Flyrant and Co. {Hive Fleet: Kokabiel}
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFINALLY GOT THIS MOTHERFUCKER DONE AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Coming from someone who doesn't paint squat, let alone minis, Tyranids seem like they'd be miles easier to pain on minis as opposed to drawing. Seriously, their designs have so many wtf details and greeblies that I want to shiv myself. Drew the hive fleet's resident Hive Tyrant (a Flyrant in this case), Baraqiel. Name derived from a fallen angel from the Book of Enoch, whose name means "Angel of Lightning" or "Lightning of God." Also, a ripper for the general colors of non-elite Tyranid units within Kokabiel: Less important = less melanin. Kokabiel really like shooty units, psykers, and (as seen in the last Tyranid drawing), Genestealers. This also means that they really like force weapons, hence the fancy two-handed two-headed bilhook-looking thing Baraqiel is holding. Fun fact, I originally called Baraqiel "Uriel," hence the two-headed weapon, which was based off of Uriel's swirling sword of fire. Next up (hopefully), Gyrophage! I hope you like it!

In a parish perambulation, some labourers might carry "an axe, a mattock, and an iron crow... for the purpose of demolishing any building or fence which had been raised without permission" on the common or waste. This was stubbornly maintained as a lawful assertion of right. But this is also exactly what some offenders are indicted for in Assize records: at Feckenham (Worcestershire) in 1789 for "pulling down, prostrating and destroying with bilhooks, spades, mattocks, axes, saws" etc. fourteen yards of quickset fences; at Culmstock (Devon) in 1807 for coming into a garden and orchard with hatchets, saws, pickaxes, spades and shovels, throwing down the fences, digging up the ground, erecting a tent to keep the owner (or the pretended owner) out of possession; at Porlock (Somerset) in 1774 for entering a garden, throwing down hedges and fences, spoiling and carrying off garden stuff. These could have been little affrays or "riots" or they could have been actions deliberately intended to bring on a case which would try their "right".

Weaponmaster- Polearms, Staves, Chain Flail
"Polearms are my second go to, actually. They have reach and versatility, unlike simpler swords and axes. And even peasent levies can be dangerous to fully armored knights with a bilhook or pike. Personally, I prefer the sword-spear. Its not a common design but mixes thrusts and slashes proficiently. And its aesthetically pleasing to my eye.""Staves are fine against unarmored or lightly armored opponents, a solid thwack to the head would get anyone to the ground quickly. But taken to armor like mail or plates? It's next to useless. I can't speak for mages' uses for them however.""Flails are tricky, pure and simple. A man-at-arms who knows what he's doing with one of those is dangerous. Surprising amount of reach and can cave a helm in like it was paper. Trust me, I've seen it. They're weaknesses are the skill required and their need for wind up, however. Catch a man in a hallway with one and you limit his range of motion."@cultofthorns thanks! I wish wow had more spear and polearm designs that looked good.))

(I’ll do these ones about ff14) Give me a goddamn race that’s just Vivi.
I appreciate bilhooks but they’re not a spin around and be edgy weapon.
Thancrad is just Taliesan being Percy.
All the short hair options suck.
There needs to be more differences in clans like midlander and highlander. Make that choice big and important. @company-in-rose your post btw
