A "Pull Day" workout is centered around exercises involving pulling movements. It's a part of a well-rounded fitness routine, targeting various muscles which are activated when pulling objects towards the body. Whether at the gym or at home, these exercises can be tailored to fit your fitness level and goals.
Engage in a pull workout routine to work on your upper body strength, improve muscle tone, and achieve your fitness objectives. With the right set of exercises, a pull day can be a game changer in your fitness journey.
have a wicked back pumpy from today鈥檚 workout but cannot photograph it for the life of me. single arm lat pulldowns and db rows felt so good today, for the first time in a while. and no pain!!! well outside the normal muscle soreness/fatigue. no sciatic, shoulder, knee, etc pain. legs destroyed me, I barely hit rep range for split squats lol. overall a great workout tho 鉂o笍
