i feel like i've always been very particular about taking good care of my belongings since i was very little, so my games have all their labels intact and i have a lot of my old toys in good condition and whatnot. and back when my family let my nephew (around 2 or 3 at the time) play with some of my old toys and he was banging them around and scuffing up the paint and throwing the toy piano my late grandma had given to me until it started breaking into pieces, i was like. Huh. is that normal. was I just a weirdly meticulous child

#he doesnt do it anymore but he would break stuff intentionally and laugh about it and i was like HUH?!?!?!#i think it didnt really help that his mom would kind of enable it. she handed him a ceramic toothpick holder (???) and he shattered it #and one time she lifted him up so he could break my dad's weather vane and he was so mad he didnt speak to anyone that day. 😭#silly storie #anyway im still kind of miffed that they'd just uh.
