I hate my body. My double chin, my thighs, my think arms and overall my entire body. I used to be skinny when I was in the middle of my eating disorder but I’d do anything to have my control back. I just can’t stop eating no matter what, I just can’t. I need tips I need anything to keep me to stop eating again. Low calorie food and what I can do to make it easier to not eat please.
