Not even 2 hours into the shift and already the stress is hurting my chest
#so we're so hard up for cash we're gonna save all the screws from rework#but if we dont finish the last tote during a change over we're just gonna check all those finished goods#ok yeah that checks out#also we need to change over these two lines and we need to do it right now#let me yell at the quality person who doesnt actually do the changeovers or decides when theyre happening that this needs to happen#also let me complain to the quality person about some new work instructions b/c i didnt check the book before starting the job#and didnt know were doing this now#i mean we didnt do this last time i was at this job (a month ago(#freaking sending me up a wall#it was much nicer when they were all in their meeting and i could focus on the shit what needs doing#stop calling me for shit that aint even my job oh my god
