hi everyone, i'm here want to talk about yesterday incident/crash.

spa-francorchamps. arguably, one of my favorite circuit in f1, but spa is also the most dangerous track, especially when it's wet.

the lives of two young racers taken, on the same circuit. anthoine hubert (1996—2019) and dilano van 't hoff (2004—2023). too bad they died while chasing their dreams during the race, may they both rest in peace.

if they continued like this, how many lives would they want to take? so far i haven't noticed any change. this has to be fixed, i swear to god.

EVEN BERNIE ECCLESTONE WOULD BAN THE CIRCUIT IF HE KNEW THE DEATH TOTAL. he would ban checks like trillions of dollars, but now, the FIA's reaction is like "yeah."

in fact he knows how to be safe and fun i mean look!! even before the halo era, there weren't that many deaths. there may be no deaths in f1 from 2000 to 2017, and liberty media is coming to take over the FIA and f1 and other stuff, people dies.

and, i got a massage from a friend which her friend saw the crash irl. with her/his own eyes. of course, it would be so scary if you see it directly. especially little kids who like racing cars and they watched it irl and then, they saw the crash. it would be traumatize little kids, including me.

i've seen car/motorcycle crash with my own eyes and mostly just hear the news. I'm also a young racer too and still at karting level, and trust me, a little collision with another racer, you must be worried. because, i ever felt that way.

i saw a terrible crash while watching a race, my heart felt like it stopped for a few seconds and i felt more worried than usual. like grosjean's crash, it's pretty bad, you know. could result in death if he stayed in the car for too long.

that's all from me, thank you. i hope they'll change this, i don't want this incident continue for the next few years, i'm very worried about the young or professional racers who will drive in spa. i don't want to see any deaths in spa-francorchamps or hear a news from it.

P7 for Lando, DNF for Oscar.. wasn't the best GP for McLaren after 2 great races. poor Oscar, he was fucked at the first corner by a spanish guy in the red car 😩 P7 for Lando was more than i expected after his first stint when he dropped like a stone in the order. but his 3rd stint in soft was solid.

So then, not a bad race I'd say. Not the most exciting but, given how I didn't fall back asleep despite being pretty groggy, I'd say it at least held my attention. :P Shame the rain didn't come as hard as we hoped. Could've spiced it up a bit.

Well, in any case, congrats to the podium finishers of Max, Checo, and Charles. Max started from a little ways back after taking a grid penalty, but easily gained those positions back. Would've liked to see Checo put up a bit more of a fight for the lead but...well, Red Bull. :P

Well done to the rest of the top ten, too! In order we had Lewis, Nando, George, Lando, Esteban, Lance, and Yuki. Good on Lewis for grabbing the fastest lap at the last moment there. Lando had a rough start, pretty much at the back of the field at some point, so ending up in seventh ain't bad at all.

Good job to the rest of the race finishers as well! In order they were Pierre, Val, Zhou, Alex, K-Mag, Dan, Logan, and Hulk. Alex had a pretty nice race start, up in the points, but that kind of fell away in the latter half. Still, was nice to see him up there for a bit.

And finally we had the two drivers who didn't see the checkered flag, those two being Oscar and Carlos. They had contact at the start through the first corner, Oscar pulling off to the side of the track fairly soon after that and Carlos eventually pulling into the pits to retire the car with some nasty sidepod damage. Here's hoping for less contract in their future races.

Speaking of future races, we won't be having another for quite a bit as it's now the summer break! We've got a month to rest and relax. And I get to sleep in on the weekends, which I'm definitely looking forward to. Though, as much as I feel like I could use a break, I'm sure in a couple weeks I'll be in the mood for another race. :P
