I kinda hate that people call destiel cannon because let’s be honest, it’s not. It’s not even close to cannon and it’s such a shitty job of making something “cannon”. It’s just a one sided love confession and a bury the gays trope so they can maybe have some redemption for the years of queer baiting. But it literally could have been so much more. They could’ve just not killed Castiel like that. They could’ve had them all three go down in separate hunts. They could’ve kept everything the same and then let dean, Castiel and Sam see each other in heaven in Stede of just Sam and Dean. It could have a whole lot better. So I guess I just don’t understand why people are calling it cannon when it’s not. You know what is cannon?
