Junkyard Starter Home 🐺 No CC
Hi everyone! I needed somewhere for my sim to start their latest adventure in Moonwood Mill, so I built this small house with an interesting story..!
This lot was previously a junkyard - however due to the nature of the town’s residents, it didn’t stay in business very long! Now it is used as a safe house; a place for brand new werewolves needing a safe place to transform, or those who needed to hide out during a full moon!

A quirky farmhouse that is adorned in flowers and sprinkled with magic. Comes with lots of rooms, including a basement and a barn. There’s also a vegetable garden, space for a cow/llama and chickens, a pond and plenty of outdoor seating. Most notable features inside the house are the sun room and the cosy living room/study. This house has space for a family with a teen, child and toddler as well as a dog and/or cat. Oh, and somewhere on the lot, there’s a hidden tiny fairy tea party going on (that is, it kind of turned into a full blown fairy farmstead, got a little carried away with the size down cheat ;)).
I’ve built the lot on the Isle of Volpe Park in the Bramblewood in Henford - seemed like the right place for a magical-ish farm.
I’ve had a lot of fun with this build, especially the landscaping. This is hands down the most elaborate, and probably beautiful garden I’ve made so far. I have used the MOO cheat a lot more than I usually do, but I’ve play tested most of the lot, and everything seems to work (it’s not a very practical lot though).

Okay, so the Strand save? Borked. So I am testing to see if I could just save the lot and the families (like maybe four total) associated with The Strands. A bit more play is required before I can determine it ~*~Officially Fixed~*~ but it’s looking promising so far! Maybe! AHH~!
And if I managed to save even just a bit of this family I am going to happy-cry FOR REAL.
Still going to go forwards with the idea of fast-forwarding Bryn and Syd to college but I wanted to do a like, montage of what their teen years were like.
Very, very tentative hope that I saved them! I don’t think I’ll do a legacy for them, maybe some short story snippets? I have ~*~ideas~*~.

Most part of lots not by me xD I'm a crooked builder, honestly. I usually download ready-made lots and redo them a little if necessary. Some of lots made my friends for me.
@anaria-ithil really do amazing builds, I love them a lot. Highly recommend!
Also here a names of nice creators from Gallery and tumblr: @ariafaeyt (or Aria-Fae), plantsimgirl, KateEmerald, SatiSim, @moonlightowl-es - they are do nice medieval or/and fantasy lots without CC. Also you can try tag #medieval or #fantasy for search in the Gallery. Some of the buildings were made a long time ago, but they are still worth seeing.

Infelizmente por alguns problemas em meu jogo a gameplay que estava postando aqui não vai ser mais postada, no lugar dela decidi compartilhar um pouco da minha tentativa de iniciar o desafio de legado feito pela @ariafaeyt ao qual eu amo.

Melanie Saturn chegou em sua nova casa, apesar de estar muito escuro o dia já havia começado e ela tinha muitas coisa a fazer, seu velho cão e melhor amigo estava animado por ter um lar tão aconchegante entre a floresta de Avelândia.
Adoce jovem Melanie assim que tomou seu café da manhã decidiu que deveria plantar as sementes das frutas que havia comido há pouco, o sol já estava alto no céu e ela não tinha tempo para perder...
* neste desafio fiz duas mudanças 1-A primeira geração iniciaria como adolescente 2-Podemos vender algumas roupas no trend *
* Não sei se no jogo de outros jogadores também está acontecendo isso, mas sempre que saio do cas após criar ou editar um sims baixado na galeria ele já aparece como conhecido de outros sims dentro do save... Desta vez temos uma amizade relativa com Molly de Copperdale, para então animar a gameplay fiz com que Melanie fosse prima de Molly. *
Enfim, depois que Mel plantou suas sementes e pescou dois peixes fomos até o centro da cidade, Molly quis nos acompanhar e jogamos uma partida de futebol de mesa... Infelizmente na nossa primeira venda de itens não conseguimos desconto e ainda ficamos super envergonhadas.

Hi everyone! I hope you’re well. I was working on another build for houuuurs, but, out of the blue, I felt inspired for something else… so I started a new house. And there it is! I created so many Sims and stories today, I don’t know why haha. So I got a long list of builds to do in the future. I really enjoyed creating this. I’m a very (very) slow builder, but I did this one relatively fast.
I really hope you’ll enjoy it! And also Mildred, because I really love her (can’t wait to introduce you to her family too).
Note: I used the fantastic watermill by AriaFaeYT for the garden. It can be found in the Sims 4 gallery!

Not quite a cottage, not quite a castle… Well, not quite a house, to be honest. This is the home of Mildred Milton, a brilliant inventor. She also happens to be a witch, coming from an old bloodline of spellcasters. Her family still resides in Glimmerbrook, but the magical life was never for Mildred. She loves to try and fail, to dismantle and build. And when she decided to leave everything behind and build her house in Windenburg, almost everyone stop talking to her. However, Mildred is happy, she lives the life she wants.
