Hello!!! Soup Group is my favourite and seeing as there's one of the trio that's not in the Knights AU.... do u mind if I spitball ideas for Gem? She's my absolute favourite of favourites and even if she never officially appears or has a design I really want to create her character.

I don't know how much about where the knights came from/how they met you've decided, but maybe Gem, Impulse, and Pearl were all close friends living in a different kingdom (Dawn??? O.O). The three of them were best friends since childhood, and while the latter two wanted to become knights, Gem wanted to learn magic. Stuff happens, Impulse moves out (my reasoning as to how he joined a whole 5 seasons before the girls), yadda yadda. Pearl becomes a squire, and Gem is an apprentice to the Elder Wizard. When Pearl is skilled enough to become a knight, she goes out into the world to find who she wants to work for. Now is where things get interesting. Gem quickly grows in rank, becoming skilled in everything from nature magic, to celestial magic, fire magic, and most inbetween. Eventually, she replaces the Head Wizard and main advisor to the throne. But then, the kingdom is under attack, and they're all forced to flee. Gem runs into the forest, until she stumbles into a dense swamp filled with fog. A brunette witch who calls herself Shelby warns Gem to get out, and points her towards a more habitable stretch of swamp. After a long time travelling, Gem meets 3 people by the names of Fase Symmetry, Stress Monster, and Jevin I (he only gives her his initial bc I don't know enough about Jevin/his channel to have a last name for him). The three agree that she can make her home in the birch forest on the edge of the swamp, and so she stays. She grows in power in nature magic specifically, until she accidentally manages to turn herself from elf to a faun. And when she meets her old friends again, many years later? Well, both parties better hope they'll be on the same side, because there's no telling who'll win if they oppose. All that's certain, is that not a single one of them would escape that fight unscathed.

(Also it's very important to me that you know she has many pets, including two cats: Gandalf and Goose, two bears: Apollo and Blue, and a horse: Moose.)

And that's how I managed to combine HC s9, s8, E1, E2, AND Xlife into a (hopefully) cohesive storyline. I had way too much fun with this. Obviously I don't expect you to use all (if any) of this, but if you'd like to add her into the story then here's my preposal.

I may draw a rough sketch of her design and send it in if you want, I'm not sure yet. I hope you like this!!

Oh man this is really cool! Though unfortunately I've already started sorting things out backstory wise for impulse and pearl, so the one with them all together for soup group wouldn't really work out,,

Still gem being able to use magic and the like as references to empires is a pretty cool idea! As well as her being friends with jev, stress, and false, thats cute! Oh and if you ever want to you could totally share the design, I always enjoy seeing that kinda stuff!
