Back To The Light, the album of my rebirth, was released on this day in 1992.
White, as the light. Powerful as the sound of the Red Special.
Bri, you can't even imagine the impact this album has had on me, especially when I was diagnosed with a chronic disease. You and your music have always been there, like an outstretched hand ready to take me "back to the light".
The darkness has dissipated. The light has ripped a deep cut in the dark enlightening the path... now I can breathe. Now I can see. And what a wonderful sight it is!
Thank you Brian for always being my beacon, a lighthouse in the stormy nights when the waves struggle with themselves. Thank you for this masterpiece: I am Back To The Light and now I shine bright.🤍

So - the music video for Resurrection - there’s a brief clip of Brian with a snake in his hair and covering his eyes.
I love the idea of Brian May on the set of hanging out with the snake and being best buddies between takes before getting into ~*~character~*~. So naturally, I commissioned @willbebach to draw me Brian May behind the scenes of the Resurrection music video with a smol danger noodle nestled in his curls. And wow, she delivered. 😭

I know it rhymes but?? Brian?? I'm probably just thinking about this too much but WHAAAT
And the song is CLEARLY about a relationship, and one the narrator is scared of but is addicted to at the same time. It LITERALLY says "you take me out to dinner" and "I'm just a toy."

favorite hobby when I'm driving is to catch someone trying to climb up my back bumper while I'm going a completely reasonable speed and just slowly take my foot off the gas. you seem upset, brother. why don't we slow down and enjoy the view awhile
