Mohamed Aziz, a 72-year-old bookseller, living in Rabat, Morocco, spends 6 to 8 hours a day reading books. Having read over 5000 books in French, Arabic, and English, he remains the oldest bookseller in Rabat, spending more than 43 years in the same location. When asked about leaving his books unattended outside, where they could potentially be stolen, he responded that those who can't read don't steal books, and those who can, aren't thieves.

“You've got a wizard out in the wop-wops who's now got blanket bans from nearly every video upload site and a whole bunch of people have entered the country because of his YouTube channel, the government isn't all, Love that small-business entrepreneur spirit. The government says, This is a cult.” i don’t know one thing about the dream sequences Nona has and what they are but damn are they funny

It's been a while since I was actively involved in the book side of tumblr.
So bookworms, here's the call if you're still here. Reblog/like/comment or all 3 if you're a book blog or post a lot about books :)
I need to find the bookworms hiding in the corners of this website

I suppose every love story is a tale of madness in its own right.
Ours was just a bit more literal.
Excerpt from “Folie Á Deux.”
My goal is to finish it within a month and release it sometime this year. Lots of things to come. 🤫😉

THG Catching fire (Suzanne Collins) - MY REVIEW
Tumblr media
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
10th - 21st December
Hey! So as we all know, this was a very anticipated book for me to read. BUT! It just felt very slow and boring then two seconds later it was quick and action. I’m aware this was done on purpose, to reflect Katniss (And Peeta’s) quick rise to fame, but I wasn’t a fan of the pacing. Over 145 pages in and the next games had barely been mentioned.
So why is it STILL rated 4 stars you might ask: Because I had fun whilst reading it and enjoyed it. Yes the pacing was off-putting but honestly these films and books are my roman empire - So it deserves it.
The RAW enotion this book made me feel was incredible. Collins has an amazing way of writing gut wrenching scenes- Like Cinna’s death. “Suddenly the door behind him bursts open and three Peacekeepers spring into the room. Two pin Cinna's arms behind him and cuff him while the third hits him in the temple with such force he's knocked to his knees. But they keep hitting him with metal-studded gloves, opening gashes on his face and body.” READ THAT AND TELL ME YOU AREN’T ATLEAST SLIGHTLY CRYING!!
I will be continuing with this series because these books are amazing and despite the odd negative, I really enjoy them :)
