Lets take a moments and reset 2024’s Thanksgiving goals:
I'm not a bodybuilder: but my body naturally wants to be lean and if I were to allow it that freedom there are a variety of men I'd dream to look like.

My true sporting passion is lifting heavy things and while I am an intermediate powerlifter, I hope to attain the size of an amateur strongman! Lots of fuel to keep me moving and even more mass to lift heavy things.

How it started versus how it’s going 😋 The picture on the left was taken in October before my last competition & the picture on the right was taken five minutes ago.
