after job hopping for most of her young adult years and never feeling satisfied, lexie decided she was done trying to look for a 9 to 5 job that she knew was never going to fulfill her. so as any sane person would, she quit her job on the spot and soogled 'top 20 best self employment job ideas'.
for the following few months she tried just about any freelance work (from writing to graphic design to photography), until finally she gave lifestyle video creation a try. and for the first time, lexie truly felt like she was in her element. and she didn't seem the only one to think so! in just 6 years time, she has moved from her small san myshuno apartment to a 4-bedroom del sol valley beach home. and she's not ready to settle just yet. her own verified simtube account is great and all, but her own tv show would be far greater obviously.

Two Rattan Chairs by Syboulette (4t2 conversion)
A 4t2 conversion of two insanely beautiful chairs by @syboubou.
The peacock chair comes from their Boho Set - Part 1 and can be found here if you would like to have it in your Sims 4 game (which I recommend!).
The Emmanuelle chair can be found here and comes from The Emmanuelle Livingroom Set.
I lowered the polycount of the peacock chair down to 4400 polygons (it’s still a lot so use it sparingly) + lowered texture resolution. The Emmanuelle chair was already well optimized so no changes there (apart from lowering texture resolution). No shadows because I don’t like how they flicker on carpets, sorry.
Everything is compressed and the picture is included. Works as an armchair and has original recolors only.

Boho Apartment for Single Mom | 2B Jasmine Suites | The Sims 4 Stop Motion speed build | NoCC
It's been a while since I did an apartment build/video, so this time we're at 2B Jasmine Suites with a Boho-style apartment.
Two bed and 2 baths, designed in a soft and subtle bohemian style, built for a young, single mom and her teenage daughter.

● In order for the adult club function to work, you must download the wicked whims mod [Download at your own risk].
● This build does not have to be a club, it can be set as a restaurant, a lounge, or a bar.
● I am not 100% familiar with wicked whims so I will not be answering questions regarding the mod. However, I played around with it and did some playtesting as a club owner and everything is functioning correctly on my end. I advice that you look up tutorials if you're not sure to how this lot type works.

BOHO APARTMENT | No CC | Stop Motion Build | The Sims 4
I’ve said it before that I’m not even into Sims, but I love watching these apartment builds on YouTube. Because every once and a while, you see a design that makes you want to live there. And this one is a perfect example of that!
If I had to have a roommate, this space would be ideal. But I could certainly make it work for me without a roommate too. ;-)
