Help I have to be in a bikini in 1 day and I’m fat asf and can’t stop eating help!!! Tips?

what the actual fuck is wrong with me? i try so hard and do my best to stop eating as much, such as eating usually only one meal and a snack a day to lose weight, or not gain any. i do good for a few days, and then i binge eat again like i normally would. i hate that this is the way i am and i have to be fat because of it. i try SO FUCKING HARD to change my body shape but it never works out in my favor. why cant i just have a fast metabolism? omg that would be such a pleasure, but no. i hate myself so fucking much.

So I’ve been counting calories and running every day. But I also have tea every day. Which isn’t bad- it’s 0kcal but….I wasn’t even counting the calories in half and half… that’s depressing… I thought I’d been doing so good…my breakfast went from 430kcal to 716kcal. I could cry. I could really just cry.

But I shouldn’t be crying over my calorie intake. It’s mostly healthy stuff- fruit and oats. I’m just discouraged because I weighed myself this morning and my scale is shit- I just need an encouragement. I’m struggling.
