Hello! I just read the recent answer to an ask about Yana-san's involvement and I'm especially curious about her involvement in the starsending, chef, rabbit fest and harveston event. Also what is Yana-san's actual position and importance in the making of Twisted Wonderland because some of my friends say that some character directions in certain events seem different when Yana's involved instead of just D-6 studio.

Yana seems very important in the making of Twisted Wonderland!

I am not sure how this screen looks in the English game, but the credits page inside of the app lists her as the creator of the game's concept, the main scenario creator, the character designer and the creative director for everything overall.

(This page updates every time there is new content and new voice actors / music / etc. are added, so it is not a forgotten back page that has been unchanged for three years)

In her 2020 interview for the Magical Archives she says, "I create the scenarios and I write the main story. I am also in charge of drafting, writing, and directing events and vignettes. On the graphics side I do all of the character design including designing the chibis, all the card illustrations and designs for the props and backgrounds," and, "When I was first approached, the only thing that had been decided was that the theme would be Disney Villains; there was basically nothing decided about what the content of the game would actually be. It was a blank slate...and before I knew it, I was suddenly in charge of creating the basis for the entire game."

The current conversation in the fandom seems to be about if she is still as involved now as she was in 2020, and I am not sure there has been enough information made publicly to confirm yes or no!

Starsending

Yana says she helped with the original concept of the scenario and character wish side-stories, the SSR cards from start to finish and the base artwork for the pre-groovy R and SR cards.

Master Chef

In the first Master Chef event Yana explains that she was the producer and director for the series. She says she helped with creation and card art direction for Kalim and Trey, did direction for Lilia and Jade and card art direction for Jamil and Deuce.

(Q: Is there a difference between just "direction" and "card art direction?" A: I have no idea! It is possible that just "direction" means general direction of everything overall and "card art direction" means she only directed the visuals, but it is never specified.)

Yana did both costume design and card art for Malleus and Ruggie, where she also comments that she laughed when she heard that their theme was eggs, so she might not have been the person who decided their theme.

Yana says she did art direction for for Rook and Cater, card art and costume design direction for Floyd and Sebek and costume design direction for Idia, Ace, Leona and Epel.

Rabbit Festival

Yana credits both herself and D-6th with the world building, background art, card art direction, character design and costume design for the White Rabbit Fes event.

Harveston Event

Yana says that she did the character creation, character design, world building, costume design and card art direction for Harveston, crediting only the Opening and Ending content and art to her studio.
