Shell Shocked

Okay this was an Anon request so I have no clue who you are but here you go sweetness! Hope you Enjoy and thanks for giving me something to do to take my mind off today!

This is just for fun so nobody bite my head off I don’t own the song or turtles but this is my AU Verse of them

Lately she had started to notice her brothers had been in a mood, more than usual. They had been at each other throats so much they weren’t even communicating with each other at training going so hard at sparring it had actually broke into a fist fight a few times this week.

But while they were like that the teen had gone pretty much unnoticed by the rest of her family

Raven ran into the lair throwing her backpack onto the couch beatboxing to herself softly as she danced through the den to the kitchen not missing a beat until she had the beat perfected tapping on the counter to add to it checking the open area of their home as she realized it was more than just a sullen silence that made her feel alone

Leonardo was working on his newest kata’s looking like he was ready to explode at any moment which was unusual for the normally calm and collected turtle, as she glanced his way she could see he was moving sloppily through each move glaring over at the far wall telling her that him and the resident hothead had gotten into it again today

The low grunts told the teenager right where Raphael was, in his gym area lifting his weights which was nothing new since that’s where he stayed unless he was in his room or out with Casey

Donnie was on his bank of computers typing in several codes for – something the teen wouldn’t even try to understand

And Mikey was still at his game system where he had been that morning when she left for school playing a marathon of black ops trash talking someone over a head set who was playing with him whom had just let him get shot right before they could finish the level

They hadn’t really seen her come home and had all turned to yell at the others for making noise before it hit them… they weren’t the ones doing it

She was unaware that her brothers had stopped what they were doing to look at the teen who usually found one of them beatboxing to be incredibly annoying especially when Mikey did it while she was doing her homework.

Mikey jumped up pausing his game quickly walking towards the kitchen fast to check on the girl wondering if something was wrong with her “UH, baby girl you okay? Are you feeling sick?”

Raven turned looking over at him as she made her a snack giving him one of her sweet smiles that seemed to be able to calm them down “Nah I’m fine. I’ve just had a beat stuck in my head and I thought I could try to get it out but it’s not working – wanna help me with that?”

He nodded as he grabbed her hand pulling her out into the den moving his head to the beat as he joined her grinning as she kept tapping on the table grinning as he sped up the beat adding something seeing she nodded waving for him to keep it up rocking her hips along playfully before she had an idea – it might just fix the problem the guys were having

“I got a rap to go with this - You ready Mikey”

Leonardo stepped closer leaning against the door frame looking like he was about to tell them to stop as the teen cleared her throat looking up as Raphael lumbered into the kitchen seeing Donnie peaking over their oldest brother’s shoulder “You guys jump in if you want… my music teacher taught us a team building exercise I thought we could try it out… just for fun so we can all breath plus gives me a chance to see if I’ve learned anything from living with you noisy nut jobs”

Leo cracked a smile seeing her smile for the first time in days but by the way she was keeping her distance he knew they were all on edge and she wasn’t going to get the brunt of it if one of them exploded

“She isn’t about to-” Raph laughed making the teen grin hearing it for the first time in weeks nodding seeing the teen was about to embarrass herself

“Alright here we go… Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked”

The guy’s mouths dropped as Raven pointed to Mikey as he amped up the beat he was doing trying not to laugh as Raven rocked to the beat twisting slightly to spin in the center of the room

“That’s my fam, I’ll hold ‘em down forever Us against the world, we can battle whoever Together ain’t no way gonna fail You know I got your back, just like a turtle shell Nobody do it better All my brothers tryna get some cheddar We all want our cut like the shredder Me and my bros come together for the dough Bought the orange Lamborghini, call it Michelangelo”

Raphael picked up the beat as Mikey lost it high fiving their little sister “Yea baby girl” as he got up brake dancing next to her before he joined in

“With the nun chucks doors and I'm pullin' up slow When we fall up in the party, they know anything goes Check my rolex they say I'm the man of the hour All this green in my pockets, you can call it turtle power”

She laughed as Donnie stepping into the kitchen patting her on the arm quickly taking a few quick breaths when Mikey stepped back picking up the beat with Raph

Leo stepped up waving into the space between him and his little sister letting her know he wanted to give it a try laughing as she slid next to him continuing where they left off

“Uh ain't nothing that could come in between me and my brothers We all around if it's going down It's just us, all for one, yeah you hear 'em right Our business done, we disappear into the night Came up together, so we all down for the fight Ain't nothing wrong with that Family, ain't nothing strong as that” she pointed to Leo seeing him hesitate before he finally jumped in as she started tapping on the metal bars at her side “And I'll be posted up where the strong is at Brothers by my side, city on my back, real heroes That's what the people want They ain't born, gotta create 'em Sayin' we gone as soon as we save 'em That's part of the plan By my side I'mma keep my brothers Live or die man we need each other, uh”

Raven laughed as Donnie joined in fast keeping pace with Leo giving her a break so she could breathe as him and the oldest bumped fist looking like they were having fun together instead of the argument they had been having the last two days about the security system Donnie had been working day and night to fix

“(All for one we fight together) Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked (All for we ride together) Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked (All for one when we fight together) Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked (Together we can bare any weather) Knock, knock, you about to get”

“Come on Raph this is you and me”

“Kid – ya better keep up with the beat” he saw the teen grin giving him a wink

“Guess I better spice it up fer ya huh?” he watched as she tapped a little harder on the table getting the beat in zinc. He looked her over as she cleared her throat before taking off Leo backing her up every now and then

“4 Hittas, 4 winners Tryna tell 'em you don't wanna go to war wid us We be them, we be them (young riders) Raised in the gutters, really started (from the bottom) Hey, we all we ever had We all we ever needed and we undefeated We be goin' hard, and make it look easy Gimme the whole pie, real cheesy” Raphael blushed as she grabbed his hand pulling him closer to her tapping his plastron to the fun beat as he got into it “I told ya girl no! But ya won't believe me She takin' pics for me, told her smile fo' me Pass her off, I'm a real team playa Bandanna on my face like a gangsta”

She whooped laughing as he spun her over to Leonardo who caught her with ease as she stepped back seeing the guys continue as April and Casey stepped into the kitchen watching as they finished up the exercise without the teen their loud voices drawing their Father out of the dojo seeing a gentle smile coming over his furry lips “Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked Knock, knock, you about to get shell shocked”

They laughed high fiving each other hyping one another up turning to look at the human teen that was hanging upside down by a pipe eating a slice of cold pizza looking pleased with her before she was hoping down flipping over running over to the TV to watch her show

“My work here is done - Pretty cool song huh heard it on the radio this morning”

Everyone’s heads in the room spun to the girl who hadn’t even flinched too focused on her show to realize what she had just said

Nobody kill me over this i was just having fun
