I'm not a lawyer or anything, but I think it may be worth contacting the NYC Office of Human Rights about this Predstrogen/general transphobia situation. Tumblr settled a lawsuit with them in January 2022 about specifically anti-LGBT bias.

Matthew Charles "photomatt" Mullenweg wants us to think we have no recourse here, but I think we may.

toonimal, who ran a site that explicitly allows & condones child predators who are “pro-c” (“pro-contact” / “pro-adults having relationships with children”), is still on tumblr. the link to one of their sites is still fucking pinned on their tumblr bio. toonimal is seen here insisting that avery/predstrogen’s ban was “justified” because she “purposefully broke the rules of the site”— by making a jokey comment about a CEO getting hammer-car-‘sploded, out of frustration that moderation refused to address the bigoted mass-reporting harassment campaign that got her previous blogs arbitrarily deleted in spite of no TOS violations. okay!
