I've not posted my biggest fish tank for a while! It's now a Bristlenose and endler aquarium with a few neocaridina shrimp! This is where the tentacle beasts live.
10g, really a jungle. Cherry shrimp and ramshorn snails but strongly considering fish again
40b. Quite lush...I kind of miss being able to see the hardscape since I worked so hard on the design but I feel like all the plants are better for the fish and inverts 🤷🏼♀️
20long...struggling with green hair algae but the inhabitants don't seem to mind
One of my yellow-tailed spiny eels, macrognathus pancalus. It’s really interesting how they swim, they really don’t move like eels at all (makes sense, since they’re not closely related to true eels)
Is Fishblr a thing? In addition to writing scifi stories, I also keep fish! This was my office tank before COVID, now it’s the home tank. Just a little 10 gallon tank with an aquasoil substrate, a blinding amount of LED lighting, CO2 injection (when I remember to turn it on) plants, secret hidden Amano Shrimp and guppies! It’s a fun little thing I do
My very overgrown Fluval flex showcasing why Hygrophila polysperma is considered a noxious weed. The Sparkling Gourami absolutely love the dense growth of the stems.
