out of your trance.
Fuck, you were supposed to be stopping this.
“ADAM!” Your husband turns to face you, looking from the ground, dumbfounded.
“Y/n?! What the actual fuck are you doing down here?”
“Why is everyone asking me that?!” You draw in a breath, irritated.
Just get to the point.
“Tell your little army to stop. Playtime’s over,”
Adam descends down to you, with disagreement written all over his face.
“Nah,” He smirks.
“What the FUCK do you mean ‘Nah?’ What are you, 10?”
“Yeah, 10 inches deep in you,”
Your face distorts into a one of disdain. Marrying is probably one of the worst decisions you made.
“You don’t need to make this any harder than it needs to be,” Then it clicked. An utterly vile, but devious idea struck your mind.
“Dear Adam,” you hum, layering on the most seductive voice you can. Both Adam and Lucifer look at you, both confused at your quick change of tone.
Well this is going to be the most embarrassing 30 seconds of your life.
Alas, you carry yourself with a more fluid demeanor, as his eyes follow you. Though as stupid as he is, he isn’t going to fall for your tricks that easily.
You snuggle up to him, your hand gently caressing his upper thigh, reaching right where the source of all manhood was. Stroking not only his dick, but his ego as well, which you were really going for.
You whisper in his ear.
“Come back home darling~ you need some time to rest, hm?” You let your fingers circle around his tip. “I’ve been waiting for you for a while now~”
He smirks. Bingo.
“Fine, but I’ll be waiting for you at home, love,” He says with a wild grin.
“Lovely,” you say through smiling teeth.
Though behind that smile, there is absolutely nothing worthy of mentioning.
꧁ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ❂♕☻☹☻♕❂ꕥ꧂
“Well, I sincerely apologise for my husband’s behaviour. Honestly, I would have stopped him sooner if I found out,” You bow to the group of demons.
Utter despair is written on the entire group’s faces.
“What’s the matter? I know your hotel has been blown to bits, but at least everyone here is safe,” your tone is uncertain.
“Right?”
Charlie is the first to pipe up to speak.
“Sir, Pentious- he-,” Her voice cracks.
“Oh honey,” you turn to try and comfort her with your wings, though abruptly interrupted by a threatening cough from Lucifer, who was behind you.
You want to comfort the Princess of Hell, but you decide against it and turn to face the group.
“I just want to say, before leaving, that I am on your side. I know Heaven is the real enemy and I will try to aid in any possible way, though right now I have to be going,” You look at each demon in turn, Lucifer for last, as he gives you a once over, as though you’ve intrigued him in some way.
“Well, erh, farewell. For now?” You give Charlie a tentative squeeze on the arm, and give Vaggie an acknowledging nod, which was returned.
As you spread your wings and soar back to heaven, you come to the realisation of what you’re gonna have to do when you get home.
Or rather, who…

Hello, so i am back. With something a lil angsty, a lil fluffy. You guys should know the drill by now. Please let me know your thoughts :D
Astarion x Fem!Reader
Wordcount: 2464
It has been quite some time since the battle of Baldur's Gate. You all went your separate ways, occasionally catching up with one another but as time and lives went on, slowly drifting more apart. Everyone was slowly finding the lives they wanted to live. Some moved away from the city, wanting to forget it all. Some stayed around. Including you. Baldur's gate was the only place you ever truly was able to call home. And while your wanderlust had taken you to many places, you always found your way back to the city.
You sometimes wondered how the others were doing. Wandering what could have been, wondering what was never meant to be. You miss your old companions sometimes. But their happiness was what kept you smiling when thinking back on your adventures. There was barely any room for heartache when everyone got what they wanted. Everyone but you.
After the battle against the Elder brain you and Astarion never fully established what it was that the two of you had. The connection that was shared. There was something there, for sure. But the both of you being too stubborn to talk about it, acknowledge it. That same stubbornness led to the both of you drifting apart. Slowly but surely, until you stopped hoping that he might show up at your doorstep. Stopped visiting his place, stopped meeting at the usual spots. Your pride got in the way of your happiness, once again. The one time you felt like you truly had met your equal. A ‘’soulmate’’, if those were even real. You beat yourself up about for a while, until time got in the way.
It has been over a year since you last saw each other. And it wasn't until tonight that you went back to one of the taverns you and your companions would occasionally meet to catch up. You rather not go there but some of your co-workers insisted you’d tag along for a drink after a very long work day. And it had been a long day indeed. You wanted to just go home, take a bath and curl up in your sheets and sleep for days. But one drink couldn't hurt, right?
The party all gathered outside of the office and you all walked toward the familiar pub. A whiff of alcohol and sweat already hit your nose as you got closer. It must be a busy night. Maybe a famous bard was playing tonight. The music did sound quite lovely opposed to other nights of horrible out of tune lutes being played inside the tavern walls. You all gathered a small table in the corner of the main hall, scooting closer together and just catching up on life while enjoying a somewhat decent drink. The drinks have never been great here, but that somehow made you feel even more nostalgic of the many tears, laughs and memories shared in this space. You wondered if there was a way to get everyone back here sometime soon.
‘’So,’’ one of your male co-workers turned to you. ‘’What is it truly like being the hero of Baldur's gate?” A small smirk present on his lips and a playful look swirling in his eyes. All of your co-workers knew this was a topic you’d rather not talk about. Not because you're ashamed, but there was no need to brag about all the lives it had cost to save the city, guilty or innocent. You swallowed and gave him a tight smile before taking a rather large gulp of your drink. The alcohol is now slowly starting to kick in.
‘’Well, I suppose it is.. Flattering. I wouldn't consider myself a hero. But i am glad the city is somewhat safe again.’’ you said. Not really wanting to dig deep into the topic at all, even if you were slowly starting to feel more tipsy.
‘’Oh, come on! There must be something to tell. What about the tadpole? You were supposed to be dead, respectfully.’’ he carefully said.
‘’Yes, I was. But I am glad I am not. Though I wouldn't recommend anyone carrying a worm inside their head, it did save my life in a way. The experience itself was rather unusual, I suppose. I don't think there's anything I can compare it to.’’ as you start talking you hear a bit more commotion on the other side of the room. But from your angle you can't tell what's going on. Probably another tavern fight between two drunk sailors. Wouldn't be the first time. After a quick glance that way you quickly return to your conversation.
‘’What about your companions? Do you still see them?’’ A female co-worker asked you nervously.
‘’Uhm, we uhm. We occasionally see each other yes.’’ Not a complete lie. But these people didn't need to know the whole truth. ‘’Does anyone want another drink?’’ you quickly ask before any more questions on the topic could arise. You get up from the table and walk up to the bar to order another round for the whole table. Your last, you decided. It has been a long day and sleep was going to creep up on you soon. You look back at your colleagues while you wait and reminisce about the times that table was filled with your companions instead.
After a short while you take the drinks back to the table and join in on the conversation that had been started while you were gone when all of a sudden the commotion rose again. But this time it was loud, and people started getting out of the way.  It was then that you noticed it was indeed a fight. While you were about to roll your eyes and take a big gulp of your drink you recognized a certain mop of white hair and pointy ears. Oh god. Your eyes widened. Your body froze. It was him. Fighting an orc almost twice his size.. In the middle of a tavern. He was wearing an all black outfit, which looked almost too good on his body. A dagger held to the neck of the orc as he held him in place. Reminding you of the time the two of you had met. He really hasn't changed much.
You got up from where you were sitting and got a little closer to the situation, trying to blend in with the crowd whilst figuring out what the hell had happened. You saw coins scattered on the table, drinks that once had been in tankards spilled over the floor and chairs.
‘’You better watch your damn mouth around here, elf.’’ The orc said. Trying to push himself back to his feet. ‘’Others might not show you the same mercy.’’ as he pushed Astarion from his frame, he got up. Gathered some of his coins and turned around to leave. Whilst Astarion did the same. You looked back at your colleagues and they were too caught up in their own conversations to notice you left the table again. You made a split decision, not even really thinking while your legs just carried you out of the tavern the same way he left.
He was already well out in the street again while the darkness of the night was about to lure him back into the shadows. You almost panicked, you didn't even know what you were going to say to him once you confronted him with your presence. You just let your feet carry you.
The weather had changed from a somewhat chilly afternoon to a rainy evening. Making your vision even worse. You kept on walking until you reached a crossroads. He has slipped from your vision, unknown which turn he had made, you looked around once more. Hoping to catch a glimpse of his frame. Alas, he was gone. You sighed in defeat as you wanted to turn back around, making your way back to the tavern. Coming up with an excuse as to why your clothes and hair are drenched. A small tear slipped from your eye, blending in perfectly with the raindrops that had been collecting on your cheeks. You looked down at your clothes, now completely soaked. But you didn't care anymore. Something in you stirred. A feeling you had buried deep within the depths of your heart. A flame reigniting slowly. Love. a feeling you had not felt in a while. Even only seeing him, so briefly, it brought everything back up. You looked up into the sky, closed your eyes and took a deep breath before finally turning around, walking back. Maybe you needed this. A very cruel way of the universe telling you to let him go. Fully letting him go. No more small hopes, no more wishing he would magically be on your doorstep. He slipped from your grasp tonight. Maybe rekindling was never an option to begin with.
You took a few steps back toward the tavern, hands wrapped around your own body to somewhat comfort yourself in a way. No more tears were going to be shed on the topic. It had been too long. You deserved happiness, peace. You had fought your battles. And now it was time to find your place in this life.
‘’What's a lady like yourself doing alone on the streets at this hour?’’ a creepy voice behind you said all of a sudden. You quickly froze, and looked around. Trying to find the body that matched the voice. You found none. You quickly tried to make your way back to the tavern but realized it would still be quite the distance. And with the rain clouding your vision, you didn't really know if you were walking in the right direction. Panic rushed through your body as you tried to make out which way to go, not wanting to get lost. Suddenly a hand made its way around your waist. Roughly pulling your body into a  much larger frame. You tried to get yourself out of the grasp of the stranger but you were unable to, he was too strong. You looked over your shoulder and recognised him. It was the orc from the tavern fight.
‘’This is a dangerous place for someone like you, you know. I should bring you somewhere safe.’’ he said, getting awfully close to your neck. He held you in a tight embrace, there was no way to get out of his grasp. ‘’I know just the place to treat a nice lady like yourself exactly the way she deserves to be treated. All the things i am going to do to yo–’’ He couldn't finish his sentence, as he started sputtering and coughing up blood. Covering your clothes and hair in drops of his bodily liquids as his body went limp behind you, you quickly got out of his grasp and stumbled forward when your foot got caught on a piece of cobblestone. You stumbled forward and cried out when your body hit the ground, hard. You took a quick peek over your shoulder whilst crawling away and saw the orcs body lay there, lifeless and cold.  A tall frame looming over his body. The figure then bent down and retrieved a dagger from the orcs neck. He wiped it clean on his clothes and slit it back into the sheath on his belt. You were terrified. You see the frame walking closer toward you as you try to get up and run away again. There were times where murder didn't bother you. But that life was in your past now. This was not the reality you wanted to live out anymore. Too much blood had been shed by your hands.
As you were trying to regain your balance you noticed that your wrist had taken too much of your weight when you fell. You didn't know if it was broken or just badly sprained, but it hurt like hell either way. The frame got closer to you and that's when you noticed.
The white hair, pale skin. Red eyes that had never been more aflame than they were in this moment. It was Astarion. He saved your life. You gasped when he was close enough to fully be in your vision. The very dim street lights are not doing him justice. He had never looked more beautiful than he did in this moment. His curly hair now sticking to his face from the rain, concern in his eyes. You both stared at each other in silence for a moment before you took a step toward him and pulled him into your frame. A soft sob leaving your lips as you felt him slowly wrap his arms around you, pulling you so close, like he was never going to let you go again.
‘’I’m sorry.’’ he said softly after staying in the moment for a while. You look up at him in confusion. ‘’I am sorry that I didn't try hard enough. I am sorry that I never really told you how I felt. I am sorry that–’’ before he could even continue his unnecessary apologies you kissed him. Softly, so tenderly. Hands cupping his cheeks. He was taken aback by your action but quickly melted into the kiss. A hand going up to the back of your neck, one lingering on your lower back. You pull back from him for a second and look into his eyes, trying to see if there's any form of hesitation in his stare. But there isn't.
‘’You don't have to say sorry. If anyone has to apologize it is me. I should've told you how I felt. I should've made the effort too. I guess this is on both of us. But I want you to know there has not been a day where I haven't thought about you.’’ you say. ‘’There are many things that have stopped me in the past. Many things I feared. But I am done being scared.’’
You look into his eyes. A small smile crept on his lips while you were talking. One you have missed so much, one you had been hoping to see every day for the past year. But fear has gotten the best of you. Your ego being too fragile, too weak. A small young girl, frightened of abandonment, had been making decisions in your life to make the risk as small as possible. But you were done with being afraid. You would rather risk the fear than live the rest of your days alone.
Astarion pulled you close again and placed a small kiss on your forehead.
‘’This is where our future begins.’’
And it was then that you fully realized, he is more of yourself than you are. Whatever our souls are made of, his and yours were the same.

Reader is a Dominion! Angel, who overhears Charlie's conversation with Adam about the hotel. Adam panics about reader telling everyone about the exterminations so they throw you out of heaven. You are a dominion angel, essentially the mediator for the highest ranking angels to carry out the plans to the lower ranks. Your class of angels are considered heavenly governors, attempting to strike a balance between matter and spirit, good and bad. You receive orders from seraphim and cherubim, then dish out duties to the "worker bee" angels of the lower orders. Your main purpose is to make sure that the cosmos remains in order by sending down power to heads of government and other authority figures.
You were eavesdropping on Adam, Lute, and Charlie’s conversations but you were originally in the office to deliver some papers to Adam. You overheard the conversations and were trying to be quiet but you accidentally stumbled into the room during Adam’s song. You face planted into the floor, a small arf escaping you. The music stopped abruptly as Adam stopped playing his instrument, and all eyes turned to you as you slowly got off the floor, papers scattered and brushed yourself off. You locked eyes with Adam, a relatively sad expression on your face.
“Are-are you really supporting genocide? I-i actually think her idea could save people’s lives, why-why does anyone have to get hurt?” Your ears drooped slightly in sadness at the thought of all the lost souls. Adam and Lute look at you like you’ve caught them red handed and before you can speak again Adam begins singing about moving up the extermination to six months, and grabs you and Charlie’s arm before throwing you both out of the office.
“Wait-!” Charlie tries to move back towards the door, at least to ask for a second change but she stumbles and she holds her leg in pain. You stay in your place, where you landed, a horrified expression on your face as you take in everything that just transpired.
You slowly rise to your feet, and take small caution steps towards the door. You raise your right paw, orange fur and paw pads connecting with the door. Charlie looks up at you, partially forgetting you were beside her, but curious as to what you were doing. You summoned a small amount of your angelic power and noticed that a divine seal was placed back on the door so there was no way for you to get back in, not without the castor’s permission.
Your ears flattened again your head, as you held your head down in shame. Your shoulders shake in anger as your wings flair up and your ears pin back. You look down at Charlie with a determined look on your face, "We have to prove them all wrong."
----
As you and Charlie made your way to hell, you had the chance to properly introduce yourself. She talked to you and explained her plans to rehabilitate people through her hotel. Since you were an angel, and a higher ranking one at that, she believed that they'd have a much higher chance of success with you on their side.
“I had no idea they were doing this, regardless of whether or not these people ended up here because of their actions…every soul is valuable and should be cherished.” You frown, your ears drooping for umpteenth time today. “That’s what I tried to explain to Adam, if we could save even a few souls down here…shouldn’t we try?” Charlie turns to you, a sorrowful yet determined expression on face.
“No one in history has even succeeded once they’ve given up, if we can show them that your plan could save even one soul. They’d have no choice but to back you up!” You jump in the air, your wings fluttering slightly. You enjoyed helping people, that was your whole purpose and you wouldn’t make it any different being down here. You fully believed in Charlie’s cause and wanted to see it succeed in helping people more than anything.
“That’s the spirit!..Hey, I-i’m really sorry that you got kicked out of heaven, but I’m really happy you agreed to help me.” The tone between you both becomes somber, as you take the time to really understand your situation. You place a paw on Charlie’s shoulder, a happy smile on your face.
“It may not have been under the…best circumstances, but I’m happy that I have the opportunity to help you in your quest to help more people.” Charlie looks at you with teary eyes and she pats your hand which still rests on her shoulder. You both made it to the hotel, a hopeful smile on your face as you decided to try and stay positive.
The white haired woman gasped at the sight of you. Two pairs of cloud white wings, and the white robe with golden accents, no one could deny that you were unmistakably an angel. "Charlie...they listened, I'm so proud of you!" The woman pulled Charlie into a hug, not paying attention to the nervous expression on her face.
"Yeah, um this is [Name], they're a Dominion Angel who's agreed to help with our cause!" Charlie turned to face you, a wonky smile on her face. While it wasn't an absolute lie, you were glad she hadn't flat out said that you were unofficially kicked out of heaven. "It's nice you meet you, my name's Vaggie. Oh come here, we have something exciting to show you!" Vaggie greets you briefly before pulling Charlie further into the building, with you in tow.
The group of people sitting in front of the television turns to look at you all entering the living room, and you couldn't pretend to not see the baffled expressions on some of their faces."Holy shit, she really did it!" Angel Dust comments, not fully believing that an Angel was standing before him, and a non-exorcist one at that.
"Well would you look at that," Husk comments, a barely noticeable smirk on his face. Charlie and Vaggie stood beside you as you greeted everyone, "It's so nice to meet you, I hope I can work hard and help you all make it to heaven!" Charlie smiles at you in appreciation before she and Vaggie pull you towards the couch to watch their commercial. "Alastor pulled some strings and it's about to air."
"I pulled a few limbs too, hahaha!" Alastor interjects, a proud smile on his usual smiling face. Charlie looks at Vaggie, a surprised look on her face. "Wait, the commercial? You all made a new one?" You both look down at Angel Dust, who's sitting on the floor beside your legs, a confident expression on his face as he boasts."Yeah, one of my better performances if I do say so myself." Charlie beams brightly as she's nearly brought to tears by the knowledge that everyone had put in the work to make a new and improved version of their ad.
"That's... that's amazing." Angel raises an arm towards her face, prompting silencing her, albeit slightly rude in your opinion. "Sshh, it's starting." You turn your attention to the television in front of you all, as you see everyone in nicer clothes and standing at the entrance of the hotel.
"Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel-" Vaggie on the television is abruptly cut off as the tv turns to the news. Everyone in the room except to Alastor and Nifty groan and complain, Vaggie and Angel in their respective languages. A frown pulls at your face, and your ears droop at the sight of the channel being changed before the commercial even started.
A spider demon with a blond bob cut, and another demon with a face mask on, seemingly news anchors show up on the screen. The names 'Katie Killjoy' and 'Tom Trench' under the respective persons as the woman begins to speak. "Breaking news in Hell today! We have just received word from the Heaven Embassy that the next Extermination is happening sooner than ever before. Do you know what that means,Tom?" Although the woman is smiling, you can sense the sarcasm in her voice and the seething rage in this woman's soul.
You frown lightly, hoping that she's one of the people you can help be redeemed. "No, what does that mean, Katie?" He asks, shaking his head mockingly. Katie places her hands onto the desk and leans closer to the camera, her left eye twitching in irritation. "It means we're all royally fucked!" The sounds of screams fill the rooms from the tv, making you shrink into the sofa, as the countdown goes from 358 to 176. Angel seems to be the only one able to speak as everyone else is either stunned into silence or unbothered, "Wait, what? Why?!" Angel scoffs and raises his hand in the air, clearly exasperated.
[Cuts to Adam and Lute]
“And what do we do about the [Name] situation?” Lute turns towards her boss, after their discussion about the dead exorcist. Although she was somewhat disapproving about sending you down to Hell, she knew that they couldn’t risk you telling anyone else about the Exterminations. Plus she knew it was either that or killing you, and you both had a relatively cordial relationship.
“Who the hell is that?” Adam asks, promptly not paying attention to the conversation anymore, too busy scrolling on his phone.
“[Name] sir, the Dominion Angel who came in on the meeting earlier? Who we threw down to hell to prevent the secret getting out.” Lute keeps a level voice, sometimes she just couldn’t with her boss. Adam’s face flashes in realization as she remembers tanking your arm and throwing you out the office with Charmander or whoever that girl was.
“Ohh that bitch…tell anyone who asks that she’s gone on a spiritual retreat to Neptune, it’s what that little asshole gets for eavesdropping. Oh, and get Josiah to replace her, he may be a cuck bitch but he’s the closest we’ll get to [Name]’s standards.”

Warnings:none(?) just suggestive maybe at the end
You were in the dressing room your makeup artist doing some last minute touch ups on your face, while your mother was grinning ear to ear in the background and Emily was going over your vows making sure you wouldn’t forget them.
You gazed at yourself in the mirror your makeup looked good on your facial features, atleast you hoped you wanted to look gorgeous for Lute, even tho she always says “you’re beautiful no matter what you wear baby “.
You find it sweet when she says it, boosts your confidence after your makeup artist was done you stood up and walked infront of the mirror your eyes now landing on your dress ,it looked beautiful your close your eyes and when you open them fuck you have no clue how you were right infront of those doors those grand gorgeous baroque styled chapel doors, your father was by your side smiling sweetly at you as he spoke “you ready honey?” you nod your heart pounding you swore it would break free from your ribcage, the doors open and the song starts to tune in the background.

You then look at your bride maids they all had the gorgeous dresses you picked out for them, you gulp you were now infront of Lute your eyes fell on ‘Priest’ infront of you as he spoke “Dearly beloved we have all gathered here today in the sight of the head seraphims(?) and witnesses to join Y/N and Lute in holy matrimony.” You take Lutes hands a soft smile on your face you can’t help but giggle when you saw her eyes tear up a bit as the ‘priest adds “Do you Y/N take Lute to be your lawfully wedded spouse, to have and to hold, from this day forward for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you apart?”
You stare lovingly at Lute as you smile and respond "In the symphony of our hearts, I promise to uncover the subtle notes that only we can hear. Like a silent magician, I'll weave moments of enchantment into our story. With a whispering echo, I choose you as my unseen partner in this dance of everlasting connection."
You gulp as the priest speaks once more this time his gaze on Lute “Do you Lute take Y/N to be your lawfully wedded spouse, to have and to hold, from this day forward for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you apart?” silence filled the room and then Lute spoke her voice shaky for the first few seconds “I have loved you since the first day I saw you,you were laying with your friend on the grass laughing and eating desserts I was walking with Adam talking about stuff your laughter was like the angles singing your smile a ray of sunshine.Im not sure what you did to me but you made me soft and I don’t mind it I don’t mind your sweet kisses or when you come see me at work, or even when you randomly hug my waist and tell me you love me I can’t help the fact that I love you even when we fight I can’t help the guilt I feel whenever I make you sad and while I know love can be complicated you make it easy. And heaven forgive me but fuck you are the best dream I ever had come true, but in short yes yes I do.”
You didn’t realize you were crying or that Lute had shed a few tears aswell, your cheeks hurt from how much you were smiling and the priest added once more “You may now kiss the bride.” She didn’t waste any time her lips already pressed against yours her hands gripping your waist as you kissed her back before slowly pulling away, the both of you a bit out of breath.
𐙚⋆.˚ after the wedding ceremony party you and Lute were on the road to your honeymoon.. 𐙚⋆.˚
You grin as you walk in the room of your beach house the moon shined through the blinds as Lute walked in a few minutes after you dropping the bags on the floor sighing, she warps her arms around your waist and starts prepping kisses on your neck her hands wandering over your hips one hand stays on your hip while the other wanders up to your breast caressing it as she mumbles against your skin “how about we go and do that as Sera says it marital act now? Hm I’ve been waiting since the ceremony to touch you..in more ways than just kissing dollface” You nod as you turn around and kiss Lute, her hands sliding down your ass giving it a firm squeeze before lifting you up in her arms and carrying you to the bedroom..
𐙚⋆.˚ let’s just say you and your beloved wife had one heavenly night and honey moon 𐙚⋆.˚

Violets & Plums: Astarion/Tav, Part 1
Got an idea for an Astarion fic that I just need to start working through and here is as good a place as any. Part 1 of ?
_______________________________________
He had been wrong about her. And he hated being wrong.
He had seen her on the nautiloid, stuffed into a pod and infected with a tadpole just as he had been. He recognized her when he spotted her trudging up the path toward him away from the crash site. He himself had just clawed his way out of the wreckage and was getting his bearings when she and the she-elf emerged from the smoke. An easy target, he thought, quickly preparing a ruse to trap her. She fell right into it, and he was ready to kill her - that is, until their parasites connected.
When he agreed to team up with her and Shadowheart, it was because he planned to use them as human shields should he meet any attackers. Sure, they had the common goal of finding a healer to remove the parasite, but they certainly had no value as serious allies as far as he could tell. Even only being a vampire spawn, they were slow and weak compared to him. Not to mention stupid. He was the obvious choice to lead the pack.
Then why was it that he was standing at the edge of the campsite alone, scowling to himself as the rest of his merry band of companions passed around a bottle of wine and enjoyed each others' company? And why was she the one in the middle, with every adoring eye on her?
Yes, he had certainly underestimated her. Within hours she had every one of them wrapped around her magical fingers, and within a few days they had all deferred to her as their de-facto leader when decisions needed to be made. She seemed to have a gift for reading people, knowing exactly how to charm and persuade them. Her skills of deception even rivaled his own, though he was loathe to admit to his admiration of them.
His pointed ear pricked toward the campfire as new sounds arose; she - Tav - had started plucking a tune on her lute and leading the group in song. He rolled his eyes. Of course she sings, too. How irritating.
It was truly annoying how easily she gained the others' favors. Wasn't he supposed to be the one so well-versed in flattery and charisma? Yet she deigned to engage with them in ways that made his skin crawl, like listening to Wyll's obviously dramatized renditions of his escapades as The Blade of Frontiers. Or allowing Gale to ramble on about his cat - his tressym, as the obnoxious wizard was so fond of correcting them. Shadowheart seemed to like her just because Tav left her alone and didn't ask her too many questions, but chuckled along at all of her jokes at the others' expense. She had even gained Lae'zel's trust after asking her for fighting tips and electing her as the group battlemaster in case of combat. And Karlach took nothing at all - the two have been practically joined at the hip (from a fire-safe distance, of course) since the tiefling joined their camp. She must be hiding something, he thought. No one can be that good at gaining peoples' trust without good reason. He would know.
She tried to read him, too. She made little jokes and comments under her breath only for him to hear, trying to be conspiratorial. She complemented him often, trying to appeal to his vanity. But most obnoxiously, she went toe to toe with him in battles of wit. Any time he threw loaded grenade of snark and vitriol at one of their companions to entertain himself, she threw it right back. It was infuriating, being undermined and bested at his favorite game. That was probably why the others' liked her so much, because she was fond of shutting him up and making him seethe quietly in the back of the line. Nobody else liked him.
Good, he thought. Best to go it alone anyway. Never needed a friend before, don't need one now. As soon as I get this bastard out of my eye, I'll be gone faster than a rat in Cazador's dungeon.
The thought of rats unpleasantly reminded him of his thirst. Typically, he waited until the others were asleep to go off and hunt so they wouldn't suspect the truth about his condition. But seeing as they were all singing (except Lae'zel, of course), he guessed no one would notice if he stalked off.
He took no joy in his kill tonight, feeling grumpy as he continued to brood over his distaste for Tav. Two hundred years thinking of nothing but Cazador and he was finally free, only to spend every moment bemoaning his luck at being stuck with the spellcaster. He drained the boar of its blood and left it carelessly on the side of the path, electing to wander around for the remaining nighttime hours rather than returning to camp. He was too restless to trance anyway. And she was there. She probably conjures butterflies in her sleep and dreams rainbows, the foul beast.
"The hells is that?" asked Karlach, squinting at a large lump on the side of the path.
"Looks like a boar," said Wyll, going over to toe it with his boot, Tav close behind. "It looks... it looks like it's been drained of blood. There's no stain around it. I can't even see a wound."
"That's odd," remarked Shadowheart, quirking an eyebrow. Astarion shifted on his feet, agitated. Shit. He should have taken more care to cover his kill last night. Looking around, he started as he realized Tav was staring right at him.
"Oh, who cares, it's only a boar," he said impatiently, looking quickly away from her, unnerved. "Surely there are more interesting things to investigate. Look, I see goblins mounting an ambush through the gate up ahead. Let's go and kill something." He stalked off, not waiting for a reply and removing his daggers from their sheaths.
"Something on your mind?"
FUCK. Astarion couldn't remember the last time someone had snuck up on him. He had been pacing in a clearing just outside the camp, wondering if Tav somehow knew his secret. He was debating with himself whether he should abandon the group and set out on his own when her voice - the last voice he wanted to hear - startled him. Rounding on her with daggers drawn and his hair standing on end, he fixed her with his most murderous expression.
"Do you make a habit on intruding on people's private contemplations?" he hissed angrily.
"You know better than anyone the advantage of catching someone off-guard," she replied coolly, folding her arms and shifting her weight.
"To what do I owe the pleasure of your company?" he asked, voice dripping with sarcasm as he lowered his weapons. He loathed her completely in that moment.
"Only wondering where you were. Looted some good food for supper from those goblins, if you're hungry." She tilted her head. "Or perhaps you've already eaten today."
They regarded each other cautiously as her words hung in the air. He was certain that she knew. Was she afraid he would hurt her, or the others? She could tell them his secret, and they would all turn on him. So what did she want in exchange for her silence? Was she shaking him down?
"I'm not hungry," he replied slowly. Slowly, he raised his empty hands, daggers now sheathed. A gesture of surrender. "I'm happy to keep watch while you all eat. I will ensure no harm comes to anyone."
She narrowed her eyes, seeming to understand the duality of his words. He was promising not to drink from them. After a beat, she replied with a stiff nod. He allowed his tense shoulders to drop. She was promising not to tell them. For now.
Satisfied at their new agreement, Astarion spent the next 2 days coming up with a new plan to manipulate Tav. With her being the the leader of their group, it seemed prudent to ensure that she would protect him should the others begin to turn on him. Much as he despised her, he conceded that she was his best chance to finding a cure for the parasite, and thus his best chance for true freedom from Cazador. If she was already willing to hide his condition from the others, it would not take too much more effort on his part to get her to play completely into his hand. All he had to do was try a little seduction. Even she couldn't best him at that game.
But even has his plan took shape, he could feel his thirst, an ever-present beast clawing up his throat, undermining him. It made him irritable, weak, and unfocused. Instead of charming her, he more often found himself arguing with her, stabbing her with vicious insults about her sorcery, her class, and even her looks. He didn't really even mean them; she had proven herself an adept spellcaster in both battle and everyday application, she seemed to come from a fine, middle-class family in Baldur's Gate, and her looks were perfectly adequate to the average person. Not beautiful enough to tempt Cazador, maybe, but enough that Astarion caught Gale's eyes lingering a little too long a little too often. For some reason, Astarion found that infuriating.
He had lobbed a particularly nasty mockery at her earlier in the day after she had insisted that they all run in to a burning building to rescue some helpless fool, so he was quite surprised to find her clearing her throat outside of his tent that evening.
"Come to shoot a firebolt at me since you didn't quite singe all of my eyebrows off this afternoon?" he inquired bitterly.
She rolled her eyes. "Can I come in?"
This was unusual. No one had ever asked to enter his tent before.
"I suppose," he replied cautiously, and she shouldered past him through the flap. He followed her back inside and she turned to face him, crossing her arms defensively.
"You've been a real arse these last days." She said it with a finality that left no room for argument. He poked at her anyway.
"Well, thank you," he broke into a smile and a shallow bow. "You should see me when I don't have a parasite in my head."
"I've had enough," she continued, as though he hadn't interrupted. "This ends now."
"What are you going to do?" he hissed, joking manner aside as he closed the distance between them threateningly. She was going to tell the others. "You'll be dead before you reach the door."
But as usual, the moment he had the upper hand, she pulled the rug out from under him. "I'd rather you not drink so much as to kill me, since I'm offering it out of the kindness of my heart."
He never could quite get his footing with her.
"Excuse me?"
"If you drink some of my blood, will you stop being such a devil's shite?"
It took considerable effort for Astarion to clamp his jaw shut and rearrange his features to mask his shock.
"You want me to drink your blood?"
"Want is a strong word. But I'm willing to make a small sacrifice for the good of the group if it'll shut you up long enough for us to find this Halsin without your moaning and whining."
"I do not moan and whine," he protested petulantly. "And I absolutely do not promise to shut up. But it will almost certainly improve my mood drastically." He licked his lips at the thought of it, eyeing her pulse point.
"Very well then. I suppose I'd better lay down in case I pass out."
Astarion watched motionlessly as she lowered herself onto his bedroll and swept her hair off her neck. His body seemed unable to move, yet his every instinct told him to tear her open right then and there. At the same time, the sight of her on his bedroll made him feel slightly nauseous - not because of her, but something akin to shame stirred in his abdomen. Just another victim for him to ruin. It was almost too easy. So why the sudden... guilt?
"Can we get on with it? I don't much fancy falling asleep in your bedroll."
Composing himself, Astarion dropped to his knees with a flourish and bent his body over hers. It was horribly intimate, and he could sense her discomfort. He lavished in it.
"Comfortable, darling?" he smirked at her and winked, and she rolled her eyes.
"If you accidentally kill me, you know that Karlach will make sure you burn alive. So, not a drop more than you need."
"Of course, my sweet. No need to worry. Only a teensy little sip and I'll be out of your hair."
She looked like she didn't believe a word, but she turned her head with a sigh, exposing her neck to him.
"It'll only hurt a pinch," he breathed as he lowered himself to her pulse point. He was struck for a moment by her scent - violet and plums and something smoky - before he bared his teeth. He felt her take a breath, and then he sunk his fangs in.
They moaned almost in unison, her in pain, and him in pleasure, as he began to drink. Gods, it was perfect, even better than he had ever imagined it could be. He could've sworn that her blood tasted like violet and plums as it splashed over his tongue. She was clutching his arms for support, and he felt his hand clamp down on her hip to hold her in place. But she didn't try to get up, laying stiffly beneath him as he suckled her lifeblood.
He could kill her. It would be so easy. She would feel like she was falling asleep, and he could drink her as dry as the boar on the side of the road. The image of it rose in his mind; her, pallid, bloodless, slack-jawed. No more stupid singing. No more butterfly dreams.
He retracted his fangs from her quickly, as though she had burned him suddenly. Her grip on his arms had weakened significantly, and her head seemed to loll on her neck.
"Oh dear. Don't pass out, darling."
He scooped his hand under her cheek and turned her face toward him. Her eyes were placid and unfocused, but she was blinking like she was trying to maintain consciousness. Already she looked pale. He bit back the resurgence of the guilty nausea and pulled a pillow under her head.
"Just a moment, love. We'll get you all sorted." His tone was light and airy as he rummaged in his pack for a healing potion, but he was more unnerved than he would've liked to admit.
"There we are." He uncorked the stopper and held her head up, tipping the potion down her throat slowly so as not to choke her. After a few deep breaths, she brought her hand up to her forehead and rubbed her temple.
"I said 'not too much', you arsewipe," her voice was weak, but clearly irritable.
"I can't help that you're so delicious," he cooed, relieved that the potion seemed to recover her somewhat. He noticed that her fingers were trembling, and a shiver wreaked through her whole body. Sighing, he pulled a thick blanket up around her. Her eyes on him were daggers, but she didn't push it off. "Just relax here for a bit. I won't be sleeping anytime soon, after that. It was quite... invigorating."
She eyed him curiously. "You say it like you've never done it before."
Sharp as ever. How did she always know?
"I... haven't. You're my first. My first... thinking creature, that is." He smirked at her, wiggling his eyebrows. "I bet you didn't guess I was a virgin."
She didn't take the bait. "So what did you eat?" Her fingers had stilled against her temple; he had her full attention now. He didn't like how her scrutiny made him feel. Somehow, even though she was so weak she couldn't raise her own head, he was the one feeling vulnerable.
"Oh, rats, flies, roaches, whatever one could find on hand 'round Cazador's dungeons," he said with forced nonchalance, examining his fingernails. "Cazador is - was - my master. I am his vampire spawn." He couldn't bear to look at her, sure he would see pity in her eyes that would make him want to claw his skin off. "How did you know about my condition, by the way?"
"You aren't as subtle as you think you are." His head snapped up at that, insulted. "And I've spent some time studying the condition. One of the guildmasters was hoping to imbibe a potion with some of the properties of vampire blood."
"To what end?" Astarion asked, curiosity piqued.
This time it was she who smirked. "The official story was that the research was focused on creating a more potent healing potion, since vampires are known to have such rapid regeneration. However," she pushed herself up gently on the pillows, "I always suspected they were hoping to create a potion of immortality."
"Well, that would be something," Astarion mused. "However did they get a vampire's blood to experiment with?"
"They didn't. It was all theoretical. I was trained to learn to recognize a vampire if I spotted one, with the hope of obtaining its blood for the research. With permission, or... by force." She looked as though the idea left a bad taste in her mouth. His face must have given his thoughts away as well, since she looked at him and chuckled. "Don't worry, I'm not going to steal your blood. I doubt it would have worked anyway."
"What makes you say that?"
"Well," she sat up further, the color beginning to return to her cheeks, "for one, I don't believe vampirism works in the way most mages think it does. It's not some kind of magical curse imbued with some mysterious arcane properties. I think it's... more like an illness. Like a plague, that can only be passed one way."
"Well, it certainly feels like a curse," Astarion intoned bitterly. "And if it's an illness, I've never heard of a cure."
She shrugged. "It's only a guess. But it is a little exciting to meet one up close, after all my research." She was smiling at him earnestly now, again making him feel uncomfortable.
"You're a strange creature. I just drank your blood and you're excited. One might think you have... odd predilections." He grinned wickedly at her.
She chuckled. "How are you feeling now? Less cranky?"
Astarion took stock of his body as he climbed to his feet. "I feel strong. I feel..." he trailed off a moment, searching for the right word. "Happy."
Tav clamored to her feet as well, with far less grace. She wove unsteadily for a moment, and he caught her waist to ensure she didn't pull his tent down in a fall. They were standing quite close again, and he felt his guard drop for a moment.
"Thank you," he said quietly, "for trusting me. I... this is a gift, you know. I won't forget it."
"I suspect neither will I," she murmured, smiling at him once more. "Well, good night then."
"Sweet dreams."
He watched her walk slowly and tiredly back to her tent on the other side of the clearing, head reeling with everything that had just happened. She had offered herself to him, but not in the way he was used to. She had offered her blood, and she had trusted him to take it. But why? What is there for her to gain?
She wanted him placated, clearly. Perhaps she was as annoyed by him as he was by her and really did just want to shut him up. Maybe she was mounting her own manipulation plan, forcing him to be dependent on her blood to do her bidding. He hated knowing that if she offered again, he would greedily accept. But what reason did she have to trust him so easily not to kill her, when all he had done since they met was insult her? What was she reading about him that he didn't even know himself? The questions plagued him as he hunted that night, wishing every sip of animal blood was hers. He had a taste for it now, and it ruined him. If he had thought about her constantly before, he was doomed now.
As he lay down in his bedroll to trance, he raked his hand over his face. Then, he began to laugh bitterly. All around him, the only thing he could sense was aroma of violet and plums.

~Oh Deer~ (Chapter 1)
... So this idea for an Alastor x reader (kinda?) story popped in my brain, and has refused to leave me no matter how hard I try.
Have I written fanfiction recently? Hell no.
Do I even know how to write for an AroAce character? No but I'm gonna do my damndest to represent him properly (and also relying on outer sources so I'm not offending anyone).
Do I feel like a complete fool for being sucked back into the fanfiction world and re-entering with a freakin Hazbin Hotel fic? ABSOOOO-FREAKIN-LUTELY.
But here we are. The writing gods have spoken. And they have declared that I write this story out so my poor brain can focus on other things like work.
Figured I'd share so it's just not on my computer all lonely. Will be a slow burn so fair warning. Let's be real, the deer boi needs love. But not overly romantic love. Just, someone he ends up really caring about and becoming his favourite.
SYNOPSIS: AroAce! Alastor x Chef!Singer! Reader. The hotel is looking to hire a chef to prepare meals for the staff/guests. Somehow you're hired and you begin your new life. And somehow end up becoming close to a certain Radio Demon. Word Count: 1.8 K
Chapter 1 under the cut. Enjoy I guess? ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ♡
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Ok, deep breaths y/n. Remember to smile.
You felt your lips curl up into a strained grin as if to fight off the nerves in your chest, your grip tightening on the flyer in your fist. This could go either two ways. One, you get the job and are able to live a life of somewhat normality. Or two, you get hung from the tippy top of the building by your own intestines. With your legs chopped off. And one of your arms sticking out of your ass.
Gotta love Hell and it’s creative subjects.
You shake your head out of those terrible thoughts, surely it wouldn’t be that bad?? When you saw the original broadcast on the 666 News, you couldn’t stop thinking how nice the Princess of Hell actually was. And building an entire hotel to help her subjects reform into something better was, perhaps a little optimistic in your opinion, but it made you admire her gumption and her love for her subjects.
So later when you found the flyer in search of a chef at the very same establishment the princess was hoping to fill… well, it somehow managed to get you all the way here. Standing at the doorsteps of the very lonely looking hotel on the hill.
You had to admit it wasn’t the look you had imagined, but hey, this was Hell. You had seen worse. And everyone has to start somewhere. Including yourself, arm still poised ready to knock yet not yet making the motion.
You felt so stupid, you had been standing here for almost 10 minutes now just trying to get the courage to enter the damn building. You sigh to yourself and shake out the jitters. Alright, let’s just do this. Once again, you smile, puff out your chest and raise your arm high in the air, ready to strike with a newfound courage.
“Well folks, looks like the little lady is finally ready to take the leap! Will she follow through with her actions? Or will she choke and back out of the fight? Let’s tune in and find out~”
You felt your heart nearly leap out of your chest as you whip your head around to look behind you. A tall demon clad in red and ruby eyes stood behind you, a wickedly wide grin filling his face as he points what appears to be a microphone in your direction. You stare at it dumbly, then make eye contact with him again. He remains poised, half lidded eyes seeming to hold a sparkle of impish joy. His eyes flicker from you, to your raised arm, and back to you. After a embarrassingly long time of connecting the dots, you finally extend your arm closer to the door, never breaking focus on the demon behind you (you can't help but notice he raises his microphone even closer to you), and give the door a good solid knock.
“AND SHE’S DONE IT FOLKS, what a display!!” He pulls the microphone back to himself, as you continue to stare dumbfounded “The form, the elegance, it could almost make a grown Imp cry. Let's give her a hand people.” He begins to clap as a roar of applause plays from… somewhere.
You couldn’t tell if this guy was being sarcastic or genuine, but the whole absurdity of it all, plus the bundle of nerves you were feeling earlier, seemed to bubble up inside of you and you couldn't help a little snort escape. The red demon’s grin widened as he ceases his clapping, stepping closer to you as you continue to giggle.
“Ahhh now isn’t that better. A much nicer smile than the one you were faking earlier. Besides, there’s no need to be so shy my dear. This hotel is always happy to accept wayward demons looking for reformation!”
Upon hearing his words, you turn to face him and put your hands up “Oh nono, I’m not here to-”
“Ohoho~! and what’s this you have here?” Before you can finish your sentence, the tall demon ripped the flyer out of your hand and inspected it quickly, before turning back to you. His half-lidded gaze was now round with surprise, his grin becoming even wider (which you didn’t even think was possible).
“So THAT explains the nerves from before! And here I was just thinking you were a timid little thing. But a business woman! Now that I can admire.” He smiles at you almost impressed and leans in closer, your noses almost touching.
“Tell me my dear, can you make a good jambalaya? Or perhaps a hearty gumbo with cornbread on the side~?”
You were so flustered with the speed of everything happening (plus the close proximity of this demon you had just met certainly didn’t help). All you could manage was a jumbled “Uhh, well yes I-!”
“WONDERFULLLL~!" He straightens up again and you sigh with relief. “I’ll be sure to test you on such skills. But for now we should-”
The front doors of the hotel suddenly burst open and a short gray female stands before you, with long silvery hair and an eyepatch. She looks at you for a moment, before turning her gaze at the red demon and giving him a scowl.
“Alastor, what the HELL took you so long, you should’ve been back ages ago. And quit creeping out new potential clients.” Her gaze adverts back to you, expression softening ever so slightly, “Seriously, if he’s bothering you-” “Oh Vaggie my dear, no need to be so hostile. I was simply going over business with our newest chef!” he brings his long fingers up behind your shoulder and pulls you in close against his chest, making you yelp a moment before regaining composure. You could sense this so-called 'Vaggie' demon tense, eyes flickering between the two of you. You felt as if your brain was sputtering to catch up with the current conversation (he WORKS here??!)  before finally realizing what he had just called you. You sneak a look at him, and he gives you a quick wink before focusing back on the female before him.
“Now be a doll and have Nifty tidy up one of the rooms, preferably one of a reasonable size and close to the kitchen. And call upon Charlie as well, she’ll DEFINITELY want to meet our newest addition!”
The female in front of you shot a glare at Alastor (you quickly noted these two did not seem to get along), but then flicked her gaze back at you. After a moment, she sighed and turned back into the building as she followed the male demon’s orders. You couldn’t help but notice how Alastor’s grip on you tightened ever so slightly as a chuckle escaped his lips, static humming ever so louder in amusement. He himself began to walk into the hotel, guiding you along with him.
"Now then. We’ll have to introduce you to everyone, as well as get you to fill in the proper paperwork, give you a proper tour of the place and-!”
“Wait wait,” you stop walking, causing him to halt. You notice a slight twitch in his eye and his hand squeezes you for a moment. He doesn’t like to be interrupted, duly noted. You take a breath.
“Sorry, uh for interrupting” That seemed to please him. “But does this mean… I got the job?? You don’t need a resume or a test or…?”
Alastor let out a guffaw of amusement “Why of course my dear! As long as you remain true to your word of being able to cook a good New Orleans dish, that’s all the proof I’ll need! There hasn’t been many a demon coming here interested in the job, so I say your timing couldn’t be more perfect!”
Well that was the easiest damn interview you’ve ever done. You felt yourself exhale a sigh of relief as you smile up to the tall demon.
“Wow, that’s… that’s amazing, thank you so much.” He gave you a half lidded smirk, clearly enjoying being praised “So… does this make you my boss, Mr…?”
You heard the sound of a record screech as his eyes widened in surprise. Hand finally leaving your shoulder and placing it on his own chest he began to laugh heartilly, a laugh track playing in the background. You stood there confused for a moment before he finally responded.
“Ohhh my goodness me, my mother would be rolling in her grave if she ever heard about this. How rude of me to be so forward without properly introducing myself!” One minute he was standing right beside you, and then the next he had sunken like a shadow into the floor, only to appear in front of you a few steps ahead. With grace and suave you didn’t realize he possessed, he gave a small hand flourish before bowing in front of you.
“I am Alastor, also known as the Radio Demon. I happen to be the Hotel’s Facility Manager, but you’ll find Miss Morningstar is the real ringleader around here,” You notice the corner of his lip twitch at that last remark, but you pay no mind to it. “If you ever have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to me.” You smile and dip yourself in your own little curtsy as he straightens up.
“My name is y/n, and I’ll be sure to do my best to serve you and this hotel, sir.” Alastor seemed to hum with approval as he looks down at you. “I guess I just have one more question for you, if that’s alright.”
“Why of course dear y/n, whatever would it be?”
“Well, I uh…” You feel yourself becoming flustered at the question, and the radio demon seemed to notice. Cocking a head to the side, he takes a step forward, opening his arms into a friendly gesture.
“Come now dearest, you can ask me anything! If we’re going to be working together, we have to be honest with each other~” You look up at him and sigh, knowing he was right. With a gulp you straighten your back and wear a serious expression.
“How long did you see me standing by the door?”
Alastors face didn’t waver, it was hard to tell what was going on in his mind. Then his smile grew into what looked like an amused, smug expression before answering.
“The whole time.”
You groaned and felt your head slap against your hand, making Alastor burst into laughter yet again at your expense. He was there watching the entire time?? Satan’s Ass you felt like such an idiot. Was he waiting for you to move so he could get in the building?? The more you thought about it the more you wanted to sink into the floor and die, for a 2nd time. The radio demon wiped a stray tear from his eye.
“Ohhhh y/n, what a riot you are. I can already tell that this is going to be fun~”

Hazbin Hotel - Vaggie Finale Thoughts
My thoughts on Vaggie are… complicated. I think the last two episodes of season 1 do a really good job with her and I love the beats her character hits, but the rest of the season didn’t build up to some of these beats the way they should have to make all of them hit as hard as they could.
I’m just going to jump right in to explain what I mean.
Tumblr media
Vaggie’s role in episode 7 where she has to go convince Carmilla to help them face the angels is at its core fantastic and the song that they get together is a banger, but the basis for this song– that Vaggie is being driven by vengeance and has to fight for love instead– rings hollow.
Everything Vaggie has done this season has been for love. She’s been nothing but supportive of Charlie, putting all her effort into the hotel and Charlie’s mission. Her song and arc in episode 3 surround Vaggie’s belief and love for Charlie. Vaggie fighting for love has never been the central issue of her character because she’s been doing it all along.
Tumblr media
I like the idea of Vaggie being driven by vengeance, considering how brutally Lute mutilated her and how she was cast out of heaven for the “horrible” offense of hesitating to kill a child this would make sense for her character, but this wasn’t shown at any point prior to this song.
Where was this thirst for vengeance when she came face to face with Adam and Lute in the hotel room? Where was Vaggie’s anger at heaven when Charlie was calling out their hypocrisy? At what point in this season did Vaggie choose vengeance over her love and support for Charlie?
Tumblr media
If vengeance was what was really driving her character then Vaggie would be pushing Charlie to call out heaven. She would take some impulsive actions to strike back that put Charlie’s goals in danger. She wouldn’t be the one telling Charlie to keep a cool head or singing about supporting Charlie no matter what.
This is the issue that’s been plaguing Vaggie this entire season. So much of her character has been tell rather than show. We were told by Husk that Vaggie hates herself. We were told by Carmilla that Vaggie was driven by vengeance. When Vaggie is faced with the decision to support Charlie against heaven or side with heaven to keep her secret the narrative lets Vaggie just not make a choice.
She doesn’t get to show her character and flaws through her actions. At least not the ones the show says she has.
I think this problem is a bit more obvious because when the show does build up something with her character it is really good.
Tumblr media
Vaggie being the one to reach out to and convince Carmilla to help their cause is a great beat. We see early on that Vaggie isn’t a people person. She has trouble trusting and/or inspiring others, but here we get to see her reach out to and connect with someone else, and it's through this understanding the two have that she is able to get Carmilla to help her (by training her to fight angels) and the hotel (by providing weapons).
Tumblr media
This exact struggle is also reflected in the moments with the hotel residents. Throughout the season Vaggie has always come across as being on their level. Charlie is well-meaning, but because of her privileged upbringing she has a very black and white view of redemption and struggles to deal with the more serious mental health issues that the hotel residents face. Whereas Vaggie is more jaded and has made massive mistakes in the past.
The other hotel residents can understand her struggle to do the right thing and redeem herself, which is why it was impactful to have Vaggie be the one to let them know that they can leave and that she’s the first one to see that they stayed. It emphasized the connection between them.
Tumblr media
Vaggie’s fight with Lute was also amazing. Lute was the angel that cast her out, ripping out her eye and cutting off her wings. There’s a personal connection there that makes this battle investing. The way their battle ends really emphasizes the conflict between Charlie and heaven in episode 6 by showing that Vaggie, someone cast out of heaven, is more worthy of heaven and angel wings than Lute, Adam’s right-hand woman, through her decision to choose love over hate and spare Lute’s life.
It’s these moments that show the full potential that Vaggie has as a character and put the moments that they fumbled in stark contrast.
I really like this show, but I do think it has flaws. Vaggie’s character is a prime example of how the pacing of this season made certain character arcs suffer.
I'm hopeful that the show can improve on some of these issues now that it officially has a season 2 and that it was the biggest animated release on Amazon Prime (which is impressive because The Legend of Vox Machina had the massive already established fanbase of critical role watching it). I really enjoyed watching this season week to week and can’t wait for what they have in store for us next.
Tumblr media
Side note: The moment where Vaggie spared Lute is where she should have gotten her angel wings and specifically she should have gotten Lute’s angel wings. This would just heighten the thematic importance of this moment and show through Vaggie’s mercy– the very thing that got her kicked out of the exorcists– she has shown that she is more worthy of being an angel than Lute. I can’t take credit for this. I heard it from Sarcastic Chorus.

I guess I'll always love you even if I know it's wrong
Pairing: Hazbin Hotel Adam x fallen angel reader
Summary: Y/n see's someone she never wanted to see again but while seeing him all the feelings she wanted to keep bottled away end up showing up at the worst possible time.
WARNING: mention of a toxic relationship
Tumblr media
Y/n Pov
I used to be an exorcist when I lived in heaven. I was a great one always getting a high number of kills every time we went down always trying my best. But I didn't care about the killings I didn't find them fun or rewarding the only reason that I had joined and wanted to be an exorcist was so I could be close to the commander Adam. For some odd reason, I had grown to want to be near him and want his attention I would perform well in training hoping that he would see and notice me. My day would only be good if Adam looked or even better said anything to me I had grown too long for his attention and when he started coming up to me and telling me how good I was doing in battle training and how I was one of the best that he had seen and how well my number of kills had been and that I should keep it up and I had a lot of potential. I couldn't have been happier and if he was in a very good mood he would sometimes even put his hand on my shoulder or back congratulating me and he would give me one of his smiles that sometimes I believed where only meant for me to see. I felt like everything in my life was perfect and nothing could ruin it I had never felt more alive and useful.
But then the dreaded day came when everything changed. I had grown close to another exorcist by the name of Vaggie she was very similar to me which made us connect better I thought of her as my best friend. While we were killing sinners I noticed that Vaggie had stopped and let a child slip away. I was just going to ignore the whole situation thinking everyone else would as well but that was before Lute Adam's second in command started attacking Vaggie making her lose one of her eyes. I couldn't stand and watch as my best friend was getting punished for something that I believed had been morally correct so I jumped in and tried to protect Vaggie but because I wasn't as strong as Lute she had easily overpowered me just like she had done with Vaggie. She ripped my wings off my back and I couldn't help but let out a blood curtailing scream as I hit the floor. When I looked back up barely conscious I noticed Adam was now standing next to Lute as she explained that we had both betrayed heaven and that we were traitors for letting a sinner escape and we should be left here to die. I wanted to scream and tell her she was wrong and Vaggie had only been doing what was right and that I was only standing up for her but no matter how hard I tried nothing came out of my mouth. Adam then looked me in my eyes I was pleading begging that he would see that we were in the right and that she should be the one left here to rot but that didn't happen he looked at me like I was nothing I was the gum that got stuck to his shoe I had never experienced that look from him before and I felt betrayed. He turned away with Lute and left me and Vaggie in hell we both became fallen angels and I was heartbroken.
But now here I was fighting against people who I used to fight with and call friends. I was now on the sinner's side and I couldn't have been happier now I knew that I was fighting for the right cause. I had killed a few angels by the time I saw Adam up in the sky shooting every sinner he could see it looked like he wasn't even aiming at this point just trying to harm as many people as he could not caring about the damage that he was causing. However, I kept on fighting just trying to do as much damage to the angels as I could wanting Charlie's plan to succeed and all my friends to get the chance to be redeemed like they deserved. While I was fighting I hadn't noticed that I had ended up moving to a spot that was nowhere near any of my friends I was shielded from everyone's view but before I could move and get back to the others I suddenly got pushed back by the force of wind making me fall over. I looked up and Adam was right in front of me smiling his wings extended but his smile was not the smile that I used to receive from him this one was more cold and eerie. "Well, Well, Well I wondered where you were you know I was trying to find ya this whole fight but fuck where you good at hiding almost like you didn't want to see me".
I stood up quickly and brushed myself off holding my angelic spear out and pointing it directly at him. "That's because I didn't want to see you and why would I". Adam stared laughing and then pointed at me "You are really trying to make me believe that you would use that on me sorry doll but you don't have the guts". I just continued to stand my ground "I've changed since the last time you saw me I'm not the little exorcist who used to hang onto your every word anymore". Adam just smirked and walked closer to me but I refused to move I didn't want to seem weak by moving back I wasn't going to let him view me as weak. "you mean you're actually going to kill me" Again he moved forward I just nodded gripping my spear harder "I mean just that". Adam then positioned himself right in front of my spear I could move forward by an inch and the spear would go straight through his chest killing him. "Well go ahead" he stood looking confident just staring into my eyes not even blinking. "I'll do this my own way".
Adam then just laughed then smirked. "You can't do it, you won't stab me, you won't stab me because you love me it takes a very brave and very cold person to do that Y/n and I don't think you can". I stared at him tears threatening to appear he was right I had him right where I wanted him and in one simple move I could kill him and end everything all the fighting and death but I couldn't because I would for some reason always find an excuse to love him and let him go. I let the spear fall out of my hand and I heard it as it clashed on the ground. Adam looked at me proud of himself as he was right and I had proved it to him. He grabbed my chin and made me look at him "No matter how hard you try to get away from me you'll always find yourself loyal to me that's why it was such a shame that I had to let you rot down here you would have made such a good exorcist but oh well what's done is done now I have to go and fight some bitches". As he flew away I fell to my knees and finally let the tears I had been holding in fall down my cheeks I felt stupid and dumb and the worst part was when he was holding my chin in his hand I couldn't help the little bit of blush that had come to my cheeks and the tiny feeling of want that suddenly appeared wanting him to hold me more and hold me closer and I knew he was right I would never be able to move on I was trapped but apart of me didn't want to get saved.

Rewriting Vaggie's Character Arc and Backstory in Season 1 of 'Hazbin Hotel'
Tumblr media
One of my biggest issues with Season 1 of Hazbin Hotel, and the Charlie/Vaggie relationship, was how Vaggie's character and arc for the season were written - or, specifically, the lack of solid, thoughtful writing, as well as character and relationship development for Vaggie.
First up are the two main songs in Season 1 that feature, or relate to, Vaggie specifically: "Whatever It Takes" in Episode 3 ("Scrambled Eggs"), and "Out For Love" in Episode 7 ("Hello Rosie"). Both notably feature Carmilla Carmine, who serves as a foil for Vaggie in the show.
I've seen "Whatever It Takes" compared to "Do It For Her" from Steven Universe, except the latter has several seasons and dozens of episodes' worth of character development for Pearl, as well as the exploration of her relationship with Rose Quartz. Meanwhile, "Whatever It Takes" comes in just Episode 3 of Season 1 of Hazbin Hotel, and the song feels really out-of-place. It sounds like a song that should be later in Season 1, or even in Season 2, and not Episode 3, which I feel made the song seem shoehorned in due to the fast pace of Season 1, and lessened its impact, for many fans and viewers.
We also have no prior character development for Vaggie that would explain how and why she is singing those particular lyrics, especially for first-time viewers who never watched the original pilot episode. This is a big problem for the song itself, and its notability, overall.
Tumblr media
The way the song is written and framed also gives off the impression that Vaggie and Carmilla have some sort of prior connection, or that Vaggie may be one of Carmilla's daughters...only for this not to be the case in Episode 7. Even Carmilla's song, "Out For Love", in Episode 7 makes a lot more sense, if you consider the possibility that Vaggie may have been originally written to be one of Carmilla's daughters in early drafts of the show. Many also assumed as much from the song.
However, once Vaggie's backstory was changed, the songs were still kept in, which led to highly confusing lyrics which make no sense. This is because we're never told what Vaggie's motivations actually are, outside of her wanting to be a protector for Charlie in Episode 3. However, this is also a problem, because it reduces Vaggie's character to just being "Charlie's girlfriend", with no other attributes. I think Vaggie could've been written to be a more compelling person.
Here's what I think Vaggie's original character arc in Season 1 was, prior to rewrites due to a short episode count: Vaggie was one of Carmilla's daughters, and a moth sinner, as opposed to an angel. The angels went after Carmilla and her daughters, and Vaggie killed one of the exorcists to protect Carmilla and her sisters. However, Adam and Lute are now hunting for Vaggie, so Vaggie has to go into hiding.
Tumblr media
The Hazbin Hotel provides the perfect opportunity for Vaggie to do so. Vaggie doesn't believe that sinners can be redeemed, though she does befriend and fall in love with Charlie, and helps her with her project.
Vaggie and Charlie bond over how much the exterminations suck, but Vaggie wants revenge on Heaven, and hates Heaven, for murdering so many sinners in cold blood, and is more militaristic - wanting to use Carmilla's angelic steel weapons to fight against Heaven - whereas Charlie is all "eat, pray, love" and "kumbaya", and wants to find a peaceful solution (redemption of sinners) with Heaven instead.
Things come to a head in Episode 6, when Vaggie has a fight with Charlie over where the Hotel is headed - as redemption isn't working - and how they should handle Adam, Lute, and the exterminations. Vaggie's hatred and self-loathing eventually lead her to Carmilla's doorstep, where Carmilla then sings "Out For Love" about how Vaggie should fight because she loves Charlie, and not hates Heaven.
Tumblr media
There, I just wrote a better and more interesting character arc for Vaggie than just "hurr durr, let's just copy the most popular fan theory about Vaggie, something something, lazy and boring writing".

As a bisexual with a raging hand fetish, when men, women, and everyone in between or outside of wear rings, it is something glorious.
But as much as I would adore every character wearing rings, I just don't personally believe they all do. Could they all pull it off? Abso-fucking-lutely.
But here's my opinions that no one asked for but people are getting regardless. Starting off strong with the Shaw Pack. (I'll do the listeners in part two)
David - I'm sorry but the only ring he wears and is going to wear is his engagement/wedding ring. No matter how much Angel wishes he would wear others.
Asher: no rings, but his nails are always manicured. He loves getting designs done. (Besides wedding ring ofc)
Milo - thumb rings. That's all I have to say. He wears a promise ring on his thumb since he doesn't want people to think he's married since he and Sweetheart agreed that marriage wasn't for them.
Christian - he likes wearing rings on his middle fingers and pinkies.
Arden - nah.
Amanda - she gives off bracelet vibes.
DAMN SQUAD (+ Cam) -
Gavin - he's got the rings that have chains to connect it to the bracelet. He knows he has nice hands and likes to accentuate it in whatever ways possible.
Lasko - he had a fidget ring on his thumb of his non dominant hand so whenever he is talking someone he can spin that bitch like a record player
Damien - I wanna say yes, but he wouldn't. The metal would take longer to cool off and it would just be a pain. He doesn't know when he's going to have high emotions that raise his temp.
Huxley - no. The rings would get dirty if he was digging in the dirt and he doesn't want to dirty them because that "like, not very cool to do ya know dude?"
Caelum - Freelancer once tied a piece of string around his finger and he shows it off everywhere he goes because it's his favorite piece of jewelry.
Cam - yes. He wears fidget rings but they only exist to gift to his more anxious charges so he can help them. It's easier to keep them on hand for when needed. (Haha get it?)
Sovereign-related storylines (+ Hush) -
Elliot - yes. I can't really explain why but he gives like twisted metal delicate ring vibes. He definitely has pinkie rings, if not others.
Blake - as much as I want to say yes because I adore him... No. he doesn't. 😭 He feels it would get in the way of him tracing the designs on his listeners skin. Plus if he's touching them, he doesn't want anything between him and them, rings included.
Avior - Yes. Very much yes. Yes bark bark grrr woof bark awoo
Vega - considering he doesn't really care for human materialism, I don't see him wearing rings. Unfortunately. Fingers crossed that Warden convinces him to.
Brachium - yet another I wish was true but he hasn't ever been to the mortal realm in person so he's never had the opportunity to try rings. I think he would look nice in them though. 👉👈
Hush - he seems to be having an interest in humanity, so I can see him exploring it. He figured out rope knots so he obviously been researching. So yeah, I could see him playing with rings.
Unempowered (+ Morgan for organization) -
Aaron - No he doesn't. I can't explain why but he doesn't give me that vibe.
Ollie - yes. But for one reason. Erik said Ollie is most like himself and Erik wears rings. (Does that make me simp for his hands? Perhaps. but that doesn't matter nor is it something I will ever put where he will see it.)
Guy - I'm going to say yes. He consistently takes them off and tries to use them as currency to Honey so he can have the hoodie. He takes them off before going to work since he works with his hands (ehhhn)
Ivan - sometimes. It's not a habitual wearing, but rather needs a reason.
Geordi - he used to. Then they felt like they weighed his hands down too much. He talks with his hands a lot, he's very expressive.
Morgan - No. Another that doesn't give me that vibe.
Vampires -
Vincent - Yes. He was the reason I made this post because I wanted to talk about how fucking amazing he would look in rings. 🤤🤤🤤
Sam - He doesn't seem much of a ring person for some reason. He would look good in one, especially when driving.
William - Yes. He likes to buy one at each turn of a half century. He has favorite ones he wears all the time. They have big jewels and are older than most vampires in his clan.
Adam - he only lost his head, not his hands. He was wearing spooooky rings when he died. (Plus he liked the way Lovely shuddered ever so slightly when the cold metal of his rings dug into their skin just before he bit them. ... God I'm a simp)
Quinn - yes. Just... Yes. He also had those full finger rings. The ones that have claw at the end, you know what I mean. He wears those to draw blood from his victims needlessly. It only serves to bring them pain. (I'm going to hell for this thirst)
Alexis - yes. It makes her feel superior to have pretty things.
Edit:
James - he only really wants to wear his wedding ring. He only wears other rings to make people believe all his rings are decoration and people don't go looking for his partner.
Marcus - no. I don't know why but no
Anton - also no. He could look nice in them though I think.
Brian - his wedding ring. That's it.
Xavier - before he died, he wore rings when he wasn't playing. He didn't mind the cold material.
