here are some of my KaiMax HC's
How i see them getting together
Kai is oblivious to Max’s affection, he thinks it's just Max being Max when the blonde starts clinging to him and touching him. He does think its weird that Max has all of a sudden started touching him so freely. He brushes it off Max isn't scared of him anymore or intimidated by him
Max grows increasingly frustrated by how dense Kai is. And works to find more obvious ways (without straight out saying it) that he has a crush on Kai. Showering a confused Kai in praise ("Oh Kai, you’re so handsome with huge muscles" because he opened a jar) [insert Rei and Hiromi rolling their eyes] and affection (practically sitting in Kai’s lap while they're all on the couch watching a movie.
(watching their little game is a serious form of entertainment for everyone else. they make bets on it)
Max confiding in Rei, that Kai is actually kind of dumb and he doesnt understand why Kai cant see Max's crush. (And rei being like 'why dont you just tell him outright?' "BECAUSE THATS EMBARASSING")
and THEN Kai confiding in Rei about Max’s odd behavior and them laughing/giggling at him.
Okay so. Kai finally FINALLY puts two and two together when one night it’s just the two of them, everyone else has disappeared at the dojo. Sitting together. Alone. Max says somethings that go over Kai’s head. And Max has had enough and grabs Kai’s cheeks in his hands. His thumb smudging Kai’s painted cheek.Telling him to push him away if he’s not okay with it. And kissu kissu.
When they get together, Kai has to get used to how touchy Max is. He’s not used to it at all. He’s not used to gentle touches or the way Max will smoosh their cheeks together and affectionately rub them up and down. It makes Kai go red and a little embarrassed to be so loved on so openly in front of the others. (He does get used to it.)
They show affection in different ways. Kai’s is more muted, while Max’s is obnoxious and obvious. In your face affection. PDA expert. The first time Kai initiates them holding hands it shocks Max.
Headcanons
A moon/sun ship
Grump Edgy/sunshine energetic
The grumpy one is soft for the sunshine one
Max is the possessive one
Kai knows that Max is touchy but Kai is the only one who has his heart. It doesn't bother him (initially it did) when Max clings to Rei and Takao. Doesn’t mind when Max cuddles up with Rei on the couch. (Also because as soon as Kai sits down, Max find his way into Kai’s lap)
Max on the other hand? Is kind of insecure (DONT KNOW WHAT FOR). He hates the way people will look at Kai with hungry eyes. He hates that people don;t take him seriously, and continue to flirt with (an oblivious, uninterested) Kai.
Also the idea of Max’s eye twitching over Kai’s obsession with Takao. Is so… funny.
IMO it stems back to Judy, so now that Max has someone who clearly loves him and gives him his attention, he refuses to let go or let anyone take that from him.
Kai doesn’t think that Max is possessive/jealous and that its him showing affection.
Idk it’s funny to me if the ONLY ONE that makes Kai a little nervous (read: jealous) is Rick. Like that’s the only person Kai does not like Max getting cozy with. Something about it makes Kai itch.
Max is always able to get Kai to do things he would NEVER do otherwise. (I picture them wearing matching animal costumes with fluffy hats with ears. Max getting Kai to eat really cute.
Max pouting is Kai’s biggest weakness. (He cannot say no to Max, in general, but the pouting? Seals the deal. Kai is so weak to it. Max makes him so soft)

Could I request some head-cannons of Kai realising he has feelings for someone? I’ve seen a few peoples head-cannons and everyone has different takes on it and I’m so interested in what yours would be!
You shall ask and you shall (eventually!) receive. Sorry anon, I've been going through some personal stuff and just now getting my footing back into a fandom full slot.
Kai Headcanons: Realizing he has a heart after all!
It starts out small. He notices your scent on him even after you have left. He finds himself thinking about you in his spare time, and realizes he wants to be around you.
He prioritizes his time with this person. You aren't just senselessly waiting around watching paint dry.
He doesn't have to find a reason or excuse to get out of the plans you make together. He actually anticipates them with a little bit more excitement than normal
Does not hesitate to bring you around his friends and family. Its actually surprising how easy it is for him to introduce you to Tyson and the game. Hiding you or keeping you a secret isn't a priority
Seeing you feel good and happy makes him feel good. When you are smiling and laughing, he is content. When you are smiling and laughing because of him, he is silently over the moon
Its going to be hard for Kai to break out of his shell as far as showing affection, but with someone he has fallen with I think it is so second nature that he just doesn't notice it slowly slipping into the every day moments. A kiss on the forehead here, a small reassuring hand squeeze there. He is present and wants you to know it.
He would notice more often than not that he is interested in what you have going on. What are your current hobbies? Whats on your mind? What are your hopes and dreams? Him caring and being interested in that sort of thing is one of his big "aha!" moments
Just finds himself putting consistent effort into things without having to think through it.
Overall, hes just not afraid. But at the same time this is the scariest thing he has been through. he would need his partner to have a lot of patience while he tries to decide how to navigate these new feelings

beyblade metal fight headcanons i came up with 3 AM
Ryuga is a boomer. I have no logical reasoning for this, he just is. Kenta made fun of him a sum total of one time and he somehow has lived to tell the tale.
Outside of Beyblade, Gingka and Kyoya actually consider each other best friends. They overexaggerate their rivalry because they're both nerds but off the stadium they go to McDonalds and make fun of each other. How else do you explain that secret fist bump when Kyoya went to go fight Ryuga, like,,,,you're telling me they AREN'T friends???
Kenta has subconsciously been influenced by Ryuga's snark. He's mostly the same with his energetic, supportive self but piss him off and you will have a very Ryuga-esque remark about how you're an ugly basement dweller. Gingka is confused, Benkei and Madoka are scared but Kyoya thinks it's absolutely hilarious.
Madoka might not be a blader but she took martial arts as a kid so she could literally just beat the shit out of someone messing with her. Like some Beyblade gang could try and mug her and they'd go "lET iT RIp" and then she just steps on their beys and kicks their asses, unfazed. She could have KILLED Rago but she didn't want to steal Gingka's thunder.
The Legendary Bladers have a group chat after the whole nemesis fiasco to keep in touch (Ryuga lives AU). Dynamis is a boomer, Aguma and Ryuga leave everyone on read (except in Ryuga's case, he's also a boomer and doesn't know how to text so he just doesn't), Kenta's too busy to text bc he's teaching Ryuga how to use a phone, Kyoya's being extra as always and trying to start a fight, Gingka sends outdated 2017 memes, King sends cultured memes, Chris is regretting sharing his number to these dorks, everyone is trying their hardest not to cuss because Tithi is right there and Yuki is just staring at his phone like, "this is fine 😀"
During their travels Kenta couldn't help but ramble about a variety of different things about himself and his life and while he thought he was talking to a wall with how Ryuga was seemingly ignoring him, the dragon emperor listened to every word but would rather choke than admit that to ANYONE. Kenta included.
The Dark Nebula stole Ryuga from his real family before indoctrinating him to be the strongest Blader. Ryuto and Ryuga are unaware of each other's existence.
After the whole Fausttm incident, because Toby kept his white hair Masamune and Zeo made a lot of grandpa jokes at his expense (not to hurt him ofc but to just make Toby feel normal about it and that no one's too uncomfortable to joke about it). Toby takes it in stride and even plays along. ("Oh my god Toby, hurry up old hag!" "How DARE you treat your senior citizens this way? You youngens have it too easy nowadays!")
Kyoya needed glasses this whole time but because his ass is all like "Ugh I dont NEED glasses. My vision is perfect you DICKS." he never got them. Madoka and Gingka noticed one day and took him to an optometrist and beat some sense into him. "how the fuck are you gonna Beyblade if you can't even SEE where Leone is you dumb bitch" so he relents. He tries to ask for contacts but by an unfortunate stroke of bad luck, he's apparently very VERY sensitive to them so glasses are the only option. To look cool he does that thing where he holds them in his mouth but no one buys it and calls him out for being a huge dork.
Kyoya doesn't LIKE kids but unfortunately he is a child magnet. def supported by his "i'm destined to be followed by brats forever" comment. but he does end up warming up to Tithi even after the whole "Yo-Yo" thing. He made a crayon drawing of Kyoya and he pretended to hate it, but actually has it framed.
Reiji quits Beyblade for a bit, realising that he just can't find enjoyment in it without associating victory to his worth, but does end up coming back after Kenta convinces him that it can be fun and there is a lot more to it than just winning.
Nile and Masamune are best friends even more so than Nile and Kyoya idc i said so. I personally believe this because sometimes similar personalities don't necessarily make you closer to another person. Don't get me wrong Kyoya and Nile are still very VERY good friends but if Nile had to choose someone to go like idk ice skating with it'd be Masamune. Nile is calm, cool, collected while Masamune is an extra bitch. They both bring something out of each other that no one else can.
The fortune teller jokes Kyoya makes towards Dynamis never stops and one day this man has enough and is like "You know fucking what let me read your palm" and Kyoya's like "lmfao bet" and Dynamis inspects it thoroughly, he furrows his eyebrows and then looks up with Kyoya with intense seriousness and says, "Your destiny is sealed, my friend. You're going to die a very painful (and embarrassing) death soon." Kyoya, poor guy, stares at him with shock and is all like "STFU URE MESSING WITH ME" Dynamis just shrugs and walks off saying, "Let's just say, look both ways before crossing the road in future." and Kyoya, with the logic that Dynamis has predicted the future before, believes it whole heartedly and is freaking the fuck out. Kyoya now is adamant on always looking both ways before crossing the street now. every time Benkei is like "Bro there aren't any cars we can just go" Kyoya looks at Benkei like he just insulted his grandma and goes "NO. ROAD SAFETY LAWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON. I NOW KNOW THIS."
Mei Mei and Chao Xin are literally dumb and dumber best relationship in this show hands down. Like they're both so STUPID i love them so so so much.
Benkei and Gingka are Swifties. I have no explanation for this. I just know they are.
Aguma is actually a really goofy guy if you're really close to him. Bao just always knew Aguma was just a dork which is why he's never afraid of him.
Gingka gave Kyoya a lion plush as a gag birthday gift but jokes on him bc Kyoya actually loved it LMFAO. Now they have this unspoken tradition of giving each other gag birthday gifts bc these dumbasses just really like messing with each other.
Shoutout to the ten people still in this fandom and enjoy this meal <3

Tala's daughters cajoled him into doing this. Bryan actually filmed his reaction, because Tala rarely does any shit on TikTok. He was not expecting that. Just a quick-ish work. Ok, not so quick, but you get the drift.

Headcanons: Team Psykick
I find the team very underrated and it appears to be the least appreciated out of all the major teams in the series. Potentially, I was able to create a couple of headcanons for them and yes, they deserve some!
Tumblr media
→ Meeting and team formation
The Psykicks met four years before the cyber incident. Kane was on a trip to Tokyo, and met Salima in the park where she was Beyblading with some bladers. Kane challenged her for a battle, and it ended in a tie. They become friends.
Kane had already known Jim by that time. He met him in a similar fashion, but with science and mechanics involved in it. They both are the brainy brats of the soon to be formed team, and discussed long about repairing beyblades and so on.
Salima and Kane together met Goki the next day in the same place in the same way. Kane introduced Jim to them and that's how they decided to form a Beyblading team with the four. Despite living in different regions in and across Japan, every year they meet to travel.
→ Post-cyber incident
They wanted to embark on a new journey since the battle tower incident altered a small part in their peaceful life. They'd want to start everything afresh and forget the bad things. However, Kane suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and couldn't get over the misery by the time world championships ended. He felt that he didn't deserve his teammates. He didn't get enough opportunities to excel in Beyblading that particular year and went on a couple of counselling sessions to the psychiatrist dealing with his case.
Jim felt incredibly ridiculed and lost his hope. He is considered to be the weakest by none other than himself. Goki is the most sane about it and Salima is the comforting hen. Yet, she is feeling very bad for them, especially for Kane. She never thought that a mentally strong person like Kane is feeling extremely down.
Nevertheless, they get over their misery soon enough.
→ Personal space
Goki and Kane often take the responsibility to take the lead, especially the latter but Goki tends to guide him during certain occasions. Jim is the youngest and he needs to be taken care of for most of the time. Salima is the one who often acts like the mother Hen to the team and controls them whenever fights and arguments ensue. However, Kane also takes turns to stop such things.
Goki and Jim are often together, and similarly the case for Kane with Salima. Goki and Jim gel well with each other and they often beybattle. However, Jim ends up losing most of the time but he is not angry with him every time. They are cool and fun bros.
Kane and Salima share common grounds, loyal and have immense trust on each other. Overall they have a mutually healthy and good relationship. He taught her to not worry about winning or losing, but just enjoy battling. She has feelings for him and loves his company. She is emotionally dependent on him and often finds him her comfort person.
They have a relationship which is a bit above friendship, marking the possibility of them getting romantic overtime.
Goki and Jim quarrel during some occasions, and it becomes a hard time for the other two. Regardless, they remain
→ Travels
All the four contribute an equal amount of shares but however, Kane often takes the responsibility for bookings - be it train tickets, flight tickets, bus tickets, cabs, rooms, dorms, tables, etc. Jim looks for points of interest. Goki and even Kane do both. Salima doesn't contribute much in this but invests her time on shopping complexes during their tours.
Jim has the lightest baggage, whereas it is heavier for Salima and Goki. Kane stays in the neutral good.
They book two rooms - one for the guys and one for Salima. However, Kane sometimes stays with Salima and she doesn't mind it either.
Jim loves to click photos of everything and literally everywhere they go, he doesn't get satisfied without this hobby. Kane is more invested in the informational aspect and he loves museums the most. He won't leave the place without gaining knowledge. Jim loves the same too but sometimes, he likes places associated with sceneries (for photos and shit). Goki doesn't have specific preferences. Salima likes botanical gardens, coffee and tea estates, and places with street shops and others.
Salima often cooks if they are staying in tents or cottages. Goki helps her at times.
During their travels, they encounter several beybladers. Kane usually fights them and Jim analyses the battles. The others fight when they feel like.
Kane maintains a book to record all their travelling days. Sometimes, Salima wants to sneak into it but Kane doesn't allow that, as it's his personal diary.

Brooklyn Headcanons
Casual headcanons
>Afraid of pelicans and seagulls, despite them being birds. He had a bad experience at the beach once and can't quite get over that. >takes up small carpentry projects as a hobby in order to build bird houses. >lowkey artsy fartsy. Can paint a nice landscape if he is in the right headspace >Piano music. loves piano. Something about it settles him nicely >Allergic to grass. >He hates motorized transportation of any sort and would rather walk across town instead of waiting for the crowded city bus. He gets anxious packed in with other people >Sweet tooth. Hide your candy! >Doesn't wear socks >Cried when he forgot to feed his Tamagatchi and it died, forcing his teammates to have an impromptu funeral for it (ming ming did the eulogy and hymns. it was a lovely service) >Teaches parrots to cuss at the pet store because he doesn't believe they should be in captivity.
Relationship Headcanons
>Dating Brooklyn is actually a lot harder than you would think, at first. He sees commitment as another way to limit the freedom the birds have that he has been craving all of his life. But once he finds the right partner, he realizes it's the same feeling. >He loves passionately, and can get a little out of hand with showing that. Once he tumbles down that hill, you have to let him know you need the space to gather yourself. He can be smothering. >Loves to hold his partner close and do a little shuffling slow dance to absolutely no music whatsoever in the background. >Love language is quality time. >If you let him he will want to spend every waking moment with you >Take this man on a date to the zoo, or a fun picnic in the park one sunny afternoon. >Is so afraid of your judgement. really the first time he has ever given though to what someone else thinks of him. >Jealousy can be a problem. >Will lie awake in bed for hours watching you sleep, brushing a strand of hair out of your face, placing his forehead against yours, and just taking in every little bit of you he can get. >Will steal your bathrobe and slippers in the morning.

Just some anime vs. manga thoughts
So I’m beginning the Bakuten Shoot manga for the first time, and so far, I still have a strong favoritism towards a lot of the anime’s elaborations. I love Rei’s level-headed but kind personality in the anime after his first defeat to Tyson/Takao (while in the manga he generally stays the cocky rival trope). I love that it shows Kai has soft spots like for Max and for cats. And I especially love the expansion upon the other characters — whereas the manga heavily centers around Tyson/Takao. The manga is enjoyable in its own way too, but I can’t deny the joy of seeing Max, Rei, and Kai have their own shining moments in the anime.
However, the Bakuten Shoot anime doesn’t explain a lot of things that’d be helpful background while the manga does. Namely, Kai’s backstory (which would explain his initial behavior and the 1st season betrayal more) and the story behind the four bit beasts.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Vol. 1, Chapter 4 shown above.
The second especially would solidify so many things, such as how their 4 bit beasts combined in the 1st season are incredibly powerful beyond any means. It would also explain a gap in logic during V-Force — where Team Psychic and the Saint Shields were after the 4 protagonists’ bit beasts. The whole time watching V-Force, I thought to myself “What about the other people’s bit beasts?” “Why are they only going after the Blade Breakers when it’s known that many more bit beasts exist out there?” The fact that the gang’s bit beasts aren’t only incredibly powerful when combined, but has also created their world AND can reshape or destroy it in any form, justifies what seemed like an arbitrary goal by our 2nd season antagonists.
Now, to Kai’s backstory.
There were a lot of times I wished more was done with Kai in regards to the anime. At my first go of the 1st season, my initial reactions were “WOW this is dark” but both the betrayal and redemptions were very sudden. The betrayal made me think Kai seemed like am incredibly cruel character *despite being my all-time favorite — one who would use anyone/thing as a means to an end. He seemed, quite frankly, power-hungry. When the Kai Hiwatari we generally know has limits and doesn’t seem like a person who’d hurt anyone needlessly. I also questioned “Why would Kai just go along with Boris’s manipulation?” when he was shown to be in literal hell all his childhood, sent away to the (very obviously mentally abusive) abbey in Moscow.
And this is where the manga comes in.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Vol. 3, Chapter 2 shown above.
The context above makes it apparent the manga Kai is very different from our anime Kai — they do tell a VERY different story after all. However it also explains a lot of things, namely:
Who are Kai’s parents? (Well, one of them at least)
Why he initially formed the Blade Sharks and approached Tyson/Takao
It also depicts that he had a childhood that wasn’t the literal nightmare of an upbringing shown in the anime. But instead, one where he was loved very much by both his grandpa and father — one where he’d feel incentivized to get back or at the bare minimum avenge what we left, had it crumbled to pieces. One that wasn’t necessarily abusive, but still fraught with feelings of loss and abandonment that grew to have a stronghold within present-day Kai.
Soichiro Hiwatari is like your expected stern, head-of-the-household grandfather that placed a lot of responsibilities upon his son and grandson’s shoulders. As being the owner of one of Japan’s largest firms, it’s a strong likelihood that he had to get both future inheritors — Susumu Hiwatari and Kai — to be able to handle the burden of responsibility. It’s implied that Susumu Hiwatari likely dipped because of that pressure, and beyblading was simply either an excuse OR one of the last straws. In the eyes of young Kai however, we see the insecurities start to form. In his perspective, he was likely wondering if his father was actually abandoning him for a game! And so, the resentment start to form along with a deep hole of insecurity.
Now, the Soichiro in the anime (Voltaire, for those who also watched the dub) versus the one in the manga both manipulated Kai’s emotions one way or another. However the anime Soichiro did it to use Kai as a tool — another means to an end — in your usual anime antagonist “I want to rule the world” ways.
The manga Soichiro was shown to have manipulated Kai’s feelings of sadness and insecurity too, but because he cared for his grandson. It’s like good intentions but with a questionable means. He was shown not to be the best with emotions and likely didn’t know how to comfort a now-confused but terribly hurt young child who had just lost his father. So the option? To turn those fragile feelings into rage, to make that sadness a hatred for weakness. And we see it affect Kai enough to take up the sole game he wanted to destroy, form the Blade Sharks, and start again — this time for revenge.
So, what do I do?
Headcanoning.
Yes, you heard right.
Hear me out — I think the best backstory for Kai at this point would be an integration of both the manga backstory and the anime one. One that leads to similar results and stakes as the anime has, but one that also provides some background the manga did in explaining our character’s motives.
Imagine if years back, before the anime’s beginning, Kai’s father left just like that while his grandfather tried to shape Kai up the exact same way. But this time, the good-intentioned Soichiro was consumed by his frustrations and rage. This was where he had met Boris Balkov on a business trip to Moscow, Russia. Boris, wanting to seize the chance of swaying the powerful corporate Hiwatari (what, with the money and influence that comes with the Hiwatari name that could fund their goal for years) initially talked about the bit beasts — seeking to draw Soichiro Hiwatari’s interests. Soichiro dismisses it as nothing more but the musings of a deluded man over the very game he couldn’t stand! That was, until he showed Soichiro some papers he kept on hand documenting the 4 legendary bit beasts who created the world. And Soichiro sees the Dranzer and realizes that’s the dragon on the blade his grandson always carries around!
He decides to entertain Boris’s ideas a little longer. He learns exactly what the bit beasts are capable of during his stay in Russia. And as a result, he starts funding Boris’s orphanage of elite eugenics-era bladers — not realizing exactly how extreme Boris is or that Boris is using him. But rather, hoping he himself can get back a world where his grandson is happy. Being a difficult man, he knows deep down he put much too much pressures on Susumu. But he didn’t expect his son to leave cut and dry (to be fair though, he was the one who issued the ultimatum). He can’t word it, but he is deeply hurt. So he tries to do a bit better for Kai throughout Kai’s own childhood and especially so after his dad is gone. But Soichiro doesn’t have the words to say sorry, and the inability to voice the issues that are really nibbling at his conscience under the cold exterior. The bit beasts combined provides a chance for him to redo his mistakes, reshape a world where his son walked out on him — even if it tears the world at hand apart.
Tumblr media
It’s kinda like this guy. Jkjk, though this IS semi a PokeSpe blog. And I’ll be 100% honest in admitting this is where I got the idea xD
One of the things he does afterwards is send Kai to the orphanage very TEMPORARILY in order to let his grandson see how the project’s going. But it’s mainly for Kai to practice blading with his Dranzer, who Soichiri predicts can be of much use towards getting the other 3 bit beasts despite his initial distaste for either his son or grandson playing the game. And who’s better to use Dranzer than his grandson?
Kai, upon arrival, feels a strong degree of skepticism. But he’s still a very young kid — one who was previously very sheltered from the world growing up in the wealthy Hiwatari household. He doesn’t know yet how Boris treats the other boys at the orphanage, nor does he know how he would be treated either. His grandfather was given obscured information, while Kai was molded into the cold and pensive blader he soon becomes. All the while the facility uses data from the powerful Dranzer blade he holds to build up the Black Dranzer blade. After nearly a year of this, Kai decides to sneak around one night because he has a sneaking suspicion that his blade’s been tampered with. And there he stumbles upon the Black Dranzer, tests it out in awe, and has the traumatic complete wipe out we see him gradually remember in the anime.
Soichiro is angry to hear what’s happened to his grandson, so he decides to bring him home to Japan after the year ends. But be continues to fund the project in the hopes that he’ll get the life he had wished for back, for both him and his grandson’s sake. And this will become what later gives Boris leverage to sway Kai towards using Black Dranzer. It’s incentive to take the other less powerful bit beasts to build up the Black Dranzer and be strong enough to capture his friends’. Boris dangles the idea in front of Kai: “You WILL get your father back AND your revenge.” So it’s not hard to picture why Kai takes up with the idea; it’s not blatantly being power-hungry. But rather, the chance to undo a hurt that couldn’t ever be taken back. And as it follows, it’s also equally easy to see the guilt Kai feels from betraying his friends, and makes the following redemption more believable.
Additional notes:
I’d like to still believe that similarly to the manga, Kai’s father still supports him from the background. But his presence isn’t as commonplace. Enough that he knows his father still cares for him, though never enough to repair the damage the initial walk out has caused.
I’d also like to believe that within my headcanon, Soichiro Hiwatari sweeps under the rug many of the wrongdoings at Boris’s hands and the orphanage for his end goal. He only interferes when Kai gets hurt, like the morally gray character I’d imagine him to be in my twist. He does admit to his crimes at the end though, and rightfully atones. Which is why we do not see his presence later much in the anime — as he’d logically step out of the overbearing stranglehold he’s tried to have over his grandson, in the way he failed to do with Susumu, and let Kai enjoy being the person he’s become. The one who now has friends who support him through this. The one who’s now let go of his resentments and need for revenge — and can finally move on.
But yeah, I’m totally just spinning ideas here.

Bey OC Week @beyblade-oc-week
Day 2: Blader's spirit / passions
If you think Nadia chose Ice-Skating just because she had talent and it was popular in Russia - you're not wrong, but not 100% right 😁 Nadia loves skates and ice, she felt pure desire and was really good at it. Before wedding she announced, that she will leave the stage for good, because of private matters, but that doesnt mean she will never wear skates again!
Tumblr media
Her big love are also animals, the most - dogs. Maybe cause her father, Igor, has a pack of sled dogs, so girl was brought up in their company. She had one for her own - Nikita (puppy above). He was smallest, weakest from the entire litter, so mr Koroliov wanted to sell the pup, especially that with heterochromia he will not show up in the harness, but Nadia begged to take care of him. Sadly, he was a victim of fatal disaster...
After wedding, Nadia and Robert was gifted with another husky puppy, this time a white hen Kara (also heterochromic), but both continue to suffer from the loss of Nikita.
What almost noone knows, Nadia also has a tech streak. She loves to draw technical projects of beyblades!
Aby questions? Just write, I'll happily answer 💜🧡💜🧡

One of my personal headcanons is that Rei is a big pokemon fan.
Mainly because it was one of the first things he met at the start of his journey when he left the village.
When he was not training or checking out the food, or during long hours of travelling, you would see him play on a gameboy he got thanks to daitenji. He probably started either with the first gen or the second (not sure yet but I'm really leaning in him starting with Gold/Silver because it's the gen Raikou is from and you know... electric tiger thing is kind of all Rei's deal). Anyway he did play all the games. If he started with Gold/Silver he would have gotten Red/Green/Blue/Yellow at some point not long after, and really gets into the glitches that the first games where. His copy of Red is probably broken beyond hope.
With the years he gets all the new games, maybe not always at launch but as soon as he can for sure. He always gets one of the pair and then the third title, collecting the second game of the pair after. Diamond/Pearl/Platinum is when he starts getting more into the world building of the games, replaying the older ones and trying to want to put together all the little bits (look pokemon lore is. Something. Someone in there really cares and wants to build something).
Ask him about black and white you will not be able to stop him from explaining everything. The whole ideals Vs truth thing of the games and how Reshiram and zekrom are some of the best looking legendaries since Ho-Oh and Lugia (and that is just cause those where his first games). And also not a third game but a Duo Of Sequels?? White 2 and Black 2 gave him too much hope.
XY where enjoyable. The topic of life and death, more lore, the AZ thing. Megaevolution? Dam yeah! mega kangaskan broken af, amazing. Didn't really like the starters tho and overall the game left a bit of a weird feeling, like something that didn't reach it's full potential. Something that was changed at last minute. The post game with looker was nice yet seemed a bit out of place and Team Flare felt like a joke to the previous evil teams. Also NO THIRD GAME? NO Pokemon Z? No Zygarde lore? Damn.
I haven't tackled the remakes yet but Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in this gen where probably his favourites of them all other than the Heart Gold and Soul Silver. The ORAS post game was great. Really anything that adds to pokemon worldbuilng and delves into the past of world is like catnip to him.
His Sun and Moon and Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon experience was kinda ruined by the fact that basically all the important bits where spoiled by the trailers and leaks, being when he starts being more online and active in online spaces. But Also these games are like a bomb of lore, maybe not well approached but fucking multiverse being canon in pokemon is wild. Ultra wormholes sucking people in and trowing people around causing them amnesia? He hopes none pf his faves suffers this (oh dear if only you knew ) yet maybe a little bit he hopes they do just to see them again earlier. Also the fact that is the first game where the grunts of the team you fight aren't really the evil team and the villain is someone else? Nice change. He liked team skull. On the other hand Lusamine initially reminded him of Judy a bit on first impression, until Lusamine goes completely batshit insane(Really the anime made her too nice for the little I have seen and she is awful in the games). And Again a duo of sequels, but this time they don't work as well, not adding much until later in postgame.
Now we enter in switch territory which for me is harder to work with, not having it and not being able to first hand play but
He is a nostalgic so of course he liked the Let's go. Seeing the pokemon in the overworld and seeing shinys was great, also using the joycon to launch the balls
Sword and Shield Are good, too linear, but good. Also first games that get DLCs. The new pokemon where nice, but didn't like any of the starters, and he enjoyed trying them and making different combinations. Hell he even got more into the pokemon competitive scene and loved it, he made his own teams for each different season! The combination of having more free time by not being a blader full time anymore and the lockdown really made him go down the hole of making the perfect team for him. He wanted to run a Rain team so that thunder had 100% precision but he felt good runnign a Sun team near the end of the season. He was close to reach the world championship but at the end didn't have enought points for the smallest margin. His pokemon flame was burning more than ever in this period.
At the same time the Diamond and Pearl remakes felt like a slap in the face. After ORAS he was exited to see how the lore would have been expanded in a 4 gen remake. Instead Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are the exact same games as the original but with a style choice that.. works well in pixel and not that great like this. Anyway it was nice not having to wait 45 minutes for a chansey health bar to go down.
Then Legend Arceus came around and OH BOY YES. It felt like everything he ever wanted. Semi open world, able to see and catch pokemon on sight, playing in the past of a region he already knows, the region that started his lore obsession and it is not disappointing! The story, the characters, oh is that the train man for 5 gen? Cool! OH no wait, SAD!! why couldn't it be the other one. Sure maybe the graphics could have had some more work and there are some minor bugs but in the overall the game WORKS
He was working in his competitive team for the last tournaments before the worlds, so he played these last games slowly and mostly after the worlds. He enjoyed them even while the 9 gen talk was full on and leaks where booming everywhere. He had to block the pokemon tag to not get spoiled and the little he heard and saw made him worry
And when the games came out his worries where confirmed. Scarlet and Violet. When he sees the first experience shared He is disappointed. More than that. He feels cheated on. If he felt that XY where unfinished with these games it's an objective fact. Sure he is a nostalgic but there was no need to have a game so buggy and glitchy at times. Some are fun sure and he knows he abused the shit out of glitches in the first games but this has a different taste. And he is angry because he realizes he has been part of the problem for the longest time. That these games where pushed too fast. There was already a pokemon game out this year, what need was there to push another one. What bad could have done to delay it a little bit more. He knows it is not possible with the cards and everything else around it but is stills does not feel right. And he is sad. Because once again he sees potential. He sees improvment in certain aspects, He sees the work someone has put into these games, in the stories they want to tell, but the shell all around is just not working playing it. His friends watching him play can feel the duality of the feelings inside of him. Yes he got the games, he got them because he wants to compete again. Build a team early and test it. He is not fond of the estetic of the new mechanic but he already has found it interesting on how it challenges his knowledge of typings. There are not many new pokemon that he likes, he will still try them. Sometimes you just have to run with one to find a surprise bond with them. Still there are so many old gen pokemon that he likes that it is hard sticking to the new ones. Of course his starter is sprigatito. I mean he is a cat. He probably would change starter only if playing with a special someone that really wants the grass cat.
He is such a pokemon nerd that he even considered and then got the eeveelutions rings for him and his partner.
Anyway yeah this was supposed to be short but Rei said no you listen to me now I have things to say and feelings about this whole ordeal so here this is sorry for the long post

Beyblade and D&D headcanons because I CAN
Making the Beyblade cast D&D characters because I can and I love D&D:
Also if you do not know what any of this means PLEASE PLEASE LOOK IT UP D&D IS SO SO SO FUN AND SOME OF THE STUFF THAT THEY HAVE IS SO SO SO SO COOL
Gingka would be a fighter with Pegasus being his beast companion inherited by his father. His main weapon of choice would be a sword, though he is skilled in shooting in a bow since Ryo was probably a ranger that taught him to shoot. I feel like he probably started off as a ranger so, but since he left for his quest, he started to lean more to the side of fighting. Specifically, though I would think his archetype is of a Champion, since he mainly focuses on training hard rather than learning from the past generations. I don’t think for his race he would be anything particularly special, just a human, but he does know elvish and such as to help him navigate and get information about where he could possibly stay the night.
Kyoya would 100 percent be a Beast master Ranger, no one can change my mind about this. Leon is a magical companion rather than a physical one, so if he is slain in battle he can come back and fight alongside Kyoya another day. They mostly are hunters and prefer to stay in the solitudes of the woods east of where the main group’s hold is at, though he had once or twice had to venture there for some healing from Madoka. I think he would be a half-elf, but he doesn’t know for certain his linage. The only clue he has of to what he might be is his pointed ears and striking blue eyes. He likes to fight a lot, whether it be out in a town or with a monster in the woods, which is the reason why he has so many scars on him.
Madoka would be a Cleric of the life domain, and she would also be a human. Though she is relatively isolated due to her religious duties, she met Gingka and Kenta after he had been wounded by a pack of orcs and has allowed the group to stay at her congregation’s stronghold ever since. She rarely fights on the battlefield, preferring a to be more of a group nurse, though sometimes her patience will run thin and she’ll strike all the enemies down with a divine smite. Gingka is the only one to see her do this, which is why he doesn’t tangle into fights with her and discourages the others from doing so. Her father is a blacksmith and taught her how to forge before he joined the clergy, which comes in handy when the group needs their weapons fixed. She puts in a lot of work for the group, but she honestly wouldn’t have it any other way.
Kenta is a halfling, and throughout most of the adventures he’s been a fighter, but ever since he took up arms with Ryuga he’s learned to be a ranger out of necessity. At the beginning of all this he was apart of a farming family wo had been plagued by Kyoya’s goons stealing their crops, but when Gingka and beat them all back he joined forces with Gingka and went on to do traveling. Unlike Kyoya, he isn’t a beast master, rather he has a Hunter archetype instead. This allows him to hunt with bow and arrow rather than with blade, which he has always had a knack for shooting his target. I feel like he keeps a journal of his adventures once he sets off with Ryuga so he can tell them to the group all about the amazing foes they faced.
Yu is a Tiefling bard. No debate about this one. He uses the sound waves that come off of his instrument to cast spells rather than singing, though he will if he has to. For those craving a more detailed description of his character design, he would have light blue skin, a classic two pointy horns and devil tail, eyes where the sclera is black but the iris and pupil are green and feline like, and finally he would have beast legs (like his lower half would be like thin fox legs with paws). He, of course, is very hyperactive and will jump and bounce from play to place in and out of battle. He doesn’t really have a particular instrument of choice, rather he hops between one to the next like a frog hopping away to a Lilypad. One day it could be he’s humming away while playing a violin, the next, he could be pounding his heart out onto a drum half his size. The group has grown accustomed to this, and has a special closet in the stronghold for Yu to place his instruments once he’s done with them.
Tsubasa is a moon elf, though there is some debate about this as he has bronze skin and golden eyes, which are traits most common in sun elves. He would be a shepherd druid, and his architype would be the spirit of the eagle (it’s usually referred to the spirit of the hawk, however everyone just collectively agrees that an eagle suits him better). This allows him to be more perceptive, and he’s usually the one who scouts for the group when Kyoya isn’t around. I feel like out of all the group he might be the most eccentric because of his ties to nature, as he regularly does things outside the norm. He will prefer to sleep in trees rather than inside, and often stays up late into the night to read, even when it’s raining. Eagle will stay with him, though he does stay away from the battlefield since he is not a magical companion. He makes tea for the group out of his magic.
Benkei is a half orc barbarian with the architype of a Bull (this would basically be equivalent to the Bear spirit path, where he is able to gain an advantage on strength checks and he would be able to push probably over 500 pounds). He was raised in a horde of orcs that pillaged from wandering lone adventurers before they made the mistake of stealing from Kyoya, who then proceeded to defeat them all in combat. So wowed by his strength and confidence, Benkei swore to follow him and thus their awkward but dedicated friendship was born. Benkei didn’t really have a life back in his clan since he was often made fun of for being a half-breed, and that’s what made him push himself to become stronger and finally earn the title of barbarian. Ever since he joined the group and found his way into the stronghold, he’s been helping Madoka’s clergy construct and repair old parts of their monastery as a way to earn his stay, and in return, he often gets spoiled with love and food by the other clerics and has gotten the affectionate nickname of ‘big brother’.
Ryuga is kind of a tricky thing to label. No one really knows his linage in relations to race; Some people think he may be some sort of human or half elf, cursed by the blood of an unholy salamander of Tiamat. Others think perhaps he is really a dragon who has shapeshifted into a human to quietly hunt in the realms of men. Any of these could be true, but one thing is consistent throughout these theories: He is a being of immeasurable power and will. Ryuga has the attributes of a dragon, a long tail, scales covering his cheeks, back, hands and feet, branch like horns protruding from the middle of his head, and finally razor-sharp claws and teeth, all making his presence even more deadly. The truth of the matter is that he is a sorcerer, originally cursed with the blood of a dragon that made him turn into a beast before he conquered it and made the power his own (This ‘blood of the dragon’ would be the equivalent to L-drago’s dark power). Originally, he first grew most of his dragon like traits when he was cursed, dawning scales of purple and eyes of red, but after he made it his own, he changed color to a bright and fiery red with piercing golden eyes. He rarely uses weapons, but is highly proficient in nearly all forms of combat with them. He often will go adventuring for legendary monsters in order to strengthen himself, though ever since Kenta joined him he’s been more mindful of maybe not going for the worst eldritch horrors of the bunch.
also if you have any questions or have any characters you would like me to make D&D headcanons or just headcanons about please let me know!!!! I WANT TO THEORIZEEE
