Slider calls him “babygorl” for shits and gigs a joke originally

He loves it when Goose sings, Goose loves it when Slider tries to sing along

Lotta physical affection from Slider and words of affirmation from Goose, random ass grabs from Slider ong, lotta goodnight kisses

Slider petted(?) Goose’s stache at least once when he grew it LMAO

Come on they definitely flew together as a duo AT LEAST once

Goose makes fun of the VERY little height he has on Slider (Slider is 6’1 and Goose 6’2)

Slider drags Goose to the gym, they’re a workout couple— Goose cheers him on and Slider forces Goose to join AHHA

They get married a few months after Goose’s training accident with Mav (HE SURVIVED SLUTS.)

Slider proposed with no plan and a ring he got from a candy machine, he looked like a goofball but Goose accepted (they got a actual ring later lol)

You can bet Slider cried at the wedding

They adopted a kid named Bradley after leaving the Navy— Slider was shocked at the slight resemblance he and Goose shared

Later into their life Slider and Goose opened up their own diner along the boardwalk/beach that Goose mainly managed while Slider flew commercial, domestic flights normally but every so often longer routes— he would also bring back souvenirs and promised to take them on vacations to the places he flew, told a lot of stories to Bradley

Bradley grew up fine, Mav and Ice visited as often as they could along with the rest of the ‘86 class, a lot of reunions took place at the diner

They watched Bradley grow up and become a pilot, Slider kept his promises and took Goose on a long vacation trip once Bradley was out of the house, they sent a lot of postcards to friends of where they were

(Oh but Slider also took Bradley on family vacations! He didn’t get left out, just when they were hitting retirement did Goose and Slider go their own way still keeping in touch and checking up)

They sleep on their side facing each other because when Bradley was small he would fit inbetween them and it just became a habit

Slider still calls Goose babygorl

What are your headcanons for your holoforms of the Rescue Bots?

I have a few different headcanons for my holoforms! Just remember these are my own personal opinions, you don't have to agree 100% with them

I am going to be more specifically talking about my Cyberaligned lore, but these can also translate to general headcanons

The Holoform Headcanons

Age

So I have talked about my headcanons for their Cybertronians ages before, but these are what those ages translate to in human terms the holoforms more often then not will resemble their respective ages

Heatwave: 25

Chase: 24

Blades: 35

Boulder: 23-24

Side characters

Quickshadow: 25

Blurr: 19

Salvage: 20

Hightide: 55

Holoform Races

These are the races and ethnicities that holoforms appear as.

Heatwave: Yaqui mixed

Chase: Japanese

Blades: Indian and Black

Boulder: Samoan and Black

Side characters

Quickshadow: British and Korean

Blurr: White

Salvage: Black

Hightide: Scottish

Pronouns

What human pronouns the bots have chosen to use.

Heatwave: He/Him but doesn't care too much

Chase: He/They

Blades: They/She/He depends on mood

Boulder: He/Him

Side characters

Quickshadow: She/Her

Blurr: He/Him

Salvage: They/He

Hightide: Uses anything, does not give a fuck

Heights

The heights the holoforms generally appear at. They have control over the height of their holoforms as well as other physical features.

Heatwave: 6'2

Chase: 5'8

Blades: 6'4

Boulder: 5'4

Side characters

Quickshadow: 5'4

Blurr: 5'5

Salvage: 6'6

Hightide: 6'8

Scars

The damages they received in bot forms will appear on their holoforms.

Heatwave: Fire burn scar from training covering his back.

Chase: Minor scars from rescues. Lichtenberg scars equivalent, caused by both his outlier ability (electricity) and being STUCK BY LIGHTNING

Blades: Rescue related scars. And specifically to Cyberaligned, their shadow play scars are the most prominent scars, but they have several more from their time in the war.

Boulder: Minor rescue related scars

Side characters

Quickshadow: Many scars from the war. Has a large one crossing over her forehead and temple area.

Blurr: Some scars from rescue missions. In Cyberaligned has a prosthetic left arm from his time with M.E.C.H., as well as scars revealing the dissection he went through

Salvage: Has scars from their encounter with M.E.C.H. in Cyberaligned, however was saved early on and did not suffer much.

Hightide: Many scars from the war. Most prominent is the one over his face and chest.

Queer Orientations

TBH, Cybertronians are genetically asexual and do not have genders. But this is just fun stuff I like to think of for if they were actually humans

Heatwave: Biromantic (fem preferred)

Chase: PanAegoromantic or Cupioromantic for RB, but for Cyberaligned it is hard to categorize him within the Aro identity due to lore.

Blades: Homoromantic (aka GAY AS FUC-)

Boulder: Demi-romantic Gay

Side characters

Quickshadow: Biromantic (equal preference for fem and masc)

Blurr: Biromantic (no real preference for a certain gender)

Salvage: Homoromantic

Hightide: Apothiromantic (though does not have a strong repulsive urge)

Disabilities

Both mental and physical disabilities are included here. I did as much research as possible and only used disabilities I am knowledgeable in for this.

Heatwave: Generalized anxiety. Some back problems in Cyberaligned as he used to work in the mines

Chase: Autism

Blades: PTSD, Autism, ADHD, generalized anxiety, depression

Boulder: While he doesn't have anything right now, if he were to remain within his caste he would have self image issues similar to Bulkhead as well as muscle issues as I have him in the construction caste

Side characters

Quickshadow: PTSD, bipolar depression

Blurr: ADHD. In Cyberaligned has a prosthetic/replacement left arm and PTSD

Salvage: Generalized anxiety and PTSD symptoms after M.E.C.H. encounter

Hightide: PTSD, depression, generalized anxiety

I do have some updated art of their holoforms coming out at some point, I have been busy with zines though so I have not been able to work on it. But soon y'all will see their updated looks!

With all honesty — not much, but I don’t really mind other people shipping them if they want to

Spoilers ahead

I myself usually tend to prefer ships which can be somewhat based on canon events. Ratchet and Arcee, Bee and Prowl/Bulkhead, Prowl and Jazz etc. And most of the time I like soft comfort ships, while Shockblurr is often way too- well you get what I mean. Besides I find a hard time shipping them because they had only a brief moment of screen time together where deerman converted zippy into a minecraft cube after unsuccessfully trying to crush him with his fist. But unless that’s an au where those two were friends? and Shockwave didn’t try to literally kill Blurr, then it could work perhaps

They’re adorable! They both want to be relatively optimistic about things and are incredibly enamored with humans.

They might be too pure for their own good (see: innocently stealing a lion)! This mischievous couple might need supervised lol

Salvage and Blurr might as well be married in my opinion. 10/10

They are the tall and calm, short and filled with rage couple. I love when one side of a couple is feisty/feral and the other is basically just holding them by a leash lmao

Oh yes come here let me explain the amorphous au lore to you

While Predaprince is biological, there was no sparking process as neither Boulder or Predaking knew if it would be safe for either of them. So instead they went to Shockwave (who at this point has had his empurata procedure reversed) and they decided on making Predaprince in a test tube as it was the safest option

When Heatwave is told he just kinda disassociates for a moment because it gets dropped on him at burns family dinner (which at this point is: Burns, Bulkhjack, KOBD, Wave, and also High Tide is there, dinner) randomly. He’s chill about it tho but isn’t really too close with Predaprince until he joins the academy

Miko is overjoyed and immediately takes this baby dragon guy under her wing and shows him many things including heavy metal and rock.

Ratchet found Undertone shortly after catching a criminal. Undertone was just sneaking around in the criminals base and Ratchet immediately took the guy with him because that’s a whole ass baby why is there a baby in a crime boss’s lair

And I do have a fanfiction idea where Fasttrack and Piston find Blurr on Earth. Currently there is nothing written down yet but I should be working on it soon. If I write it as planned Fasttrack will get shot on accident it’ll be great

In the sg sparkling shenanigans au, would Shockwave/Longarm still be the kids daycare attendant? And if so, who of the children would like him? Has he ever been tempted to take the kids back to the Con's? Has he ever had to take care of some of the kids alone for several days? I'm just curious.

I’m sure sg Shockwave would unironically love and protect the sg sparklings since their parents clearly don’t love them. Though I think the sparklings wouldn’t appreciate him as much as the sparklings in the original universe.

In this universe Shockwave/Longarm has to treat the sparklings well (in order to get to the good side of the autobots) Of course Blurr favours him a lot. Not having another bot in his life really puts him down so Longarm is basically his surrogate dad. Longarm sees Blurr as a bright little sparkling and always charms the heart of this little boy

And maybe he’s charming someone else as well ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Your TFA Blurr in TFP AU is just *chef's kiss* cuz Blurr's my fav and I've been s t a r v i n g for some content of him. And while going through your AU it got me thinking, what would happen if he encounters TFP Shockwave??? Cuz I think Blurr's encounter with him would remind him that there's a traitor on the loose back in his universe and he wasn't able to report it to his superiors. His stress levels would double–

Oh man, Blurr's stress levels are already through the roof, this would only double them. Since he fell into TFP instead of getting cubed, he doesn't have any Shockwave trauma that will change soon BUT you're so right when you say he'll get reminded of the traitor in his universe. Because he KNOWS it's Shockwave, and everyone knows that Shockwave is capable of pretty horrible things. Now, combine that with the fact that he has been undercover and gathering information on the Autobots for decades without anyone noticing? Yeah, he's bad news.

I'm 90% certain that I've touched on the fact that Blurr has no idea what's going on in his universe. Really, falling into TFP happens at the worst possible time for him. It's in the middle of a battle for a spacebridge that could determine the fate of Cybertron, and he has no clue on how any of it ended. That's a lot (do not leave this poor dude alone with his thoughts). And he's really trying not to think about it, instead wanting to focus on whatever's going on in the present.

So if you throw TFP Shockwave at him, that's gonna bring everything to the surface. He'll freak out, maybe try running, or maybe he'll freeze. If he freezes, then he's caught... and how can a scientist like Shockwave pass on the opportunity to learn about a bot from another universe? Spoiler alert: he won't.
