Twst style was a challenge to copy, just because of the random detail in the rendering. I ended up doing it full painter style rather than my usual layer effects, lol.

Eyoooo idk if you were asking for real (and my first ask burst into flames) but Hollow Knight has alot to do with a ruling figure making thousands of attempts to make a perfect vessel, throwing away these hundreds of thousands of little vessels until he got one deemed "perfect" for his needs. There's more to it but yeahhhh oof Hunter

(I was kind of under the assumption that hollow knight had like, somewhere from the level of very little story to maybe the level of dark souls story where the big bosses had a little hidden lore.
