Jane Wiedlin and several other high school friends  — among those who christened themselves the “Hollywooders” — hung out at the hottest club in L.A.: Rodney Bingenheimer’s English Disco. They frequently snuck out of their parents’ homes to drive to West Hollywood’s Sunset Strip and change into their club outfits behind the Disco outside. One night, Wiedlin alleges, the club’s eponymous owner — the famed former KROQ DJ and rock-star liaison Rodney Bingenheimer — approached her, isolated her in one of the club’s back rooms, and sexually assaulted her.

Keanu and Gavin “Backstage with Rodney”, it’s basically footage from the 1999 KROQ Almost Acoustic X-Mas concert.

Las "terribles" Runaways hacen a los "Vitis" en bragas, medias y liguero. Su valedor, el sátiro Kim Fowley, las vendió como el primer grupo de rock femenino verdaderamente "teen". No las abuelas Fanny, no las viejas lesbianas de Isis... Se refería, por supuesto, a que Runaways estaban más "mollares", más que a que su música fuera mejor o superior a las antes citadas.
