one of the wonderful things about a show as vast as doctor who is that you can completely ignore any part of the canon that you don't vibe with and still get on with the rest of the show with no trouble
#doctor who#like i hate to be that person being a downer on the new era already#but#donna has always been childfree in my mind and that's not about to change now#there are many reasons i hate that lousy library 2-parter and her random mother fantasy is but one of them#and now that it's canon she saved herself from a metacrisis death by... becoming a mother...#thanks but no thanks#and anyway i know it's unpopular but lowkey i liked the tragedy of her forgetting the doctor#having her and tennant back is wonderful as i knew it would be#but like the timeless child for some people (who are not me) this metacrisis resolution probably won't be part of my personal whocanon#and wonderfully for me the wider whocanon is so vast that it doesn't even matter
